Do we Understand this Principle?

The First Amendment to the US Constitution claims the following:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

What is the principle?  “Prohibiting the free exercise, or abridging speech, through the use of government mandates.”  The government is not supposed to be picking winners (acceptable speech) and losers (unacceptable speech).  More to the point, neither shall ANY private business, non-profit, or non-governmental organizations employ force of coercion to limit speech.  Yet, what do we see daily, government and business organizations stealing liberty through limiting speech. The Duty of Americans

Consider the recent actions of GoFundMe, stealing funds collected for one group and trying to disburse them to other more “accepted” charities.  What was the group being stolen from; the Freedom Convey in Ottawa.  Who is being stole from; small people trying to do everything they can do support an end to government mandates.  Who forced GoFundMe to steal; nobody!  Sure, there was political pressure by politicians, but there was no law broken.  Yet, theft was planned and executed until sufficient opposing pressure was applied.

Stealing money donated is denying a voice to the donors who willingly gave money to a cause.  Where else do we see speech being limited, social media; especially, LinkedIn and Facebook, with Twitter a close third and competing heavily.  Daily on LinkedIn people report being put into social media jail for sharing information, making comments, and trying to learn about topics the social media companies find “objectionable,” “misinformation,” or merely not politically acceptable to the company owners.

Since we hear the term so often, what is “misinformation?”  According to Webster, misinformation is any information considered incorrect.  What is being labeled as misinformation most commonly, how masks are ineffective against viral diseases.  Recently I read the back of a box of N95 (Chinese KN95) masks (effective filtration to filter haze and dust), the manufacturer claims the mask is not effective against viruses.  But, if you share this information online, it is considered “misinformation.”  Thus, either the manufacturer is providing misinformation by manufacturing masks that cannot stop a virus, or those forcing mask mandates are passing misinformation.

https://c1.neweggimages.com/ProductImage/87-879-016-Z21.jpg

Misinformation continues to be “the topic” for controlling information.  Why does information need controlled?  Consider the vitamin industry, tons of information are available, not all of the information has been approved by government agencies and bureaucrats, but the vitamin industry continues to make money and people benefit from taking vitamins.  Yet, according to the website Psychology Today quotes the Surgeon General on the following:

Information requires processes for representing, collecting, storing, retrieving, evaluating, transforming, sending, and receiving.”

People supporting this opinion are hell bent on stealing freedom and removing freedom from other people.  Information does not need a process for representation, unless someone has something to hide or a devious purpose in conveying the information.  The Surgeon General report goes on to relate the following as the definition of misinformation:

Information that is false, inaccurate, or misleading according to the best available evidence at the time.”

For example, returning to the mask mandates.  The manufacturer by law, according to Federal Regulations on labeling, must report what their masks can and cannot do.  Yet, if you publish the manufacturer’s label on social media, you can have your social media accounts suspended for publishing misinformation, but who decides what is and is not misinformation?https://preview.redd.it/5xyh8158lwz41.jpg?auto=webp&s=47e5a93fb6f8c34d4ca6ae5ae65050c55934a927

Who enforces something as “misinformation?”  No one should, but too many bureaucrats think they can limit speech and no elected official is stepping up to put the bureaucrats out of the freedom limiting business.  Thus, we must ask ourselves, why aren’t elected officials stepping up to protect the citizens, because they do not deserve to be elected officials.  Do you think this is too tough; I do not!  When the elected officials refuse to do their jobs and protect the citizen from the liberty theft from bureaucrats, then it is time for new elected officials and smaller government!

I am urging all Americans to help slow the spread of health misinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.  Health misinformation is a serious threat to public health. It can cause confusion, sow mistrust, harm people’s health, and undermine public health efforts. Limiting the spread of health misinformation is a moral and civic imperative that will require a whole-of-society effort.”

Getting back to vitamins, the government makes claims, the vitamin manufacturers make claims, and the public is left the freedom and liberty to decide for themselves.  Why is COVID-19 any different?  Here is another pandemic, polio.

My wife, as a pre-teen (late 1940s early 1950s) contracted polio in Geneva, Ohio along with 14 or 15 classmates.  My mother-in-law refused the doctor’s diagnosis claiming my wife would have to live in an iron lung and remain handicapped for the rest of her life.  My mother-in-law went out, researched some treatments some Nuns in India/Asia were using to treat polio patients, and went to work convincing other parents and practicing the treatments on her sick daughter.  Of the children who listened to my mother-in-law, every single one has led a productive life, did not have their leg muscles split, did not live in an iron lung, and have survived polio.  One parent listened and followed the doctor’s advice, and the health policies of the county, that child had her leg muscles split, lived in an iron lung, and died early.

Polio has a significantly higher lethality rate than COVID-19 (50% vs. .01%), yet if a person does not listen and adhere to a doctor’s and bureaucrats every word as gospel for COVID, then that person is automatically considered bad, rebelling, and if they communicate online, they spread misinformation.  Yet, the best doctors know they do not know everything and will admit this openly.  Why should bureaucrats and scientists be given a free pass to say whatever they concoct, while everyone else is told to stop spreading misinformation?  By the way, masks are ineffective against Polio as well.

HSE warning over KN95 face masks

Is the problem more apparent?  Is the principle clear?  When speech can be selected as a winner or loser using the authoritative power of the government, then those selecting what speech is allowed or not are committing an illegal action.  It is 100% unconstitutional to regulate speech!  Regardless of online, in person, by letter, etc. it is illegal and unethical no matter how the regulations are wrapped in empathetic language.

Review again the mandate for controlling language from the Surgeon General.  Trading information on vitamins is health information and nobody is trying to restrict vitamins, but the Federal Government who wants more people to use pills from Big Pharmaceutical companies than natural remedies.  Slowly but surely discussing vitamins have had to onboard more and more disclaimers, but still the discussion continues.  America has reached a critical point, do we lay down our rights, liberties, and freedoms, or do we stand up and demand the government cease?

Fear – The COVID Tool

Bird of PreyThoreau is quoted as saying, “Nothing is so much to be feared as fear!”  From February 1918 through April 1920, the globe experienced an H1N1 viral infection, which came to be known as “The Spanish Flu.”  Stories abound regarding the Spanish Flu, how healthy people went to bed and woke up dead.  Stories abound about what governments did, how people reacted, and the science involved in this global panic.  The media during this period was not yet a mouthpiece for radicals and tyrants, and elected representatives and unelected representatives of government worked to stabilize their populations, care for the sick, bury the dead, and recover the financial losses.  Eventually, the world will experience the “Roaring 20s” because of the world leaders’ efforts to recover.

What changed in the century between the Spanish Flu and COVID-19; fear!  Fear has become a tradeable good, a tool for beating people, and a method of communicating lies and half-truths as the ultimate word in human communications.  Why was fear allowed to go from being disregarded into something that can control every population across the world, except for a small minority? Why

Fear Defined

From Psychology Today, we find this gem of information regarding fear.  “Fear is a vital response to physical and emotional danger that has been pivotal throughout human evolution, but especially in ancient times when men and women regularly faced life-or-death situations.”  One of the many pathways to fear leads through the badlands of disgust as an emotional response.  Understand something; emotions are a choice, a judgment, and a social construct.  How to emote correctly in that situation and environment is part of a survival trait and popularity tool to connect to other people (Solomon, 2003).

Social Aspects and Mental Connections

Matthew D. Lieberman (2013) authored “Social: Why Our Brains Are Wired to Connect.”  This book discusses how and why people connect and also disconnect.  The following quote from philosopher Jeremy Bentham discusses the biggest issue in connecting as social beings, “Pain and pleasure … govern us in all we do, in all we say, in all we think.”  With the brain wired, hard-wired from birth, towards a lust for pleasure, and avoidance of pain, the third aspect of hard-wired encoding is being social.  We need each other to completely experience pleasure and avoid pain.

Not Passion's Slave - Emotions and ChoiceHowever, it is also clear that emotions are a choice, a cognitive, conscious, and clear-cut choice.  We learn to read social situations as children, and these early experiences teach us about proper emotions in social situations.  Since our emotions are a social construct and choice, the connections to society, pleasure, and pain become our reality if we allow emotions to rule our minds, which is also a choice, with social influences and a judgment for basic survival.  Fear, especially as it applies to COVID-19 and other viral infections, we must understand our brains’ hard-wired coding and social aspects, plus the emotional decisions we consciously make.  If we fail to understand these connections, we miss how every person was manipulated and propagandized into a method of thinking and acting during a viral infection with a 99% survival rate and why COVID reactions were one way, and every other viral outbreak elicited the exact opposite response.

There is an entire branch of science dedicated to studying these connections and responses called social-cognitive neuroscience.  I am barely scratching the surface of these topics to provide the COVID response explanation, and I encourage further research if you doubt or would like more information.  I am not a social-cognitive neuroscientist, simply an industrial and organizational psychologist who works to understand the why in human interactions.Apathy

Lieberman (2013) points out some interesting aspects of fear; in the top ten lists of fears, three categories emerge, fear of physical harm and death (including emotional and mental harm), the death or loss of loved ones, and public speaking.  The hard-wiring of reward and fear, pain and pleasure, and our need to connect are physically exhibited through oxytocin release and the septal regions of the brain.  fMRI’s have reflected this physical connection and hard-wiring in every person’s brain.  When oxytocin is administered, humans show favoritism towards liked groups and strangers but increased hostility towards disliked groups — making the connections to fear being a product of disgust.

