Iconoclasts – Know the Enemy!

?u=http3.bp.blogspot.com-CIl2VSm-mmgTZ0wMvH5UGIAAAAAAAAB20QA9_IiyVhYss1600showme_board3.jpg&f=1&nofb=1During the Summer of 2020, the world watched in horror as a group of people became unhinged.  They destroyed statues, wreaking images and ripping apart the social fabric of nations, destroying years of history all for purely political reasons and personal satisfaction.  These iconoclasts did not spring up suddenly; they were carefully groomed into existence.  The anger they expressed had been carefully tindered, fed, and fueled into the raging inferno observed on the nightly news.  Nothing is sacred to an iconoclast.  Any image, including statues, paintings, murals, buildings, everything man has ever created for social, religious, or political expression, was on the table of destruction, and these ignorant savages were going to destroy it.

Please, do not delude yourself.  The iconoclasts did not “suddenly come to themselves;” no, they are still out there, waiting for the next opportunity of convenience to become unhinged and destroy again.  But, you say, it is peaceful now; surely these people deserve dignity and should be offered the grace of justice.  No, a thousand times no, and a thousand times again, NO!GRE Word of the Day — Iconoclast. Today's GRE Word of the Day is… | by Team Bootcamp | Team ...

As a youth, I was told a story about an American Indian and a rattlesnake.  The rattlesnake had been captured by an eagle, flown high into the mountains, and was dropped.  The Indian was on a quest for enlightenment and happened upon the rattlesnake who begged for help and to be carried down to the desert so he would not die.  At first, the Indian said no.  He was wise.  He knew the snake would bite him and told the snake no.  But over time, the pitiful cries of the snake could be heard, and eventually, the Indian left his quest and carried the snake down to the desert below.  Always with the most solemn promises from the snake to not bite him.  As the boy removed the snake from his tunic upon arrival in the desert, the snake bit him in the chest.  As the boy lay dying, he asked the snake why; the snake replied, “You knew what I was when you picked me up.”

A snake does not become a toothless grass eater or honors his promises merely because he is begging for his life, and a terrorist does not become a law-abiding citizen by wishing and hoping.  The iconoclast is a terrorist, and a terrorist, at heart, has thrown off all compunction, all morals, all ties to society for the personal pleasure of watching it burn.  The terrorist wants to promote terror, is a political monster, and destroys for pleasure.  The iconoclast attacks and seeks to overthrow traditional or popular ideas and institutions.  Terrorists use violence.  The iconoclast uses violence—both delight in the mayhem they cause. The imposition of belief does not separate a terrorist and an iconoclast; in fact, the desire to force beliefs upon a population brings terrorists and iconoclasts more closely aligned.  The only significant difference between an iconoclast and a terrorist is the weapons of choice.  To a terrorist, the weapons are paid for through third parties who want to watch the destruction unfold (LIC).  The iconoclast will use whatever weapon is available.  Look at the toppling of statues, were they toppled using the proper equipment or whatever was available?  The iconoclast is an opportunist who takes advantage of situations, whereas the terrorist, a political monster, will create incidents, not take advantage of incidents.  Not that both are not committing acts of violence or spreading terror, but the terrorist wants to replace the system with one more their liking, and the iconoclast merely wants to see things destroyed.https://i.scdn.co/image/ab67616d0000b273af0aa6f49c0a4cf0ff28917a

The terrorist is different from an iconoclast in one other major way; the terrorist does not hide in society to pull down that society.  The iconoclast, as an opportunist, will wait, plot, scheme, and take advantage of every opportunity to create mayhem through the destruction of icons, symbols, images and has no problem becoming president, a teacher, a preacher, or any other job where they can act as a slow poison on a social body.  One of the best and most famous iconoclasts of the 19th century were Frances Fox Piven and Richard Andrew Cloward.  These two failed at being terrorists but have integrated themselves so thoroughly into American Society that they have been able to blind minds as iconoclasts and accomplish goals they could not achieve as terrorists with Weather Underground.

Frances Fox Piven’s book, “Challenging Authority” How Ordinary People Change America,” outlines the complete plan of this iconoclast, and yes, a line of congruence does exist between Mein Kampf and this book and author.  All tyrants will tell you their goals before they implement them.  As a freedom-loving person, I find this book to be incredibly difficult to read, and when compared with the history from the 1960s to today, I remain sickened by the success of these iconoclasts.  02 May 1966, the publication “The Nation” prints an article written by Cloward and Piven called “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty.”  Don’t worry if you missed this article, “The Nation” celebrated the 50th anniversary of this garbage.  That the Cloward and Piven team were better iconoclasts than terrorists should not come as a surprise, frankly, nor should their drivel be published, but I digress.