Daniel Kahneman (2011) authored “Thinking Fast and Slow.”  In discussing how the brain works, Kahneman (2011) introduces intuitive heuristics.  A heuristic or heuristic technique is any approach to problem solving or self-discovery that employs a practical method that is not guaranteed to be optimal, perfect, or rational but is nevertheless sufficient for reaching an immediate, short-term goal or approximation.  Intuitive heuristics is problem-solving using intuition.  In the US Military, we called these “WAGs” or “Wild-Arsed Guesses.”Plato 2

In reviewing the literature on the social dynamics of Spanish Flu and COVID-19, we find two main concerns.  The early stages of both health crises show leaders acting with intuitive heuristics, trying to solve the problem, e.g., avoiding pain, through educated guesses and flat-out WAGs.  The second dynamic is the social fear spread by, influenced with, and spurred to new heights by corporate media and politics.  We all remember how Dr. Fauci was first for and then vehemently against hydroxychloroquine, even though Dr. Fauci’s research had reflected the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine since the 1990s against viral SAR-Cov (coronaviruses) viral infections.

Where we are today – Nowhere Good!

VaccineIsrael announced they are planning to re-enter restrictions for wearing a mask inside your home as a government mandate due to a COVID-19 mutation called “Delta.”  The vaccine news continues to discuss whether or not the original vaccine developed will be effective against the new mutations of the coronavirus or if a booster vaccine will be required.  We have a causal relationship between giving children and teenagers the vaccine and a rare heart disease.  There are still doctors worldwide reading Dr. Fauci’s research and trying to prescribe hydroxychloroquine and being thrown in jail or facing ridicule and loss of license to practice medicine.  Worse, we still have doctors who recommend doing nothing if exposed to COVID until you cannot breathe, taking the lackadaisical approach to practicing medicine.

Emtional Investment CycleAll of these stories have a similar root cause, fear!  The politicians fear losing their job, so they overreact.  The media stirs up fear in a populace, for scared people are easier to keep emotionally distracted than logically thinking; hence fear sells advertising, and the media knows how to sell advertising.  Fear drives irrational purchases, like packing your garage full of toilet paper and bottled water.  Fear drives avoidance and acceptance of freedom stealing government mandates.

Question 3Fear drove a recent business interaction, where a person hard of hearing had removed their mask to lip-read during a conversation.  The business leader demanded they both put their masks back on per “company policy.”  Only later was the hearing impairment made known to the business leader.  What has been the company response, investing in transparent and expensive masks.  Fear driving irrational business decisions based upon fear of risks rather than proactive methods for conducting business.

One of the most problematic aspects of COVID has been accepting fear as a valid reason to take action, report your neighbors, and make wrongheaded business decisions.  When COVID-Hysteria finally concludes, how foolish will people feel for blindly following instead of logically thinking and acting?  Worse, what will the fallout be from being made to feel foolish?  Long-term, does the feeling of foolishness and fear change how people listen and follow government mandates in the future?  What laws will change social interactions and societal morals due to the fallout from COVID?

Knowledge Check!Honest questions, to which the answers must be sought and explored before the media decides the populace is too stupid to think for themselves, and they force solutions onto the politicians through shoddy statistical lies.  America and every representative government globally, we the owners of our governments, need to become more proactive before we wake up one morning, and freedom has been lost, rights trampled, and liberty was stolen for the power of politicians and the media.  Not fear-mongering.  Just a concerned citizen looking for answers.

Did you Hear? – Let’s Have the FULL Conversation

Bird of PreyThe following are several stories where the entire conversation is not being held, information is not being disseminated, and the public is left in the dark.  In the name of having that whole conversation, let us ask tougher questions and demand better answers!  More to the point, I hope these conversations lead to less government control, bureaucratic edict, and bureaucracy fiat.

Medical Mayhem – Socialized Medicine

The Jerusalem Post, 23 June 2021, reports that baby Alta Fixler will be removed from life support.  Following her parent’s wishes to send her to a hospital in Jerusalem due to her parent’s Haredi Orthodox Jewish faith.  The parents petitioned the hospital to release their child, who has been on life support since birth, to travel to the Jerusalem Hospital. Britain’s National Health Service (NHS) took legal action, and now the child is slated to be removed from life support.

Knowledge Check!Make no mistake, this type of parental and patient abuse is alive and well in America.  The face of socialized medicine is a nameless bureaucrat making decisions, running to a judge, and forcing upon parents that which the parents believe is not in the best interest of their child.  If you want to read the heartbreaking story of socialized medicine in America, look no further than the Justina Pelletier case.  The only question never answered in the Justina Pelletier case has been where do parental rights end and hospital bureaucrats begin?  Never answered, and this legal gray area is where socialized medicine thrives!

Baby Alta Fixler is not the first child to die by government fiat in English hospitals by court order.  Justina Pelletier is not the first case of hospitals abusing patients based upon doctor opinions and bureaucracy.  The entire conversation needs to be had.  Each state in America, each voter in America, needs to decide should a nameless, faceless bureaucrat have life and death control over your loved one, or should the family and parents have that control?

US Government – Censors Iranian Websites and Media Outlets

Ziggy on GovernmentReuters, copied on Jerusalem Post, 23 June 2021, reports how the US Government is working to end the social media influence of Iran on America’s political system.  A totally dumb move by the Biden Administration to single out just one state actor pulling America around by the social media noose.  The story includes Russia, China, and North Korea, all investing in websites specifically designed to tout the party line and sway political interests in America.  Yet, the only country singled out for action has been Iran.  Thus, the first question is, why?  Why is Iran singled out?  When will China, North Korea (China’s Hand Puppet), and Russia join the list of censored state actors involved in disinformation?

Now, here is why this is a dumb move; censorship never works!  Censor an idea today, and tomorrow it becomes a living and breathing problem.  For example, Mark Twain’s incredible story of “Huck Finn.”  It was banned in my public library on Monday and Tuesday, the book had a backlog to be checked out, and no copy could be found on any shelf in bookstores.  This all occurred before the Internet, eBay, Amazon.com, the bookstores included used bookstores.  With technology, the problem has only grown.

Knowledge Check!Consider LinkedIn; it continues to censor speech it finds personally repugnant or disagrees with politically.  Facebook does the same; Twitter, Google, and the list of Big Tech censoring grows.  Yet, the ideas they find abhorrent take on a life of their own, continuing to prove that censoring an idea is the worst decision!  Worse, in America, a Constitutional Republic (if we can keep it), demands via the First Amendment that censorship of speech is wrong.  You do not fight bad information with censorship, you fight bad information with good information, allowing the complete discussion based upon the facts, and you respect the Rule of Law!

Why is this concept so difficult to understand?  Before we can shake a stick, there will be lawsuits, charities, and news media with identical talking points trying to push back against the government.  The ACLU will take the case Pro Bono, and the Judicial Branch will again confirm that free speech cannot be censored, making the government look stupid for censoring speech, increasing traffic to these obscure websites from curiosity doing more harm than good to America.  The exact opposite result the government was trying to create by censoring.  Let us have the complete discussion, open free speech, do not censor, and for pity sake stop making legal martyrs out of the enemies of America!

Google Israel, Conversion Therapy, and the LGBTQ+ Community

Question22 June 2021, The Jerusalem Post reports that Google Israel has launched a campaign to fight conversion therapy practices.  After canceling an app to aid in conversion therapy, after an outcry from the LGBTQ+ community.  Since the fallacious claims of the 1960s that sex is love, and love is free, and equality in sex includes changing genders and pushing the full-on homosexual agenda down the throats of a global audience, the LGBTQ+ community has tried to control the conversation on bedroom choices for everyone.  Which in and of itself is a form of censorship.

GLAAD (Gay, Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) reports conversion therapy is defined as “Any attempt to change a person’s sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.”  Conversion therapists define conversion therapy as, “Conversion therapy is the practice of trying to change an individual’s sexual orientation from homosexual or bisexual to heterosexual using psychological, physical, or spiritual interventions.”  Frankly, it appears to me that both groups are trying to win hearts and minds through the same tactics, just using different politics and purposes.  Here’s the problem, since the LBGTQ+ community continues to use the judicial branch to censor speech, promote their causes, and subjugate laws, the entire conversation is not being had on how people choose to become members of the LGBTQ+ community or if they want to return to heterosexual communities.  This lack of diversity in conversation and the withholding of information is censorship, and censorship is wrong!

Male v. FemaleI repeat myself only for emphasis, “I do not care about your bedroom selections.”  Provided you and your partner are legal and consenting adults, there is no reason for me to be interested.  Your business is YOUR business, with all the consequences of YOUR choices.  I have heard the horror stories of pedophiles grooming young boys to become members of the LGBTQ+ community; I have seen the reports on diseases, physical harm, suicides, rapes, and other problems in this community.  But, by not having both sides of the conversation, how can a person be expected to make a logical choice about their identity if half the conversation is depicted as roses and rainbows, and the other half is never discussed at all?

I am not here to tell you how to live your life.  Make your choices live with your consequences, the same as every other adult.  But, if you are preying on children for homosexual or heterosexual appetite suppression, you are deserving of the full weight of the law!  For example, the North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA), fighting to decriminalize pedophilia and pederasty, is closely associated with and receives funding from all types of homosexual and LGBTQ+ community supporters.  Yet, what they proclaim and do is groom young boys for homosexual sex.  Worse, the K-12 sexual education programs are an outreach of both NAMBLA and GLAAD and have been since the programs were introduced in K-12 schools.

Question 2Some online sources claim that these targeting groups for pedophiles are defunct, except I do not believe this, as the fluidity of terminology and the plasticization of words are more common among the LGBTQ+ crowd than among politicians.  To date, I have not found a single organized group where women groom young girls into lesbian relationships.  I mention these two items because conversion therapy goes both ways, luring into homosexual relationships and luring into heterosexual relationships.  I have witnessed women practicing witchcraft introduce lesbian lifestyles to their adherents, and I have witnessed several Wiccan groups preach the same lesbian lifestyles to their supporters.  However, I make no judgments or broad aspersions beyond my experience as I do not have enough information on the grooming of women into lesbian lifestyles.

However, the fact remains that the LGBTQ+ community is controlling the conversation.  The volume of disinformation in the LGBTQ+ communities is based on a lot of fear and twisted science, and by preventing the whole discussion from occurring, censorship is hurting people.  All I am asking for is the disinformation and censorship to cease.  If you believe your cause is correct, allow the complete discussion to occur, discuss the pros and cons openly, detail the consequences and potential harm.  We already do this, by forced mandate, for heterosexual relationships; what is there to hide in the homosexual relationships that command all this hatred for telling both sides of the homosexual story?  You, the LGBTQ+ community started this conversation, so let’s have a full and honest discussion.

Knowledge Check! You, as an adult, consenting, can do what you please.  I merely ask that you stop interfering in the transfer of information so young people can have all the facts.  Before they jump into a relationship that can physically, mentally, and emotionally scar them for life, be that relationship hetero or homosexual.  End the censorship!

COVID-19: The Origin Story

Knowledge Check! Please note, from the beginning of November 2019, it was clear that there was a viral disease that had upset the Government of the People’s Republic of China (China). As a result, people were getting sick, the news was being censored, journalists published, and the viral infection had started in Wuhan Province, China. So, shortly after Christmas (2019), Big-Tech began censoring the stories that had originated in November 2019 and restricting access to the truth.  Those of us who were closely following these events started to suspect things that raised concerns.  The combined actions of the media, social media, the Chinese Government, and the lackadaisical world governments raised eyebrows.  By February 2020, COVID-19 was on us, and the travel restrictions were already 90-days too late!

From February 2020 to the present, the only truth about the origins of COVID-19, beyond simply that it started in Wuhan Province, China, is pure suspicion and absolute conjecture!  However, every citizen on this planet needs to be concerned!  The Daily Signal ran an interesting article on COVID-19 that should wake every American up to the dangers President Obama’s (D) Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (D) promised when stating, “Never let a crisis go to waste.”

Plato 2American policy on using biological, chemical, or nuclear weapons, in war or peace, the user was subject to a nuclear strike in retaliation.  President Obama (D) and his “Red Lines” in Turkey that weren’t worth spit on hot pavement changed this policy.  One of the more problematic theories put forward has been that China used COVID-19 to “Dry Run,” a bio-war weapon, and gather real-world data on how the world would respond.  I have covered the links to this in previous articles and am not repeating myself for emphasis!  This scenario is frightening in the extreme, especially since China has nuclear retaliatory strike capabilities.  Worse, China has climbed in bed with Russia and Iraq, both of whom are skilled at invading the US/Mexico border with impunity.

Should China admit the United State’s involvement in the gain of function research at the Wuhan Virological Laboratory on coronaviruses, what does this do to credibility and US Relations?  The United States halted the gain of function research on coronaviruses and other viruses.  EcoHealth Alliance, an organization taking American tax dollars, sent their research to China to keep the research going.  We have several American college laboratories with their hands in the gain of function virology research.  How much, who, when, and why all remain pure guesswork now, as much of those articles have also become “mislaid” on the Internet!  Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google specifically have worked overtime scrubbing these source articles as “misleading” on COVID-19 as the official reason for censoring knowledge.  The truth will shortly come out as to how much money China invested in getting Big-Tech and Social Media into bed together and working for the PRC’s Marxist Government!Apathy

Until February 2021, I had access to several peer-reviewed sources that walked the reader through how research done in the United States was sent to Canada, Australia, Japan, and eventually to Wuhan Province, China.  Unfortunately, Big-Tech and Social Media continue to censor and scrub, and these resources have evaporated.  If you have links to these resources, please share them in the comments section.  The lock on information is as bad as the disinformation and propaganda machines of Nazi Germany where COVID is concerned, and that also should be investigated thoroughly!

Two questions hinge upon the origin of COVID:

  1. What should be the penalty?
  2. How should the penalty be delivered?

Keep a couple of thoughts in mind; China is not their Government; what responsibly do taxpayers have in representative governments who helped gain function research?  Are the people of China to pay with their lives for the actions of their detestable Government?  In a representative government, the people are where the “buck stops” when accountability and responsibility are needed.  Is the reason for taking action and getting involved in your Government clear?

Bird of PreyAmerica, I cannot stress this enough, I am not excusing the Wuhan Laboratory for their practices.  The news has reported bad freezer gaskets, trash just dumped, and thousands of other errors in operational laboratory practices that should never occur in a certified laboratory researching viral gain of function research.  I am not excusing the American Government nor EcoHealth Alliance for their roles in this COVID-Farrago.  However, the fix to recovering from and avoiding future bio-weapons being released is to be found in the capitals of the US and all her states.  The Government in America is the problem, and the solution begins with the ballot box!

Division vs. Unity, Labels, and Big Tech

Angry Wet ChickenLast week, while scrubbing my SPAM folder on Gmail, I discovered that Google had arbitrarily been sending several emails containing news of a more conservative slant straight to SPAM.  Why would Google arbitrarily act in a manner to thwart the delivery of email?  A topic for discussion later in this article.

America faces a huge test right now; division is costing us opportunity, liberty, freedom, and potential.  Worse, it will eventually destroy the United States of America, a free Republic (if we can keep it).  What is this nefarious foe; a lack of unity.  The political parties have become so divisive that families are being torn asunder over something as petty as which political party to embrace.  Religion, lifestyle choices, employment opportunities, and so much more are being used to erode America at the family foundation.quote-mans-inhumanity

Socialsolutions.com reports some disturbing statistics from 2018.  However, the COVID-Farrago has seen these numbers only increase, and the numbers for 2020 are still not compiled and updated.  ACLEDdata.com provides some of the statistics from 2020, and the political violence inflicted on families is stunning!  Where does the blame lay for all this violence, property damage, public property destruction, and the host of terrorism committed in George Floyd’s name; the US President, Vice President, Speakers of the House and Senate, the governors, the mayors, and state legislators.

Bait & SwitchI am not excusing individual accountability for specific acts, but every silent politician in America has condoned the divisive behavior.  The corporate media have fed the violence and division, and the press has even been videoed participating in the violence.  My wife stated something, “The problems have become too great for any single individual to make a difference.”  I vociferously disagreed then and state unequivocally now that good is still in the majority of America and Americans and that one individual who declares enough is enough can make a world of difference!

Charmaine Yoest, Jack Spencer, John G. Malcolm, and James Carafano, writing for The Daily Signal, published an article on 11 June 2021 worthy of reading.  The twelve points they outlined are listed below, and additional commentary is mine.