Cloward and Piven’s iconoclastic theory was to force chaos on the body politic to keep impoverished people poor and angry, take advantage of their anger, and gain political power through riotings and disturbances.  The theory also begged for a massive expansion of the welfare rolls to build an ever-larger class of permanently aggrieved people.  Consider the elected officials who keep pushing for socialized medicine in America; they are iconoclasts, straight out of Cloward and Piven’s theories.  Recently the media has discussed the need for a guaranteed income, paid for by the government through the forced taxation of others.  This is another iconoclastic idea that finds roots in Cloward and Piven.  Look at every single political talking point from criminal justice reform to immigration, and you will find an iconoclast tearing away at the icons and fabric of America for personal profit and individual enjoyment.

Lots of media ink has been spilt on homosexual rights, privileges, and changing the nuclear family and marriage laws.  Would you be surprised to learn that those championing these talking points are iconoclasts taking their script from Cloward and Piven?  Would the “Woke Agenda” shock you to know that those who pitch this idea are iconoclasts and take their cues from Cloward and Piven’s theories and writings?  What about increasing the minimum wage; would you be interested in knowing that even a minimum wage is iconoclastic?  Forget about those pitching for an increased minimum wage to $15 an hour being iconoclastic.  The mere philosophy of having a minimum wage is iconoclastic and anathema to American history and the US Constitution.Plato 3

Iconoclasts are a secret society, but the secret is open and in full view.  The confusion these people generate helps them gain power, provides the fodder for their abhorrent behavior, and promotes them higher in power.  Why is the government so intransigent; the iconoclasts acting as “good bureaucrats” make the government intransigent and are held in control by other iconoclasts.  The iconoclasts tear down and destroy using plasticized terms like empathy, democracy, helping, support, dignity, and more.  Criminal justice reform punishes the victims of crime.  Welfare reform further strips those receiving welfare benefits of pride, honor, and the satisfaction that work provides, ever-widening the gulf between those who need and cannot obtain and those who receive welfare benefits.  Immigration reform is labeled as dignity, but in reality is nothing more than spitting in the eye of those who followed the rules, sacrificed, and acted appropriately.  The iconoclast always looks to how they can destroy something good and leave a void or replace it with something that perpetuates the further destruction of a society.

In a recent case, Pete Buttigieg took the money sent by Congress for roads and bridges, and designed plans to spend it on climate change and make roads less racist.  A road cannot be racist, but those in control are iconoclasts, and if they can further frustrate the road and bridges problem, they can sit back and watch the daily commute of millions of people and laugh hysterically.  The iconoclasts imposing this madness are called “innovators,” “innovation leaders,” and “forward-thinkers.”  All words plasticized to erode further and eventually destroy the American government, trust in government, and continue the eating away of the social glue holding America together.  Using laws to punish the innocent, protect the guilty, and make good and right evil, while evil is heralded as proper and transformative.President Adams

Iconoclasts did that, and we, the American people, need to know our enemy.  We need to understand what we are seeing.  You are not racist, homophobic, regressive, or any number of other names for asking questions or dissenting to the actions the iconoclasts are imposing.  You need to know who and what the enemy is and does to thwart the enemy properly.  It is good to stand for truth, justice, and the American way!  It is expected that the iconoclasts and terrorists in our Constitutional Republic would want to damage and destroy.  Not acceptable, but expected, because a Constitutional Republic, to ensure freedom for all, does not have natural freedom crushing antibodies in the system to rid the body politic of these types of people.Patriotism

Would you like some weapons in your arsenal to fight iconoclasts; ask for proof.  Remember, research does not provide proof of anything.  Looking at the fruits of the ideas and asking about the evidence that what they are proposing is beneficial.  For example, has the minimum wage been helpful; no, the minimum wage has not been beneficial.  People made more money, but the government increased inflation, borrowed more money, and charged more money for taxes, increasing the cost of living and then increasing the minimum wage to “assist the poor.”  Socialized medicine has this practice borne positive or negative results; the answer is resoundingly negative, and implementation of socialized medicine destroys too much!  Immigration reform has any immigration reform improved the plight of Americans ever; again, a resoundingly negative response occurs.  Crime went up, illegal immigration went up, social ills went up, moral decline, welfare rolls increased substantially, and much more happened.

Knowledge Check!Iconoclasts can only be fought when we:

                        1. Stand together
                        2. Learn
                        3. Act in unity
                        4. Never settle

What will you learn today that improves your tomorrow?  How will you use this information?  Does America die on your watch from the thousands of cuts the iconoclasts have made?  Today, let us resolve that America does not die on our watch.  No matter the difficulties, we must fight the iconoclasts!

Speaker Pelosi – Enough is ENOUGH!

Bird of PreyThere comes the point where every person reaches their penultimate point.  They can take no more, stand no more, and allow no more abuses to be heaped upon them by others.  On 30 August 2021, when Speaker Pelosi (D), Speaker of the US House of Representatives, refused to show up, refused to recognize, and refused to participate in a moment of silence for the 13 service members lost in Afghanistan, my moment arrived.  I am thoroughly done, and I am here to describe what that means!

  1. I will not edit my diet to fit a “woke culture!”

CommitI love fried chicken, watermelon, BBQ ribs, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on white bread.  I have been eating this way my entire life; I will not change just because some dweeb is projecting their racism onto food.  Food cannot and should never be labeled as “racist.”  I love grits and fried eggs, with cheese and gravy, or biscuits and hashbrowns.  I am a huge fan of fried okra and pork.  I enjoy a bowl of hominy and honey with a bit of butter and cornbread.  Bring on the food, leave the politics on the porch!

  1. I will not disrespect every police officer just because some person gets shot.

Is there the potential possibility that a bad police officer could have slipped in and will abuse their power?  Absolutely, and it has been my displeasure to have met a couple of these abusive and detestable bastards in my time.  I call them out, just like I call out those who abuse their position in any other profession.  But, I am done with seeing every police officer branded as bad when a precinct somewhere else in the world makes a dumb call, makes a poor decision, or is Monday-Morning-Quarterbacked by a bunch of bureaucrats who never wore a badge.  I have met too many great and good police officers to see all of them slandered by the media and the politicians for the statistical anomalies that come with a demanding job and the political misfeasance that is part of the risks in their profession.Thin Blue Line

I will add another piece of important information to this list, fail to listen to a police officer and get shot; you have no sympathy from me, EVER!  A police officer demands to see your hands and has reason to believe their life is in danger; you need to listen and obey first, talk and spout stupidity later.  Acting on a police officer’s demands in executing their duties is called being a responsible citizen, the first job a person has to law and order in society.  As a citizen, you must listen to authority, even if you do not like that authority or disagree with that authority.  Hence, it is not the police officer’s fault if you refuse to do as instructed and get shot in the process.

  1. Rioters, Looters, Anarchists – You Are Terrorists, and I will treat you as such!

LICThere is no such thing as a violent protest.  You are either protesting (peacefully) after having obtained the proper permits and in accordance with the laws, or you are terrorists hell-bent on destroying society.  There is no middle ground, and I refuse to bend on this issue, regardless of the media’s claims!  When you begin looting, burning, acting violently, this is the time to call in the military.  The rules of engagement include returning violence equal to or greater than the violence shown to restore law and order: no police, military response, and open fire.  Law and order is the police’s job.  Terrorism is the military’s job, and those who survive receive a terrorist trial in a military tribunal.

  1. Consent of the Governed. Rejected!Patriotism

America is a Constitutional Republic (if we can keep it).  Speaker Pelosi, you have breached public peace and no longer deserve my consent to hold your title and office as Speaker of the US House of Representatives.  More to the point, until you are removed from office and held accountable for treason and other crimes, you are held in contempt and do not deserve any title.  Nancy, go home!  My consent to be governed has been withdrawn!  Take your president, the fraudulent and senile Joey and Jill, the useless Kamala, and your good buddy in the Senate Patty with you.  Fly commercial; I refuse you the right to use my taxpayer-funded transportation!

  1. Rights, freedoms, liberties all come with obligations and responsibilities!

Your “right to free speech” comes with moral obligations, responsibilities, and you are accountable for what you say.  The Supreme Court has made this clear in many a case law, and it remains incumbent upon the citizenry and the politicians to learn this lesson.  Screaming nonsense is not allowed, and a “college safe place” will not protect you from a genuine ass-whooping when behavior correction is needed.  Nancy, your vile and deprecating speech borders on treasonous and criminal as you have promoted violence on your political enemies, frankly that you have escaped the law is atrocious and needs rectification!  That you are third in line to become president means you are held to a higher standard, and that you have failed to live to that standard reflects poorly upon yourself, your party, and this country!  Well, as a citizen of this country, I reject you!The Duty of Americans

I reject the “Gang of Five” who have followed maliciously in your footsteps and prospered under your pernicious tutelage.  You have poisoned enough minds and hearts during your Congressional career, and it is time for you to be held accountable for your crimes, audacity, and reprehensive behavior!  You have dodged the obligations and responsibilities of your office long enough.  Since you have gerrymandered your congressional district to guarantee re-election ad nauseam ad infinitum, it is time the citizens outside your community hold you accountable in front of a judge and jury.

Knowledge Check!Nancy, you sent the military to Afghanistan.  You continued to send the military to Afghanistan as political decisions.  You hold the blood of the slain, the sweat of the military sacrifice, and the tears of the families, and you cannot ever shake this responsibility!  For you to act in such a deplorable manner is cause for removal and public shaming, at a minimum.  But with your ego and arrogance, simple public shaming will not teach the lesson you need to learn.  Thus, Nancy, I hope to be there in person when a judge hands down a sentence of guilty, and pronounces your punishment of community service in distinctive clothing, wearing a sandwich board declaring your crimes, and watch you pull weeds on a chain gang, scrubbing graffiti, and picking trash.  Then, maybe, will the enormity of your crimes come home to you!