      1. Protect Our Vote – I cannot stress this enough. The November 2020 elections, like all elections since we allowed computers into the mix, were fraught with illegal and illicit behaviors and reflects malfeasance towards the voter. However, that problem is specifically targeted at the local political leaders and judges who refused to allow time for transparent investigations.  President Biden and his administration are definitely not helping the situation.  Getting the Federal Government out of elections is the pre-eminent step we need to return State Rights to State Governments.President Adams
      2. Secure Our Border – America was built on defensible borders, and neglecting those borders is the height of Treason! Webster defines Treason as “The betrayal of allegiance toward one’s own country, especially by committing hostile acts against it or aiding its enemies in committing such acts.”  Hostile acts can be refusing to act when problems arise if the failure to act benefits you personally.  The continued flaunting of National Security on America’s borders (North and South) is treasonous, and those committing these actions of inaction need to be held accountable before the bar of law!photo_slideshow_max
      3. Stop Adding Debt – Of all the points raised in this Daily Signal article, this point is second most important, only behind defensible borders! Inflation must be fought with smarter monetary policies.  Want a good reference for smarter economic policies; Mark Skidmore is a leading economist in the field of government economics and is almost entirely unknown unless you have a hobby in following government monetary policies.  Dr. Skidmore has worked with a highly intelligent team of economists to try and find more than $94 Trillion in lost money in the Federal Government.  Before America spends another dime, a full and transparent audit must be completed, all the books opened, and criminal charges brought!Plato 2
      4. Stand Up To China – One of the things I particularly loved about President Trump, and honestly, there weren’t very many, was his hard stance against China! I applaud President Trump’s efforts at leading America while surrounded by enemies foreign and predominantly domestic!  But to take a hardline stance against China is still desperately needed; yet, what do we see in the capitols of America, kowtowing to China by America’s elected leaders.  ENOUGH!  Stop committing Treason with a dedicated foreign enemy!Apathy
      5. Do NOT Raise Taxes – [Emphasis Mine] You cannot spend yourself out of debt, and you cannot tax your populace for personal benefits to remain elected by buying votes through forced taxation and government largess! America has never had an income problem; we have always had a spending problem!  Debt is captivity, captivity to our enemies is Treason, and those committing Treason need to be held accountable before the law.  From the bureaucrat to the politician, every single one needs to be held responsible for what they have and have not done in properly honoring the funds delivered to the Government through forced taxation!Life Valued
      6. Stop the woke! – From Critical Race Theory to wave upon wave of identity politics, America is being divided so as to be more easily conquered. If you cannot see how dangerous these lines of division are, we need to talk about waking up mentally and recognizing the 800# Gorilla in the room!  You do not need to have special identity laws for every single invented identity, and going down that slippery slope produces nothing but harm, chaos, and destruction.  Ask Caesar from Ancient Rome how identity politics worked in Ancient Rome.  History relates what happens at the end of the identity politics games, and the results are never beneficial!Courage
      7. Cut Red Tape – Another one of those things I applaud President Trump for doing was cutting the Federal Government Red Tape to free the American worker, businesses, and manufacturing. Want a startling statistic; besides inflation, the only other driver of higher costs is government red tape.  I learned this as a kid when I saw the taxes included in a gallon of gas.  I asked if the same was true of all prices and my parents had no idea.  Thus began my hobby of understanding and tracking economics!  But, do not take my word for it; look up the cost of bread from 1940 to today, and look at how much government red tape has influenced just a loaf of bread.  We, the proper owners of the Government in America, must regain the reigns from the asylum patients and cut government red tape! The Duty of Americans
      8. Help Us Sleep Safe at Night – Talk about a conjoined issue with defensible borders! Tell me, why are portions of America’s National Parks just as deadly as Northern Mexico?  I have read first-hand accounts of scouts stumbling upon drug manufacturing facilities, landmines and guerilla war tactics employed to dissuade investigation, and the armed terrorists living in America’s National Parks to produce drugs for the American markets.  Before Big-Tech thought this would blacken certain political parties’ chances at re-election or election, many of those stories were scrubbed from the Internet.  Tell me, do you sleep safer at night right now than you did three years ago?  My home security costs have skyrocketed, 24/7 surveillance makes me feel like a prisoner in my own home.  Yet, the elected officials have blocked all attempts at using the military to root out the terrorists and gangs from America’s National parks and defend the US Borders.Plato 3
      9. Stop Big-Tech! – Have you noticed the censorship occurring across the Internet? How one day you can find stories on a specific topic and the next you cannot locate those same sources?  Perfect example, in February 2020, I could find Dr. Fauci’s research on Coronaviruses and many other research topics.  Now, I can find nothing of those early research projects that proved Dr. Fauci is either lying in his research then or lying to the public now.  I have emails being sent arbitrarily to SPAM if it is content Google opposes politically.  I have witnessed LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media restrict access, shut down accounts, and destroy people’s livelihoods, all because of content the Big-Tech does not find politically palatable.  I am done being censored, censured, and prohibited, all because some tech company does not like the truth!PACT_model
      10. Deliver School Choice – Long have I written that K-12 education is sexually grooming and abusing America’s children instead of teaching them how to read, write, and think logically through arithmetics. K-12 education in America, since the 1860s, has been purposefully designed not to teach students how to read because a literate society knows freedoms and liberties, and an illiterate society can be controlled.  Hence, I disagree with these authors; even school choice cannot save America’s youth from abuse at the hands of teachers and bureaucrats embedded in the education system.  The individual states need to be freed from the Federal Department of Education.  Then, the states need to revamp what education means and begin to throw out the bureaucrats and increase the abilities of teachers to lead and instruct in their classrooms!Patriotism
      11. Empower Patients, NOT Government – [Emphasis Mine] Being a disabled veteran, having my medical care through the VA, I could not agree more that the Government needs to be ripped out of healthcare and the doctor-patient relationship. However, we also need the litigious nature of society to be corrected.  The cost of malpractice insurance is so exceedingly prohibitive that doctors cannot practice independently, and the corporatization of medicine has been growing twice the government intrusion rate!  Thus, the red tape needs to be removed, government intrusion needs to be clipped, and people looking at the judicial branch as a gold mine need to be shunted and stopped!Social Justice Warrior 2
      12. Make Our Streets Safe! – Again, we find an issue with root causes behind defensible borders, military action to fight the drug trade, and the overhaul of the criminal justice system. When the criminal has more rights and protections than the victims, justice is not served!  When sentences do not include community service to repair damage to a society, justice for the community is not served.  When jail has more privileges than not being incarcerated, the criminal justice system is everything but bringing justice to criminals!  We have enough trash, graffiti, weeds, and other community service work needing to be performed for three armies of criminals.  Get them on this service instead of sitting all day.  Worse, all those “peaceful protestors,” a.k.a domestic terrorists, need to be out repairing the damage to the communities they wrought!

Knowledge Check!Unity is a precious resource America has always enjoyed in abundance, and the political enemies of America despise America for the unity that has always been here.  We might fight like brothers amongst ourselves, we might have ancient grudges and family disputes that spill over state lines, but we are inherently a unified people.  Stop allowing the media to preach division, hate, and identity politics.  Stop allowing those elected as representatives to divide you and your family.  America, we have a choice before us, unite and live, or divide and fall.  All of the changes discussed stem from a simple point, will we choose to unite and live or allow division to separate us to be conquered as unpitied sacrifices in a contemptible struggle?

Image - Eagle & FlagJoin me!  Join with your neighbors and family members!  Let us for a community of responsible and intelligent citizens, who are informed, and active in halting the government abuses at every turn!  As a united front, we can win!  Believe that, and we are halfway to restoring America to the ”Shining city on a hill!”

NO MORE BS: Clearing up the confusion! – Understanding the Government of America

Bird of PreyRepresentative Deb Haaland (D) sent out an email while a US House of Representatives member claimed America is a “Constitutional Democracy.”  I will endeavor to correct this confusion using simple terms; for Representative Haaland’s benefit, please allow me to elaborate.  Along the way, let us explore a few connected topics, including the plasticization of words and how that breeds tyranny.

A Republic finds its history lodged in the writings of Plato, who called a republic “possessing the structure and composition of the ideal state.”  James Madison provides America with the only definition needed for America to be a republic, “We may define a republic to be … a government which derives all its powers directly or indirectly from the great body of the people; and is administered by persons holding their offices during pleasure, for a limited period, or during good behaviour [Emphasis added].”  A republic is a government system where the supreme power rests in the body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by representatives chosen directly or indirectly by them.  Finally, a republic is recognized by the head of the government, not being a monarch or other hereditary head of state.

America has a Constitution that leaves all the power of the government in the hands of its legal citizens.  Legal citizens are not impostor aliens or terrorists captured on a battlefield; thus, US Constitutional Rights do not apply or cover these entities.  A Republic is formed around the principle that through property ownership, freedom is generated.  A Republic requires time, majorities that clearly surpass a simple majority, and when personal property is threatened or removed from individual citizens, that Republic slips into a democracy.  A Democracy cannot climb into being a Republic, but the Republic can be reduced to a democracy.Look

Democracy is associated with the “rule by the people,” or a simple majority wins.  The associations of democracy have become more twisted since the mid-1930s.  Therein lies the problem, democracies have existed under the feudal system of government, the communists have tried to instill democratic changes, and dictators like Maduro in Venezuela have employed democracy for personal enrichment and citizen enslavement.  Democracy, other than being dangerous, is the belief that simple majority rules for everyone.  Winston Churchill is correct, “No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all-wise. Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except for all those other forms that have been tried from time to time.”  The reason democracy is dangerous is the belief that people control the rule when they have nothing to do with the ruling.  The “Rule of Law does not bind rulers of a democracy”; they are only restricted by statistics reported in opinion polls, which Mark Twain aptly called “Damned lies.”Finest Hour

Consider the United Kingdom, which is a “Democratic Polyarchy” as they have a hereditary monarch ruler, and a democratic parliament; when the people demanded an exit from the European Union, the supposedly democratic parliament stymied and thwarted the people’s will to keep the United Kingdom in the European Union.  Venezuela is a democracy where the constitution was destroyed for personal power.  The country was bankrupted for the enrichment of the few, and the people are now left starving, wondering where their country went.

America’s founders were interested in creating a representative democracy under a republican form of government to protect the property rights of individuals that generate the most freedom for the most people.  Under a republican form of government, everyone is first bound by the rule of law; in America’s case, the code we are all united under is the US Constitution.  Even the government must answer to the lowest of citizens.  Important to note, a Republican form of government does not mean that the Political Party “Republicans” are the party to rule exclusively.  The plasticization of words and terms continues to create confusion where politics is concerned.Patriotism

America was never expected to be a direct democracy, where Representative Haaland (D) is basing her erroneous statement regarding America being a “Constitutional Democracy.”  Here is where the fallacy resides, a constitutional democracy would only require a simple majority to enact new clauses in the constitution.  America’s Constitution requires ¾’s of the individual US States to ratify a Constitutional Amendment after the Constitutional Amendment has won supermajorities in the US House of Representatives and the Senate.  Thus, any fourth-grade student who has passed American history can tell how and why America is NOT a “Constitutional Democracy,” as stated by Representative Haaland.  “Constitutional Democracy” is fallacious, deceiving, and meant to create confusion in the populace.  Since Representative Haaland (D) and Senator Udall (D) continue to disregard their constituents, I expect more but have come to realize they will not adhere to providing a higher level of respect for the offices they individually hold, representing their constituents across the political spectrum. The Duty of Americans

Property – It’s Not What you Think!

Since we discuss the rule of law, republics, and other related topics, let us dig a little into an item that is killing America and her freedom, the loss of private property.  Charles Reich, an American legal and social scholar as well as an author who was a Professor at Yale Law School, writes a paper every American citizen needs to read and be concerned over, this paper is referenced below, and the link is active.

Detective 4Starting in the 1930s, during the “Great Depression,” changes were made to America’s methods of governance by the President, a willing media, and sycophants in the Senate and House.  Establishing the Federal and State Government’s ability to rule by largess; picking winners and losers based upon obeisance to a bureaucrat’s whims, wishes, and will.  Reich lays out this history, walks the reader through the laws, and makes the case that because of democratic rule America’s Republic has been reduced to a feudal system where the government decides who gets the largess and who does not.  With the Federal and State Governments making these decisions, businesses do not compete fairly upon their own merits but upon how much taxpayer money they can bamboozle from Uncle Sam.  Unfortunately, the entire system hinges upon reducing private property ownership and the freedoms private property allow to feed the ever-hungry beast of Government consumption.Image - Quote Poltics is Dirty

A perfect example is found in K-12 Schools.  When a school insists they need more money from the taxpayer, they blame poverty and race as to why their students cannot learn unless more money is poured into a failing school to purchase a “magic bullet,” e.g., an expensive new toy, technology, or program—providing three lies in one, and excusing designed incompetence for the failure of students who the teachers have abused.  Race governing ability is the first lie.  Poverty dictating intellect forms the second lie.  More money needed in K-12 Education is the third lie.  The designed incompetence that allows or encourages a teacher to pass a student that does not meet the standards of learning is an abuse of students, not a problem of funding, and not a problem of the teacher, but a lack of parental involvement and student engagement.Government Largess

Here is government largess in action; if the school board does not adhere to the lies of race and poverty affecting intellectual ability, that school does not get more money.  Repeatedly, we see these lies vociferously declared in the media that poverty and race are holding a school/student back, and the government needs to spend more money.  In reality, leadership in the school, reinstating the teacher’s authority, and respect is required for those schools, not more government largess.  Indeed not another program or technology that no one can afford will fail to achieve the sales pitch.

ApathyThus, America needs to demand change through the ballot box, insist that freedom and private property are returned to the people. Those representatives who have no moral center, or cannot serve their constituents from both parties equally, are removed from politics; indefinitely!  Since America is a Republic and not a democracy (yet!), the problems in representation can be solved.

Plastic Language is Tyranny!

Stretched WordsShakespeare (2016) used Hamlet to relate a line that frequently applies, especially when communicating online, “… thou doth protest too much, methinks.”  Too often, those intent on misusing words are protesting too much about something.  On social media, every communication, every interaction, and every person is a threat to the intellect of the one protesting and must be lorded over, trolled, and publicly shamed.  A recent example of this the world witnessed during Justice Kavanaugh’s confirmation process, where the judge’s children were physically and verbally assaulted—using a warping of legal rights, guaranteed justification for the assault.  A careful review of any newspaper, news broadcast, and many politicians speaking will evidence the plasticization of words to justify actions, e.g., President Clinton, “Depends on what your definition of “is” is.”  Words to couch a threat while seeming to be helpful and friendly, or worst of all hide abuses of others through twisted logic.  Every time words become disconnected from standard meanings, society crumbles, language becomes useless, and the consequences are multi-generational, which is precisely what transpired in recovering Germany after Hitler’s demise.

Andragogy - LEARNI had the great personal pleasure of speaking to a senior citizen from Germany who lived through Hitler’s oppression and the recovery of Germany post-WWII, and the person I spoke with affirmed the most challenging social problem was relearning words and definitions to communicate without the taint of Hitler’s Germanic Language.  Hence, we can draw several lessons from this experience; language is trained.  It can be retrained; relearning language is a social problem fixed through social interactions and personal knowledge, and personal responsibility and accountability remain pre-eminent in communicating correctly.  Another lesson from my experience, history repeats itself, and those with dastardly designs will always corrupt language to gain the advantage before showing their true colors as tyrants.  Every single despot in recorded history has employed plastic language to lull the population into acquiescence before demanding loyalty and destroying that civilization, society, or culture.

Word Plasticity is LIC!LIC 2

I cannot stress this point enough; LIC (Low-Intensity Conflict) is a type and style of warfare hosted by a wealthy or politically protected party for the demise of a population through “diplomatic, economic, and psychological pressures.”  Language is a social construct.  As discussed above, where Germany had to rid itself of twisted words and phrases from the Nazis, the social construct of language is generally the first step in advancing psychological warfare against a population.  Recognizing the plasticization of language is the first problem in fighting LIC.  How was Maduro able to lull the entire population of Venezuela into false security while he destroyed their constitution?  He employed psychological warfare through the plasticization of language.  Cuba, China, USSR, and every other tin-pot dictatorship employ the same strategy, twist the language, and conquer the people.

Knowledge Check!Representative Haaland (D), now Interior Secretary, was employing plastic words to hide her tyrannical ambitions, calling America a “Constitutional Democracy.”  The United States of America is a Constitutional Republic with democratically elected representatives.  If America is to survive as a Republic; the citizens need to understand where plastic language is employed, understand their government form, and insist that the democratically elected representatives will realize the same.  Recognizing LIC is the first step, and the depth of LIC being enacted against America has been allowed to grow until America is in dire straits and dangerous waters!  The American Republic must re-embrace private property and refuse what has been done since the 1900s by presidential fiat and complicit Congresses under the heading of “progressivism.”

NO MORE BS: Outlining the Problems – Candidate to Elected Official

Broken RobotRecently, an email purportedly written or approved by Warren Buffett came through my email inbox.  The email has me thinking about the perks and problems in elections, allowing politicians of all levels of government to act like “Lords and Masters” over other citizens.  Agree or disagree, your call; however, I do passionately believe that America needs better politicians, and the following are my thoughts on obtaining better politicians.

    1. Better politicians begin with better candidates. The corporate media has proven how inadequate and biased they are in reporting upon candidates, vetting candidates, and sharing candidate information.  Thus, the first step in improving better candidates is better reporting of information.  Not just websites, not just Twitter feeds, not just the speeches, the candidate needs to be vetted, but games of gotcha and 20-year-old mistakes should not kill a candidate.  However, if a pattern of behavior stretches 20-years, that should be reported and discussed as part of the morals and ethics of a candidate.
          • Being a politician should never be a popularity contest as portrayed in Hollywood.
          • Morals, ethics, and living one’s beliefs need to be witnessed long before a candidate becomes a candidate!
          • Stop the emotional game playing. Sexism is stupid, racism is wrong, and playing either card makes you, the player, appear imbecilic, and you have lost my vote forever!
    2. Vetting a candidate should not include a test; however, the candidate should be able to answer basic questions about constitutionality, the US Bill of Rights, a citizen’s role in government, and have a working knowledge of history. Practice in public speaking is helpful but not mandatory.
    3. A candidate should not be elected for life! While I am not fully supportive of mandatory term limits, I am a full supporter of impeaching and replacing any politician for failure to follow the law!  Then the ex-politician becomes a defendant in a court of law, by a jury of their peers, for crimes committed.  Why can’t a mayor, a member of the US House or Senate be recalled and fired?  Let’s make this process easier and running for office less expensive.

Let us Talk Term Limits.

Millstone of Designed IncompetenceAgency and freedom, liberty, and capability are interconnected principles needed for a Republic to select its politicians.  Term limits unfairly reduce all these interconnected principles, and while I believe in the “Rule of Law,” the framers had good reason not to include term limits.  Please note, I am not advocating for a permanent ruling class, nor am I arguing for career politicians; I urge people to think beyond the current disastrous crop of politicians and how they got there.  Living in a Republic means change requires time, a lot of time, and sometimes the best politicians need more time but do not have that time due to term limits, so they rush, and in rushing, what could have been a good thing, becomes a disaster!

Indiana is an excellent example of the need for time.  Through 10-years of fiscal sanity, the government has been able to accrue $2 Billion that can now be used to aid a lot of people.  But, these funds were not available without a decade of sacrifice.  But, this does not mean the governments can go from fiscal sanity and sacrifice to spend crazy!

ApathyThus, bringing us back to the need for better candidates for elections, and a need for better vetting, lower election costs, and keeping an informed electorate firmly in control over the politician elected to lead.  Does anyone remember when President Clinton faced impeachment in the Senate for lying; he was genuinely scared of being defeated and kicked out of office.  Yet, the governor of California, when facing an impeachment, laughed.  That is where politics have fallen since, and because of President Clinton and his vile blaggard of a spouse!  Why was President Clinton successful in winning the impeachment process.  For two reasons, his wife is an expert in backroom dealing, bribery, and sycophancy, and the Republican Party fell apart without a clear successor that would have been superior to President Clinton.

    1. I agree; there IS too much bloody money in politics, especially for candidates.  As a candidate, the need for money leads to promises, deals, and Quid Pro Quo like no other business.  In fact, if businesses operated as candidates for political office, their owners would be arrested and jailed!  But the answer to the problem, like in business, does not require more laws, lawyers, and government, but less!  How many election commissions does it require for a candidate to apply for political office; too bloody many!  This means that the legal process to become a candidate is too expensive, long before the first dollars are ever raised.  The laws governing a candidate for public office have become so convoluted that it makes the election commissions the Praetorian Guard, instead of what they are, flaccid, impotent, bureaucrats with too much time, too many connections, and too much politics to survive much longer!  Do not forget the IRS plays a significant role in the candidate becoming a politician, debt, banks, and other lending institutions (e.g., the mafia, drug manufacturers including illegal and illicit, big business, etc.) all become the “silent partners” in a politician’s life.Image - Politics is Dirty

Ask yourself how did the fraudulent president win, the counters and election commissions who govern them.  Worse, the legislative and executive branches of the state, city, and county government stood by and allowed, cheered, and promoted the fraud to occur.  Leading to a question; is it possible for any post-2020 election on any level of government to be trusted?  How much money did President Trump have to fork over to election commissions to have a day in court, to freaking much, and even then, too often, all he got was an election commission, not a judge and jury.