Respect – The Key Missing Ingredient

In Tom Clancy’s book, John Clark, “Rainbow Six” discusses the predictability of terrorists and how terrorism has rules.  However, the terrorism witnessed since May 2020 is refusing the old rules, as if they were not written in the blood of dead terrorists, and the main ingredient missing is respect.  Respect for the consequences, respect for death, respect for the need to have a functioning society to build your Marxist utopias in when the current government folds.  Throughout history, respect has been a tool, a weapon, and entirely missing from societies at various times and seasons.

Ask yourself, what was the difference between the Hong Kong riots and the George Floyd riots?  The difference is respect.  Sure, both riots had stupid people who resorted to violence.  Absolutely, both riots involved governments who acted in the most dysfunctional manner possible.  But, the Hong Kong rioters (terrorists) never gave up respect for themselves and their cause.  In contrast, their American counterparts never had respect for themselves, their cause, or their communities and just wanted to destroy things!

What is respect?

Aretha Franklin is famous for one of her songs, “R-E-S-P-E-C-T,” and all she wants is some respect for the loving she is willing to give.  Yet, from the lyrics, one is left wondering if she ever got her respect from the one she loved.  Aretha Franklin was reflecting to the world that love is not everything needed in a relationship, Sorry Beatles, and must be accompanied by respect!

Webster clarifies respect, claiming that respect involves providing special attention to, or regard for, another person or thing.  However, that definition does not encapsulate the essence of respect.  Other descriptions for respect include higher regard or esteem for something or someone.  Finally, we have suggestions that esteem and special consideration for someone or something are needed to fulfill the requirements to provide proper respect.  Thus, one must return to the etymology of the word respect to gain further insight.

Respect was originally used between 1300 and 1350, derived as a middle English Noun, from Old French, or directly from Latin Respectus, “action of looking back, consideration, and regard.”  Therein lies the key quality in respect, action, and history.  Proper respect is shown when history is considered, and action is taken to regard that history.  Taking us back to the terrorists in Tom Clancy’s book “Rainbow Six.”  By not properly regarding the lessons learned by previous dead terrorists, respect was lacking, and the terrorist’s mission was a failure before they boarded the plane.

Action

When discussing action in respect, we refer to deeds or the process of taking action to understand the deed mentally before physically moving.  Consider the rioters in Hong Kong; they knew that by taking action, they ran the risk of death, had to come to terms with receiving physical violence of state enforcers, and had to respect the violence potential, and felt compelled to act.  Whereas, in America, there was no respect for activities done by state enforcers in previous riot situations, as the state enforcers have been shackled and hamstrung by laws to protect the terrorist rioter’s rights and liberties.

Which party reflected proper respect; honestly, both did.  Why; because they both knew the potential and showed the government’s problems in their respective societies.  This is where America has been since the Los Angeles, California (1992) riots.  Law and order are actively shunned due to both disrespect for law and society and respect for the knowledge that police are hamstrung and neutered in response to large-scale public rioting (terrorism).  Why did Ferguson, Missouri last as long as it did; a lack of respect for the individual and respect for the knowledge that the rioters (terrorists) could do anything they wanted and escape without responsibility.  Follow the pattern in riots since 1992, and you will find disrespect for actions taken being the sole variable in the equation linking all the riots together.

History

History and respect remain intertwined to the point that if a person does not understand their own history, they will not respect themselves, their cause, or even their society.  Again, using Hong Kong and America as examples, we see the history of Hong Kong respected by the protestors.  Hong Kong has always been a separate entity, never a “Chinese” possession.  Always separate from the mainland physically, mentally, emotionally, and governmentally.  China promised that if Britain gave China to the Chinese, Hong Kong could retain its liberty, individualism, and separate status.  Guess how long that lasted, not even long enough for the ink to dry on the treaty documents.

China is in direct violation of the treaty documents where Hong Kong is concerned, but China does not care.  Why; disrespect for the west, the United Kingdom, and the people that make societies and cultures.  Why is China able to disrespect the treaty on Hong Kong?  They do not recognize the history of Hong Kong, they pervert history to their purposes, and Chinese government leaders disrespect themselves, like all good communists.  Hence, we can see a direct result of what happens when a nation disrespects its own history.

But, does America understand the lesson being taught by the riots in Hong Kong; nope!  Not only did America’s rioters (terrorists) tear down visible reminders of history, they refuse to learn history as an active rebellion, considering history to be useless.  Thus, the ignorance of the terrorists is their Achilles’ heel and how to beat them forever at their own game.

Suggestions for winning the moral high-ground back!

The following are suggestions for launching a legal counter-attack to the stupidity and disrespect of those who continue to disrespect America.