    1. Corporate Media and Debates. My entire life, I have debated.  As a kid, I learned the rules of debate, and some of those debates ended in fights.  Some won, some lost, but I learned.  In high school, I learned public speaking, debate, and parliamentary procedures.  It did not stop me from wanting to knock a bloke’s block off his shoulders, but I learned how to win using words and ideas!  I still think some arguments should be settled with a duel, not guns, not swords, but quarterstaffs, public forum, and you fight out the problem.  How many current snowflakes in office would quickly retire if the opportunity to fight it out was still allowed?

LookI have yet to see a “debate” during an election; by the way, neither have you!  I have seen manufactured plastic candidates, witnessed corporate media play gotcha, and I observed weak-kneed spineless people talk, but never a debate!  A debate includes ideas, not emotion, logic, and reason, not hyperbole and media controllers.  A debate does not include commercials!  Nor does a debate include 26 or more people on a stage answering questions and interrupting each other for “points.”  After a debate, I do not need a talking head “explaining” anything, which is why debates in public used to mean something in politics.  A debate should never include more than three people at any one time on a debate platform, and the media are not “asking questions or arbiters of rules, nor are there stopwatches and timed speeches.  A debate begins with ideas, ends with logic, and there is no place for the media to interrupt.  Pick a topic, detail your ideas, and allow the public to decide.

Chinese CrisisIn conclusion, I have some questions for consideration.  I hope to take these questions and form future articles, but before those arrive, I want to spur conversation, and I hope to get mental juices flowing while considering these five fundamental points.

      • Why isn’t a politician’s pay commiserate with and a ratio of the debt the government owes? For example, get a tax and spend politician in office; they have no incentive not to spend.  But, if their pay is reduced by XX Amount for every thousand dollars in government debt, how would that politician be willing to spend taxpayer dollars?  How would many political appointees be spending if every dollar costs the boss?  How many political appointees would survive the smell test for fiscal sanity?
      • America is a Republic (If we can keep it), why do politicians have retirement packages? Why do they have medical, dental, vision, and other benefits after leaving office?  What would happen if these citizens had to live the laws they created?  Remember ObamaCare and the fit threw when the politicians were “encouraged” to have the same plans for medical, dental, and vision as ObamaCare citizens were forced to acquire?
      • Why are politicians excused from paying Social Security and the other federal and state pay deductions that every other citizen has to pay out of every paycheck? Live and work in DC, but represent a state elsewhere; you should be paying a lot more in taxes, but you have excused and loopholed your paycheck.  Not allowed, and I think those paycheck debts should be backdated and paid.  Imagine how much Speaker Pelosi would owe in back taxes… No mercy, you cut yourself out, now pay up!

Dont Tread On MeLet me reiterate, America is a Republic (if we can keep it)!  A Liberty FIRST Culture knows and understands political accountability and responsibility is crucial to maintaining a free republic.  Better candidates are needed to improve those who win political office.  I do not know about you, but I am through with coddling the current politicians across America.  They need to act for the best of all America or leave office and be held accountable!  There is no third option!

NO MORE BS: Hypocrites, Liars, and Thieves Edition

Boris & NatashaThe pattern left to the reader in the story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is one of foremost importance to what we are witnessing in democratically governed societies the world over.  If ever a time was presented when the people need to know and then act, that time is now.  I intend to start the conversation on liars, thieves, and hypocrites with clarity, example and offer for your consideration patterns that spot the deceit.  Once deceit is spotted, it is as glaring as a bloodstain on a white satin dress.  You cannot look past that mark!

What is a Hypocrite?

Hypocrites are those who wear masks of decency and outward morality, but live lives of deception, believing that, like Dr. Jekyll, they can live a double life and never be discovered.  From James’s New Testament writings, we find that “A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways” (James 1:8).  According to Webster, a hypocrite is one who practices hypocrisy.  According to Webster, those who practice hypocrisy are living, “the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one’s own behavior does not conform; pretense.”  To Nathaniel Hawthorne goes the last word on hypocrites, “No man (person) for any considerable period can wear one face to himself and another to the multitude, without finally getting bewildered as to which may be the true.”

What is a Liar?

DetectiveAccording to Webster, a liar is a person who tells lies.  Lying is defined by Webster as, “an intentionally false statement.”  Is the distinction clear; the liar knows the truth and intentionally misleads the audience, always for personal gain.  From William Shenstone, we find an eternal truth, “A liar begins with making falsehoods appear like truth, and ends with making truth itself appear like a falsehood.”  The pattern detailed by William Shenstone is precise and speaks to one of the most deceitful practices of all, making truth appear as a falsehood to sell a bunch of lies.  As a kid, I was often told that the devil will tell you one truth to help you believe a thousand lies.

What is a thief?

According to Webster, a thief is “a person who steals, especially secretly or without open force; one guilty of theft or larceny.”  During my undergraduate degree program, another student would regularly plagiarize my weekly posts as their own work, then had the temerity to try and claim I was plagiarizing them.  I had a habit of posting the weekly posts the first day of the new week, the timestamps on my posts proved my work was mine, and the student eventually disappeared from my cohort.  Plagiarism is a fancy word for intellectual property theft.  Plagiarism used to get politicians kicked out of politics, except the current Commander in Chief is a well-known plagiarizer. He is being honored with keeping his job and getting promoted beyond his maximum level of incompetence.  The fraudulent president, Biden’s first act in office, was to plagiarize President Trump on COVID response, vaccine response and belittled President Trump for doing the right thing.

LookWhy is this important?

The story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde speaks volumes on issues being combatted right now.  Dr. Jekyll had conquered himself; his person was morally upright, had integrity, and had a worthy reputation.  But, then drugs came along, and the drugs made Mr. Hyde, who was evil incarnate.  Eventually, the drugs would no longer bring back Dr. Jekyll, and Mr. Hyde conquered, and Dr. Jekyll was destroyed.

All my life, I have been told, “Honorable people do not get into politics, and politicians never work at honest labor.”  Yet, I cannot help but ask, “Why are people who lie, thieve, and practice hypocrisy allowed to represent anyone?”  It was 1987-1988, while watching the presidential race get whittled down to Bush I and Dukakis, I heard Jesse Jackson and Al Gore one night talking, and thought I would not invite these people into my home, why are they allowed to run for president?  Over time this thought has returned, in one election between two particularly vile election choices (Obama and Romney) I was told to “Hold my nose, lift my skirts, and vote for Romney as the ‘lesser of two evils.”  I am happy to report, I voted for Donald Duck!

I will not give my permission to represent me, e.g., my vote, to someone I would never invite into my home as a guest.  I have had to learn to research candidates, research issues, use critical thinking, and even then, make mistakes.  Yet, I know that when we, the electorate, stand together and refuse the thieves, liars, and hypocrites a political office, we are better as a nation, a state, a county, a city, and a community.

Andragogy - LEARNExamples:

New York City Mayor De Blasio ordered COVID, infected patients, into long-term care facilities (nursing homes). The numbers are finally coming to light that 13,197 additional COVID patients were created, where 4080 died!  The mayor has refused responsibility for these deaths, pain, suffering, and increased medical costs.  The mayor of New York City has consistently lied throughout the COVID/Government Panic; people have died, resources wasted, and the person most responsible refuses accountability.  Thus showing Mayor De Blasio is a liar, a thief, and a hypocrite!

Big Tech, for several years now, has been actively engaged in intentionally misleading consumers.  When Facebook’s thought police remove data that asks honest questions as misleading, the consumer is being lied to.  When LinkedIn edits posts arbitrarily and refuses First Amendment rights to everyone, all consumers using LinkedIn are being stolen from, lied to, and LinkedIn proves it is a hypocrite.  Due to political leanings, Twitter illegally suppressing First Amendment rights to President Trump over a trumped-up charge is lying, stealing, and acting as a hypocrite!

November 2009, the Climate Research Unit became “Climategate,” ripped the scab off the festering wounds called Climate Change.  The emails released showed how statistics were employed to lie, cheat, steal, and then the hypocritical scientists claimed that their lies were truth.  Except, a lie cannot be a truth, and making a truth appear as a lie, does not change the lie into a truth.  By gaming the peer-review process, climate science lies have been peddled, and politicians have gotten rich off climate lies and climate lawfare.  I am not claiming that humans could not be better stewards of resources.  I am arguing that draconian government mandates are never the answer to changing behaviors of individuals.

The Duty of AmericansThe hinge upon which the lies, thieves, and hypocrites will eventually hang.

How does a person tell a liar from a truth-teller; the person’s intent.  How do you know a person’s intent; observe them.  Are their actions producing good results, or are they producing poisoned fruit and hurting others?  Intent is a legal term, and the following is essential as we observe for consequences of actions, words, and results.

What are the 3 types of intent?

The three common-law intents ranked in order of culpability are malice aforethought, specific intent, and general intent.  Malice aforethought is a special common-law intent designated for only one crime: murder.  The definition of malice aforethought is “intent to kill.”  Specific intent is the intent to bring about a particular result, do something other than the criminal act.  General intent is simply the intent to perform the criminal action.

Consider the following, Bill Engvall tells a story of his little toddler boy walking over to the sleeping cat and kicking the cat.  When questioned, the little boy claims, “It was an accident.”  Yet, the keen observer watched him walk across the room and intentionally kick the cat.  Last summer, Speaker Pelosi (D) deliberately refused, for political gain, to collaborate with other lawmakers and pass COVID Relief legislation.  Essentially refusing to perform her most basic job as a Congressional Representative.  Speaker Paul Ryan (R) intentionally refused to pass a budget, and the government was shutdown.  Intentions are the actions we take, regardless of our words, that prove where our priorities are and how we think about our jobs.

Detective 4Consider the following headline from NPR, “After Record 2020 Turnout, State Republicans Weigh Making it Harder to Vote.”  The title itself is misleading, the article is very biased, and voting problems go deeper than the fraud and misfeasance witnessed in November 2020.  The 2020 primaries were a disaster!  The 2018 election cycle was a farrago.  The 2016, 2014, 2012, 2010, 2008, 2006, 2004, 2002, 2000 elections cycles have steadily worsened in fraud, idiocy in counting, technological blunders, and intentional theft of elections.  Hence, NPR’s intent is to employ smoke screens and mirrors to obfuscate and denigrate, lie, cheat, steal, and be hypocrites of the fact that the only people who receive help from poorly performed election processes are Democrats!  As a media channel, NPR’s job is to keep people confused so the charade of elections can continue. They are proving intent to harm and be hypocritical.

How does a person fight back?

  1. Learn the candidates, look past the makeup, the façade, and the media representations.
  2. Ask tougher questions. In order to learn, we must ask questions and never be satisfied with answers.
  3. When we teach others, we learn more perfectly.  As we learn more perfectly, we are inspired to teach more.
    • Who do we teach, ourselves, our families, discussions with friends, and writing down your thoughts on a blog are all good and useful methods for teaching, to power better learning.
  4. Start locally, clean up local politics first. Thus, get involved with the city council, the mayor, the county board, the school board.  Demand to be heard.
  5. Support good people around you, support the efforts to learn, support your neighbors as they begin to explore that which is familiar to you.
  6. Stop allowing the media and politicians to separate, classify, divide, and name. I am an American!  That title is sufficient!

NO MORE BS: Suicide

LookAmerica lost a soldier last week.  For the second time in my sister’s life, suicide has deeply affected her.  Maybe this article is being written for me; perhaps, this article might help someone struggling, I do not know.  I know that suicide deeply affects everyone involved, some carry guilt over another person’s suicide to the grave, and others will always feel sad and empty.  Suicide hurts!

When I served Active-Duty US Army, I was a Chaplain’s Assistant.  My duties were mostly clerical in nature, but I supported every soldier’s beliefs, regardless of their religious belief or flavor.  I loved that job; I sat on the front lines between religion and personal faith, and often my duties were most impactful as I held the hands of grieving people.  I held up the weak knees, lifted hands that hung down, and tried to help people.  I was not perfect then, I am not perfect now, but I can say I did the job.  Like all of life, there is a cost to be paid, and many times that cost is very high!

As a Chaplain’s Assistant, my education included psychology, trauma, hidden wounds, and spotting and helping people seek professional help.  I was often a resource to community support, options, and many times just a listening ear.  Frequently, my day began after I closed the chapel and went downrange, off base, and walked among my fellow soldiers in various bars throughout Dongducheon, S. Korea.  Where I heard about love life’s, extra-marital affairs, affairs gone sour, divorces, pay problems, and every stress known to deployed soldiers.

ToolsBecause I was frequently downrange, I heard about unit problems, offered suggestions, and tried to help the people that make up an Army.  I was handling a situation in my own unit the night a soldier drank himself into alcohol poisoning and died; only later was it discovered the soldier wanted to commit suicide and did not know how except through drinking.  I was not downrange the night a young soldier walked in front of a very large truck; he survived his suicide attempt and received the help he needed.  I hope he is better!

I was supposed to be getting a vehicle ready to take the chaplain to see a training exercise.  Instead, I was in a Quonset Hut, sitting beside some medics who were trying to help their buddy not step in front of a tank.  They found his note, found me, grabbed hold of that soldier, and saved a life.  I was proud to take the Article 15 UCMJ action my chaplain ordered, my friend the medic got the help he needed from a friendlier chaplain and our Battalion Commander.  I am not bragging in relating these episodes, and I do not have aspirations of grandeur that I could have helped.  I describe them because problems with suicide lurk just beneath the calm waters that surround each of us.

I was not in the country of S. Korea when my mechanic friend accidentally hit a little girl who darted out into traffic, and my friend could not stop the truck he was driving in convoy in time.  Unfortunately, I lost track of my friend, but I grieve with him over this event in his life.  The calm waters always hide problems, rocky shoals, traumatic events, and much more.  This brings up the first and most principal point; suicide has long been portrayed poorly by media, Hollywood, and popular culture.

Thin Blue LineUnfortunately, the media, Hollywood, and popular culture get paid to get suicide wrong, and will not change.  As a kid, I was expected to be like John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, and Marlon Brando.  Strong, tough, unyielding, and capable!  Then, Hollywood and the media said this was too stressful, labeled masculinity as toxic, and all men were suddenly supposed to be some mix of Pee-Wee Herman, Rudolph Valentino, and Rock Hudson.  Now, men are appendages, sex toys for women, or other men, and absolutely spineless.  How does this apply to suicide?  Where are the examples, the role models, and those people a person can look up to and see good or emulate?

When I was in Junior High School, I planned to kill myself and make it look like an accident.  I knew where, I knew how, I was not going to leave a note, and on the day of the planned event, a friend saw me walking home from school and offered me a ride.  We talked, not about anything important, but by the time we reached my house, I knew I could not commit suicide to escape my home life.  I looked for role models of who I wanted to be, there were plenty to choose from, and I slowly took the best of each of them and created a life.  I was exceedingly blessed to have such an amazing friend!  Long have I tried to be the same for others.

When counseling those who had tried or were considering suicide, one of the questions I was commonly asked usually was framed like, “Who do I look up to?”  Too often followed by a story of a broken home, abuse, failures at sports, pressures to perform, the list is endless.  Role models are essential, role models are needed, but do you steer a child to model the president, a governor, an athlete, etc.; not bloody likely!  Hence one of the foundational problems in our society is a dearth of role models.  People committed to living honorably where the media talk about them, instead of the latest athlete bashing his girlfriend’s face in an elevator.

Friends QuoteOne of the best pilots recently died.  His story was pointed out to me, his exploits became legend, and his skills were the stuff of dreams and fanciful imaginations.  Chuck Yeager could and did do things to an airplane that caught and held my imagination.  The world lost a great and talented man, I lost a person I would love to call a friend, and we never met!

Hollywood and the Media keep getting the story wrong on suicide because of the toxic culture they have invented to punish good, demean the strong, handicap the great, and dumb down the wise.  We see the results daily.  Sports figures beating up their domestic partners, drugging, or merely acting like a spoiled brat.  From politicians that cannot respect each other or their constituents, Hollywood types acting like puerile rubes off camera.  Magazines are selling sex like a new toy to America’s continuing issues with drugs (legal and illegal), cigarettes, and alcohol.  Every waking moment is filled with toxicity, acting like acid on the mind, detracting from the good, and creating unequal comparisons through social media that can never be matched.

CourageI talked to a depressed person, a guy who got so lost in comparing his life to his friends’ lives on Instagram and Facebook, he was contemplating suicide.  He said it started when he was 11 or 12, first with girls, then the size of his manhood, his inability to be good at sports, his mid-level grades, and the pressures just kept building.  This same person was a Force Recon Marine, had battle badges, and an amazing service record.  Because he could not raise his personal value to meet social media demands, he considered himself a failure.  I sincerely hope he is doing better now.

A friend of mine in the U.S. Navy got caught in the same comparison problem, devised a method to get more money through housing allowances, and got caught.  He is in Leavenworth now, I lost track of his wife and kids, and my friend got lost.  He should be getting out of Fort Leavenworth later this year.  I wish him the best of luck!  Between toxic culture and a lack of role models, Hollywood, and the media, including social media, have a stranglehold on people, and suicides keep increasing!

Another factor in suicide rates is the increasing lack of a nuclear family.  Not to say that a nuclear family is all roses and lollipops, but every democratic society worldwide is suffering from a staggering increase in broken homes through murder/suicide, divorce, hookup culture, and friends with benefits lifestyles, add in homosexuality and gender fluidity.  It is no wonder people are confused, and single parenthood and suicide continue to climb.  When religious decline due to media attacks on religious thought and standards are added to the equation, it is not a wonder that more people are contemplating and committing suicide.  There is no wonder why depression and anxiety are rising steadily as mental diseases.

Duty 3I will offer some ideas for consideration, both to aid in reducing suicide and to aid in helping those struggling.  Of a truth for certain, I contemplated suicide in late December 2020, and had it not been for mental mechanisms installed through learning; I would not be here typing this article.  These ideas for consideration are things I daily apply to help me.  Hence, when I ask you to consider these ideas, I am in the same trenches, doing the same things, and working right alongside you.