      1. Learn history! Not the rants from school, not the lies and the tortured history from K—12, I mean real history.  Sourced from multiple sources where research was conducted and then supported by published references.  History is amazing; take the learning plunge!
      2. Respect yourself! You are unique, special, and deserve a society free from terrorism and terrorists masquerading as “peaceful rioters.”  A community free from terrorism starts with respecting yourself.
      3. Respect your actions by knowing why you are taking the actions being taken. Some of the summer of peaceful rioting videos included a black person stomping (jumping up and down) on another black person in support of George Floyd.  It made no sense then; it makes less sense now.
      4. Respect your community. Respecting your community includes voting, staying interested in how the elected official is doing, and raising your voices legally to correct the behavior of wayward politicians.  Respect for your community does not include burning businesses to the ground, looting, or smashing public property.
      5. Even when you disagree with authority, respect that authority enough to handle your concerns appropriately.

NO MORE BS: Highlights (?) of the first 100-Days

Theres moreOn this momentous day, marking 100-days of the fraudulent president, I thought it fitting to mark the occasion by reminding everyone of freedom grabbing runaway government promoted by President Biden.  As CNN so clearly stated, “To date, 10 of President Biden’s actions on immigration have been reversals of President Trump’s policies.”  Begging the question, do you feel safer in your home now, or this time four years ago?  I know my answer, and I am looking forward to your thoughts.

To date, President Biden has made 50-end runs around the US Constitutional process through executive orders.  For the record, you could take President Trump (38) or Obama (34), add them with President Bush II (13), and still not max out President Biden’s lead.  I have written about executive orders and why I detest this singular action made in a free Republic (if we can keep it) by any leading elected official, Mayor, Governor, or President.  The US Constitution does not need more beatings coming from leading executives, but less.  Much, much, less executive actions, executive orders, and singular people acting “for the good of all” without Congressional representation.  Why use CNN; because as the biggest cheerleaders for the fraudulent president, they have the clearest cheering squad.

Detective 2Examining closer the 50-executive orders issued by President Biden, we find the most egregious of these orders, raising the minimum wage of Federal Contract Workers from $10.95 to $15.00 by 2022 and eliminating the tipped minimum wage by 2024.  I am thoroughly unfamiliar with any federally contracted jobs that fall under the tipped minimum wage.  Thus, I can only presume the president is now arbitrarily setting the minimum wage for the country without congressional approval—leaving serious questions behind about the legality of this executive order.  Where is Congress in exerting its power and rights to set minimum wage?

A minimum wage is a serious issue; any time the wage goes up, jobs are lost.  A competent first-year economics major can trace that cause and effect line easily!  There are direct causal relationships between high school kids needing employment and not finding it due to the minimum wage laws.  This group of uneducated workers extends to many low-income families, minorities, and many others trying to find work as laborers and cannot find jobs.  Yet, as a political stunt, the president signs an executive order, betrays the US Constitution, upsets the separate but equal branches of government balance, and somehow this is a “nothing burger.”  I beg to differ, vociferously!

Detective 4Another interesting aspect of the president’s first 100-days is immigration.  The current president’s Trump Derangement Syndrome has him reversing 10 of President Trumps Executive Orders and writing two additional immigration-related orders.  The plasticization of modular language reveals the tyranny of ruling by executive order!  The terms “fair,” “equitable,” “just,” “proper,” etc., all point to the president’s desire to see America devalued by illegal immigrants.  Look at the rhetoric used by the president to “explain” why he has reversed, revoked, and wrecked the legal immigration process, and you will find that through Congressional inaction.  With Congresses’ refusal to exert its rights, the president can do anything he wants on immigration, and Congress’s leadership just cheers!

To the US House and US Senate, I must ask, where are you?  Did you take a taxpayer-paid vacation and stopped caring that you are a co-equal branch of the government?  Do you think the judicial branch will stop the president’s runaway government by executive fiat?  Do you believe that the American people stopped caring that the president is giving away America, one illegal alien at a time, and we would not notice?  Why are you not scrutinizing the executive branch and exerting your rights, standing up for your voice, and making sure you are playing a role in the governance of America?

PatriotismI have been insulted, denigrated, derided, and many other things for my stand that every president should have a contentious Congress!  I firmly believe that when a president has a contentious Congress, the will of America’s people is better respected, observed, and through the process of working together, real compromise occurs.  But, what do we see in the US House of Representatives; we see a Speaker who is also the majority leader and the minority leader abdicating their duties to their caucuses and the US House of Representatives.  We see members of the US House race-baiting, employing every card in the deck of identity politics deck and refusing even to acknowledge the other party.  But, the US Senate, if anything is worse, and the US Senate’s problems can be traced directly to the executive actions of Speaker Harry Reid (D) during President Obama’s tenure.

Millstone of Designed IncompetenceAmerica, we learned a lot about the “families” presenting themselves at the US Southern Border for entry into America.  We learned about child prostitution, children being “attached” to two strange adults and calling it a “family.”  We learned about a lot of schemes to feed the growing human trafficking problem in the United States.  Yet, the media continues to call the separation of “families” unfair, and the president has proved he learned nothing but smoke and mirrors.  At the same time, these children are raped, abused, disappeared, and destroyed, all through executive order instead of legislated demand!  Legitimate families should be kept together, but until documentation can be obtained, separating the families for the safety of the children should be paramount!  Sorting through the MS-13 plants is not uncaring; it protects America’s main streets from terrorists!  But, these immigration policies, designed by President Trump, are hated by the media; so, these policies have to go.  Thus, I ask again, do you feel safer in your home or not?

The Duty of AmericansI was never a President Trump (R) supporter; but, I did, and do, support anyone willing to try new ideas to make America safer.  I am not a supporter of holding children indefinitely in nice hotels when veterans are homeless and fully support an America FIRST agenda.  But, I also firmly believe that the churches and non-profit groups of America can organize to help in a humane way better than runaway government supported by executive fiat!

ApathyAmerica, we need legislation on immigration, NOT executive orders that change as frequently as the president!  I have maintained this stance, publicly, since President Reagan signed the first orders providing paths to citizenship for illegals.  The illegal immigration policies in America can be directly traced to President Roosevelt and WWII executive orders allowing foreign workers access to America’s jobs in agriculture.

Feel free to look this historical tidbit up, and ask yourself, are you safer in your homes and places of business with executive orders or legislation?  Are you feeling more secure in your finances with runaway executive actions or through the “Rule of Law?”  Do you prosper more under one “Rule of Law” or under identity politics where every single identity can request special treatment, special laws, and special rights?

Image - Eagle & FlagIf the fraudulent president has proved anything in his first 100-days, he has proved America is in trouble, DEEP Trouble, due to the executive orders, runs around the constitutional process, and the abdication of Congressional rule (legislative branch) at all levels of government.  Beyond a shadow of a doubt, this president has proved that bigger government is a millstone dragging this Republic down.  Finally, this president has proven you cannot “trust” the government and must watch it like a toddler running with a knife!  So, CNN, and all the other corporate media outlets, you cheer the fraudulent president; but don’t you dare try to claim this is a good thing for America!

The US Constitution – Understanding the Paradigm

Since February 2020, to date America, and the world has witnessed the cruel and unyielding hand of mobocracy practiced.  Mobocracy is the rule of the mob transformed into governance.  Consider the actions of several city councils and state legislatures where defunding the police has become the hottest political topic.  The mob screams for changes to the law, politicians pander, politicians pay “Dane-Geld,” and the laws change to satisfy the appetites of the mob.  Thus, mobocracy is being practiced.

To everyone who reads this post, I will without doubt or fear maintain that the actions of the politicians to allow mobocracy in America, state for the record that, “You are committing an illegal act; must be held accountable before the bar of justice for your heinous crimes!”  Make no mistake, the actions of politicians to appease the mob, to rule through mobocracy, and to thwart the will of the governed to the masses of screaming mobsters is treason, the calumny of the blackest sort, and a rejection of your oath of office rendering you and your authority moot!

LinkedIn ImageBeginning with the US Constitution’s Preamble, a person will find why the government was instituted.  “… in order to form a more perfect Union (government), establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.”  The politicians who have sworn an oath to uphold the US Constitution who deny these statements are already guilty of treason and breach of office.  Domestic tranquility cannot be achieved through the rule of the mob.  Domestic tranquility cannot magically appear, it must be built through law and order, through justice and mercy before the bar of justice, and must be fought for when tyranny rears its ugly head.  The general welfare of the population can only be established by obedience to the just laws of the society to which a person belongs.  Defunding the police tramples the welfare of society, domestic tranquility, and calls for the defense of the rule of law by every freedom-loving person in that society.

Article 1 Section 1: Established for every government in America the separation of powers, where legislation is equally shared between a house of representatives and a senate, who must work together in their separate but equal duties to fulfill the actions dictated in the preamble.  Sections 2 and 3 establish the finer points regarding the house of representatives, the senate, the powers of the executive branch in filling vacancies and establishing the terms of office.

Article 1 Sections 4-8: Establish taxes, the military forces, the day of elections, when a term begins for an elected officer to the Congress and other details of government.  Nowhere in these articles does it allow for one branch to dominate another branch.  Nowhere in these articles does it allow for the senate of the house of representatives to do the others job.  Each establishment of government has a specific job to perform, and those politicians who refuse to do their job are in fact breaching their oaths of office.

Consider the actions of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Speaker Nancy Pelosi.  Nowhere in the US Constitution is she allowed to meddle in world politics, write letters to foreign governments, or pass legislation that has not been read.  Yet, all these and more are regularly being done, instead of doing her job as outlined in the preamble, to the improvement of the American people, she is duly sworn to support.  Her failure to represent all her district is the most egregious example because she is also third in line for the President, she has been re-elected so many times, and is the speaker of the US House of Representatives.  Thus, not only does she speak for her district, but she also represents all the US House of Representatives, of all parties.