    1. Most importantly, find a religion you can live.  There are hundreds of flavors of religious belief systems.  Experiment until you find one that works for you. Faith helps by placing a buffer between how you think and how you act while supplying a why as a motivating force towards action.  Believe it or not, even atheism is a religion; it’s just really hard to live.
    2. Unplug the TV, disconnect from social media, and spend at least one day a week technology-free. Your mind needs to rest from all the inputs of modern living.  Choose a day, any day that works for you is perfect, and put down the cellphone, walk away from the computer, turn off the TV, and plug into mental relaxation.  Make cookies; I used to pound bread dough, do something where your activity levels are up, your mind is down, and you are not plugged in.
    3. Reduce your social media commitments. Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., are time sponges where you will spend a ton of time trying to compare, keep up, stay afloat, and you never will succeed!  It is okay to end social media commitments!  It is perfectly normal to have a life not posted every 20-seconds to Instagram or another social media platform.
    4. Reach out to people, real people. Use letters, emails, phone calls, or walk down the street and talk with a complete stranger.  I find that when I am reaching out, I am not as self-conscious and not as depressed.  One of my favorite activities is to go to a long-term care facility and ask people about their lives.  I have met incredible people; I have learned, laughed, cried, and celebrated lives that have reached their pinnacle.
    5. Mental toxicity feeds upon what comes into our bodies through the senses and social environments. Change music genres.  Change the authors you read.  Change the magazines to which you subscribe.  Change social settings.  If you are struggling with mental toxicity, change something small and watch how impactful that small item becomes.  A friend of mine is oft to quote, “It’s a matter of a few degrees;” there is a cool story on the internet that accompanies this quote.

Regardless, please talk to someone if you are hurting and thinking about suicide.  Please listen to your friends and close associates.  Do not be scared to ask, bluntly, baldly, openly, “Are you considering something?”  An acquaintance related to me a story where a friend saw something, asked bluntly and saved a life.  On the phone one night, I talked to a friend; he mentioned he was considering swallowing his shotgun and hung up.  I called 911 and asked for a health and welfare check, stated what I heard, and waited anxiously for the authorities to call me back.  Eventually, they did; they helped my friend.  I am exceedingly grateful for the first responders who too often are the front line when suicide happens.

Detective 4I am going to offer one other idea for consideration.  Every time you hear a siren or see flashing lights offer a prayer for the first responders and those involved.  The prayer does not have to be grand and eloquent; your religious flavor does not matter; we are all connected, and those responding can sure use the help.  When you see a medic/EMT/Paramedic, Firefighter, Police officer/Sheriff, please thank them.  The suicide rates among first responders are incredibly high and always tragic.  Nothing grand or embarrassing, just a simple word of kindness will help the first responders in your area.  Until injuries took me, I used to be a first responder as well.

Thank you for taking the time to read this post!  May God bless and keep you!

LinkedIn Jail – Shifting the Paradigms on Social Media Power

20 August 2019 marks the fifth day I have been in LinkedIn jail, where my account is being reviewed for having broken some mysterious rule. I verified my identity immediately upon recognizing my account was suspended, I have done nothing wrong, and yet here I sit waiting for some magical decision by someone in LinkedIn’s mass bureaucracy to allow me back into my account and professional network. In the sparse emails received from LinkedIn, I learned that I had been placed in LinkedIn jail because of hate speech; this is where the paradigms of social media need correction.

LinkedIn Jail

On 18 August 2019, I sent the following message:

“What specifically about this message is “Hate speech?” Nothing in the ambiguous policies declares what “Hate speech” is, no definition, no clear line of demarcation; yet, I am being singled out from all the other responses for “Hate speech.” Interesting peek into social media, LinkedIn specifically, snowflake melting syndrome. I am aghast to see this behavior leveled against me.  Clearly define “Hate speech!”

I have asked for an explanation regarding how the above violates the user agreement, the posting policies, and the rules of LinkedIn, all to no avail. This comment was posted to a report regarding Representative Rashida Harbi Tlaib (D), and her continued flaunting of American Tax Law added to her hubris, individual ambition, and avarice, shown at every event. Except that some snowflake on LinkedIn has the power to place me in LinkedIn jail over a comment they disagree with politically.

The arbitrary actions by LinkedIn is a problem; people’s livelihoods are wrapped up in their LinkedIn profiles. I write articles and post them to LinkedIn on a myriad of topics to engage conversation and drive business to my consulting firm. I am not a 30,000-person networker on LinkedIn. My professional network includes many of those I have worked with professionally across the last two decades and 26-moves in the United States. I do accept invitations from veterans, unemployed people, and associates I meet who need a hand up.  I employ my professional network to help others.

All of my articles, but especially the articles discussing politics, religion, the VA, and elected officials are carefully written, sourced, packaged to present ideas, solutions, and explain beyond a single post why something is the way it is. I have never had any problem in the almost two decades I have been a member of LinkedIn. I don’t Facebook as that entire platform is heavily biased against new ideas and changes in thinking. I do not Tweet on the Twitter platform as that platform remains useless, and the ties that bind and gag on Facebook are the same ties that bind and gag on Twitter. I have accounts on both but rarely use them. Hence, my social media is limited to LinkedIn, and now I am left to wonder if maybe I should be changing this as well.

Where is the appeals board for the decision to close access to my business and my personal LinkedIn accounts? Who has the authority to close access? Why does this person have this access? Why can a single snowflake melting be the reason any social media account is placed into access limbo? All these questions and more the elected officials should have been asking in the committee meetings on social media, yet the items were never addressed; why? Where are the warnings and the opportunity to discuss differences in opinion between LinkedIn and the user?

I have heard discussed on LinkedIn multiple times regarding how too many LinkedIn accounts are fraudulent, or the owners are there to cause trouble; was the person reporting my comments as “hostile, hate speech” also investigated for veracity? If not, why? In more carefully reading the new LinkedIn User Agreement and the policies and rules documents, I have been amazed at the fake account language, and I would presume that both parties should be investigated when a claim of “hate speech” is reported. I would presume that LinkedIn is more interested in getting to the truth and ferreting out that trolls, the hacks, the criminals, and the dregs of society, rather than giving honest people a hard time. LinkedIn, what is the answer moving forward?

Here are five potential solutions:

  1. Before shutting down access, send an alert to both users in disagreement, investigate both users for content and appropriate user agreement adherence, look at the content posted, the threads, and evaluate both on professional merit. Then communicate with both parties the decision.  Your platform is neutral ground for expressions of personal opinion, and Freedom of Speech means the “yammer heads and trolls” get their say within reason. For example, the legal bounds of Free Speech as set forth by the Supreme Court.
  2. Filter out the miscreants and fake accounts. I do not know how many times I have been attacked on various threads by an account that is there one day and gone the next.  I was forced to submit my government-issued ID to prove I am a real person.  When investigating accusations are both users required to verify through government-issued ID their reality?  If not, why is this not standard practice to aid in eliminating erroneous accounts causing trouble?
  3. Put into the user agreements clear, concise, and easily followed language regarding where the limits are in speech. I know, this should be obvious to professional adults.  But, the necessity is evident due to the miscreants and malefactors currently residing on LinkedIn, who are abusing LinkedIn rules, regulations, and agreements for personal satisfaction.
  4. No single person should have the power to harm another for personal gain. From the time something is reported to LinkedIn, to the time action on a user’s account is taken by LinkedIn there should be communication between both parties and a neutral party at LinkedIn discussing the accusation, proving the account is real and detailing what is happening.  Specifying the penalties, how long any penalties will last, and how to appeal the decision.  Barring this type of process, the abuse of LinkedIn will continue and harm LinkedIn, not the users.
  5. Start holding false account owners responsible for the damage they do to LinkedIn’s brand. I have several accounts in my professional network that have proven to be false but only after engaging in business with the user. False accounts are very frustrating, wasting my time and resources, and doing damage to LinkedIn’s reputation.  Why doesn’t the user creation process have a veracity checker using government-issued ID, biometrics, or some other technologically powered method to weed out the charlatans?  What is LinkedIn doing to protect themselves from the hacks and trolls after an account is discovered to be false, or mass owned by a troll?

20 August 2019 – Before completing this article, an email was received, part of that message is copied below:

“We’ve reviewed your appeal. Based on the information you provided and if you agree to abide by LinkedIn’s Terms of Service: https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement, we’ll grant this appeal. You can agree to abide by our Terms of Service by replying to this email with your explicit consent.

Please note, that LinkedIn expects all members to behave in a professional manner when engaging on the platform. Should this account violate our terms in the future, we may restrict the account again. Any future violations of our Terms could result in a permanent restriction.

To learn more about what is and is not acceptable on LinkedIn, please review LinkedIn’s Professional Community Policies: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/34593.”

I have responded.  Since I have done nothing wrong, have never abused LinkedIn’s rules, regulations, and user agreement, and I do not plan to in the future, I remain appalled at my treatment by LinkedIn and will continue to search for a LinkedIn alternative.  The lack of clarification, the lack of action, and the disgusting lack of reply to my questions are beyond the pale, and if LinkedIn does not change, I will.  The power of social media to block, harm, and restrict without cause and justification must cease, and I do not care how much money George Soros pumps into social media to demand the social media platforms obeisance to his personal agenda.

To have the final word, the following was received announcing I have been released from LinkedIn Jail:

“However, please be advised that this is your final warning regarding abuses on the LinkedIn site. If your account is reported again after today’s date, your LinkedIn account will be subject to termination.”

LinkedIn has concluded that I did nothing wrong, but if another snowflake reports me, I will lose my LinkedIn professional network.  They threaten me, but cannot answer simple questions, propose solutions that can protect me, or even engage in polite conversation.

America, social media’s pernicious, and self-inflated power over us must cease.  LinkedIn, I will either find a new platform for professionals or will cease all contact on your platform.

Threatening me without cause and justification is the last straw!