Root Cause AnalysisOne of the clearest lessons discovered in life is that of genetic behavior, usually to the shame of the person witnessing their behavior being acted upon by others.  We pass behavior onto our children, our acquaintances, and our circles of influence.  The problem with genetic behavior is that of exponentialism or the exponential growth between generations.  Research supports that cheating behavior in high school is found in cheating an employer later in life.  Research also relates that those witnessing the cheating behavior will then steal.  The third generation of people the behavior is passed onto will steal bigger items, cheat more, and commit more crimes.  The cycle just keeps building until the criminal justice system is full of hard crimes committed.

In the political realm, we see the same exponential growth of behavior.  Speaker Pelosi is witnessed by her party, who then act as she does, and commits larger or worse actions than the Speaker.  If you look at those termed “The Squad,” the representatives are by far worse than Speaker Pelosi, but they learned how to be detestable to freedom-loving peoples from the Speaker, and the second-generation politicians that surround Speaker Pelosi.  Want another example, look at any recent (2000 to present) presidential election and you will still find traces of previous President Clinton in the candidates of both parties.  Consider Mitt Romney’s candidacy, he is very Bill Clinton in his politics and speech mannerisms, which remains the main reason he failed as a candidate for president.

Grit - DefinedThus, freedom-loving people, who support justice, desire domestic tranquility, seek to provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare and well-being of others, and work tirelessly to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, witness these politicians and want them removed, and held accountable for their crimes.  Not to punish without cause, but to support the common good in America.  The reason we have courts, lawyers, judges, etc. is to separate the crimes committed from the criminal committing.  This is the epitome of the word justice.  The US Criminal Justice System is imperfect, without doubt, but it remains the best system the world has ever seen and deserves support from law-abiding and freedom-loving people.

Article 1 Section 9:  Deals with two legal precedents that have been much maligned and abused.  Immigration and the Writ of Habeas Corpus.  Immigration is a topic for a different post.  However, the Writ of Habeas Corpus is crucial to this discussion.  Simply stated Habeas Corpus is, “… The legal procedure that keeps the government from holding you indefinitely without showing cause. When you challenge your detention by filing a habeas corpus petition, the executive branch must explain to a neutral judge its justification for holding you.”  The Writ of Habeas Corpus can be suspended, and American History including recent history has provided examples of when and why habeas corpus has been denied, suspended, or revoked.  The riots and acts of domestic terrorism are a clear example as to why the Writ of Habeas Corpus can be and should be suspended.  Rebellion and the breach of public safety are two separate excuses for denying habeas corpus and rioters and terrorists deserve to have habeas corpus suspended.

Finest HourMake no mistake, I am not advocating for the refusal of these people to have their day in court, before an impartial judge, to be sentenced for their crimes, and held accountable before the bar of justice.  I am advocating that until their trials can be arranged, they deserve to be held in prison awaiting the slow turning of the wheels of justice.  When you break the peace of society, you give up your rights and liberties; thus, these mob members deserve to be held and witness their rights to habeas corpus rescinded.

Article 1 Section 10:  Has several items that pertain to the illegality of state governors during the current COVID-19 health crisis, reflecting that these governors do not know the law, and are in breach of their oaths of office.  When the governor of New Mexico made a law stating that all the citizens of Arizona must be quarantined, interrupting the free flow of commerce from state-to-state, the governor forfeited her authority for political points, and the US Congress should have been demanding corrective behavior.  Yet, not a peep has been witnessed.

The Duty of AmericansCOVID-19 does not represent a sufficient “imminent danger” to refuse or interfere with commerce passing between states.  The “public health measures” enacted by the various state governors are a travesty of justice, unconstitutional, interferes with the rights and liberties of the people, and damaging the commerce and economy of the United States.  Where are the politicians at the Federal Level to correct these abuses?

Articles 2 and 3: establish the executive and judicial branches of American governance.  These articles remain critical to freedom-loving people as the articles clearly dictate terms in office, how to perform their duties, and establishes the various courts in the judicial system.  The jury trial is set forth without restriction and remains a key component in all trials.  Section 3 of Article 3 contains two items of note.  Item 1 defines treason narrowly and specifically; item 2 discusses the penalty of treason.  “Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them (the United States), or in adhering to their enemies (following an enemy’s directions), giving them aid and comfort (monetary means, housing, food, or other transferable goods).”

PatriotismA legal dictionary provides a slightly broader definition of treason, “The offense of attempting by overt [or covert] acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign’s family.  The betrayal of a trust: treachery.”  Therein lies the justification for labeling the actions of politicians who breach the public trust with treason, the politician who breaks their oath of office to support and defend the US Constitution is committing treason.

Articles 5-7: Deal with how the US Constitution can be amended, national debt, the supremacy of the US Constitution in America, oaths of office, and ratification of the US Constitution.  With these final words, the US Constitution closed, “Done in convention by the unanimous consent of the States present the Seventeenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty-seven and of the Independence of the United States of America the Twelfth In witness whereof we have hereunto subscribed our Names.”

Military CrestsEvery member of the US Military swears an eternal commitment to upholding this document, to securing the rights and laws of the United States as prescribed therein, and to follow the orders of the commander in chief before God.  I have had the privilege of taking that oath six times in my life.

The Oath of Enlistment: “I, [State your full legal name], do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So, help me, God.”

I will not allow the US Constitution to be thrown down and mobocracy, meritocracy, democracy, communism, socialism, or any other form of government to supersede the US Constitution.  To those politicians working hand-in-hand with the mobs and others for the destruction of America, you are committing treason and will one day answer for your crimes before the bar of justice.

Image - Eagle & FlagDuring my military service, I read a quote, applicable to the relationship between politicians working to destroy America and freedom lovers who support the US Constitution “No truer friend; no fiercer enemy!”  No truer friend can be found than I in the support of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.  No fiercer enemy can be found than I to those working to suppress the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights; “So, help me, God!”.

Dane-Geld: A Warning to the Mayors and Governors of America

Dane-GeldDane-Geld is “a land tax levied in medieval England, originally to raise funds for protection against Danish invaders.”  The 11th Century saw many frightened landowners who wanted peace raised money to pay-off the warring tribes of the north, called Danes.  From across the land, the rulers gathered penny and pound to buy protection from these warring tribes.  When the Dane’s saw how easy it was to obtain gold, they moved in and took the lands, and whole civilizations dropped into barbarianism, and the only reason we know these stories today, were the warring tribes of the Dane’s met cold steel in a furious fist and were beaten back.

Rudyard Kipling wrote a poem on this topic, called coincidently enough, “Dane-Geld.”

“It is always a temptation to an armed and agile nation
To call upon a neighbour and to say: —
“We invaded you last night–we are quite prepared to fight,
Unless you pay us cash to go away.”

And that is called asking for Dane-geld,
And the people who ask it explain
That you’ve only to pay ’em the Dane-geld
And then you’ll get rid of the Dane!

It is always a temptation for a rich and lazy nation,
To puff and look important and to say: —
“Though we know we should defeat you, we have not the time to meet you.
We will therefore pay you cash to go away.”

And that is called paying the Dane-geld;
But we’ve proved it again and again,
That if once you have paid him the Dane-geld
You never get rid of the Dane.

It is wrong to put temptation in the path of any nation,
For fear they should succumb and go astray;
So, when you are requested to pay up or be molested,
You will find it better policy to say: —

“We never pay any-one Dane-geld,
No matter how trifling the cost;
For the end of that game is oppression and shame,
And the nation that pays it is lost!”

Who, pray tell, is the modern Dane’s?  We currently call them Black Lives Matter (BLM), Antifa, and other extremist factions in American Society.  We call them ISIS, we call them terrorists.  For terrorists they are, and terrorist history has called them from day one.  Requiring a fearful reputation for violence, these people come to disrupt society, damage business, destroy goods, and wreak untold havoc and destruction.

Gadsden FlagMayors, Governors, you have a choice, to pay the Dane his pound of gold, or to fight the terror in society and be remembered.  The Mayor in Philadelphia during the riots past gave up entire city blocks for the Dane’s of her city to destroy, the Dane’s were not appeased, they moved in, and now control larger sections of the city than ever before.  Seattle’s mayor recently paid the Dane’s and has become the laughingstock of America over CHAZ.  Minneapolis, Detroit, Chicago, and so many other cities across America have bent the knee, paid the gold, and will never be rid of the Dane.

You can try and appease a mob.  You can fight a mob.  These are your only two options.  There is not third selection possible, for the mob, you fear today will be your rulers in captivity tomorrow.  Ask the city of Philadelphia if they like their new rulers.  Ask the community of Watts in LA if they like their rulers post LA Riots.  You can break a mob into individuals and hold them accountable, and you can try to pay off a mob, but you cannot do both, and you will lose short-term or long when you act against the mob.  Better to lose short term and win, then appease and lose everything to the rule of a mob.

For those city councils crying to appease the mob with defunding the police, I would that you would take a hard look at the closing stanza from Kipling.

“We never pay any-one Dane-geld,
No matter how trifling the cost;
For the end of that game is oppression and shame,
And the nation that pays it is lost!”

If you replace the word “nation” with city and county, you will understand the stakes you are suffering under currently.  I cannot stress enough the need for you to rise up, put some backbone on, tie on your work boots, and go to war against the powers of oppression and tyranny.  Call in the National Guard, the State Militias, we the sheepdogs of war will respond.  Do not allow America to fall on your watch because you think paying Dane-Geld is easier and more respectable.  For I promise you, if you do not stand against the tyrants today, the rest of America will have to stand against a stronger and more violent tyrant tomorrow!

The mobs, the rioters, and the looters currently rampaging are domestic terrorists, and make no mistake their sole aim is to destroy your town, your city, your county, your state, and your country!  Quoting from President Roosevelt, “We, too, born to freedom, and believing in freedom, are willing to fight to maintain freedom. We, and all others who believe as deeply as we do, would rather die on our feet than [to] live on our knees.

National GuardJoin us, ye politicians, who tremble!  Military Crests
