The Kool-Aid Crowd and COVID

Bobblehead Doll Since 2000, the US Federal Government has spent billions, if not hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars to improve labels and then “educate” people into reading labels. The laws passed have forced private businesses to spend hundreds of billions, if not trillions, of dollars in changing labeling on packaging and products to comply. Recently I sought service at a Xfinity retail store and was denied service because I cannot wear a mask. During this outing, I received severely dirty and threatening looks and attitudes from shoppers in a Walmart, all because I cannot wear a mask. People are becoming violent, just as the government has demanded, to anyone not toeing the government COVID line, and this behavior reminded me of the Jim Jones religious cult.

President Biden is expected to force more people to listen to him threaten and try to scare Americans into getting vaccinated. The mayors of Boston, Chicago, and New York continue to double down on activities that have not worked since February 2020. The governors of California, New Mexico, Michigan, and others, continue to use powers not available to them in the name of “public health emergency.” More mask mandates, more vaccination orders, and more “green passes” to exist. Here’s the rub, how many of these solutions have worked; honestly, look at the data from February 2020 to December 2021, and tell me how many people were saved wearing masks.

People saved from these government freedom theft mandates, I guarantee, the number is NOT statistically significant! How do I know; Australia, essentially a large island, has the strictest policies, and Omicron was still able to get onto the island. How do I know; COVID infected children (school age K-12) have the same risks as uninfected children. Who is the resource for this information, The New York Times!

Real numbers, Israel has one of the highest vaccinations and boosted populations on the globe; guess what, they also have the highest spike in Omicron infections! Europe, socialized medicine, high vaccination and boosted populations, where the Omicron and Delta variants spiked infection rates. Think of this for a moment, populations forced by government to vaccinate, and they are still passing around COVID infections, which is precisely viral science in action!

Peer reviewed researchers in the virus infection community have shown this life cycle of viral infections repeatedly since scientists began writing down what they do. Vaccinated people pass around strains of viral mutation, which then infect other vaccinated people, until the virus mutates itself to death. Please, do not believe me, look up this science for yourself, and you will come to a similar conclusion. At the end of the day the viral infection community of scientists are plotting the death of COVID as a viral infection, but government elected leaders, and the bureaucrats powering the echo chamber of political thinking, will not give up the power theft committed since Feb 2020.

Jim Jones and the Kool-Aid cult suicide has been mocked, used as case studies in group think, and represents a dark time in human psychology and the abuse of religious thinking and adherence. Guess what, the insanity of COVID-19 is as silly, irresponsible, and dangerous as Jim Jones and his cyanide-laced grape-flavored Kool-Aid. Senator Manchin nailed it, government is beating the “living crap” out of every citizen, the beatings are intensified by the state government, and the county and city governments. Yet, little Joey is going to continue to threaten, cajole, beat, and denigrate people using COVID as the excuse.

Did you get the vaccination just to appease government and end the beatings? Are you able to unmask and live your life without COVID mandates, just because you got vaccinated? I have friends here in NM who have masked, vaccinated, and done everything the government has demanded of them to avoid the government beatings. They caught COVID, the whole family was quarantined, and extended family still caught COVID from my friends, once the quarantine was lifted, they gathered, and the extended, vaccinated, masked family caught COVID. The repetition of this story is exhausting and provides clear proof the government beatings, mandates, and exercised powers are NOT helping but hurting, and make the Jim Jones Kool-Aid episode even more appropriate.

The science from South Africa, where Omicron variant was identified, reports the COVID virus stays in the nose and mouth region. Guess what, so does the common cold virus, and there has NEVER been an attempt to vaccinate against the ever changing common cold. We, the citizens of representative government, are the owners of government and it is time we take the reigns and stop the Kool-Aid massacre. Government should never hold the power over an individual citizen’s health, welfare, or ability to pursue happiness. Yet, this is exactly what the government bureaucrats want you to give to the government to stop COVID. Since February 2020, has this worked? Answer this question as well; how much faster would herd immunity have been achieved had government done what it has done for every other Chinese virus, which is nothing?

Look at recent history, Asian Flu, Hong Kong Flu, Bird Flu A (H5N1), Swine Flu, SARS, etc. the government did nothing. NO shutdowns, no mandates, no economic stimulus, no job losses for those not vaccinating, no Big Pharma money pump for vaccinations of dubious nature, and the world did not end. Did some people die; yes. Did some people get sick; yes. But herd immunity was faster and more effective than any action the government could think would have worked. Dear reader, to you I ask, “Are you better off for the government intervention on COVID-19?” I know my answer, but to you I leave the question and the answer.

Now, flash forward 10-years in your mind. The real death toll of government intervention is still being hidden, but the deaths from a dubious vaccine are scaring populations silly. When do we ask ourselves if the forced government vaccinations are the cause for infertility, for economic destruction, and for the massacre of human dreams and lives? Who do we blame after the money is spent and the vaccines have irretrievably destroyed wide swaths of populations? When vaccinated children whose risk from COVID remains minimal are sick, twisted with pain, or are dying in droves with reduced life expectancies, but the government continues to defend “doing something in the face of COVID.”

If the Jim Jones religious cult comparison is not appropriate now, when will it be appropriate and concerning to every single citizen across the globe? Do you know the phrase “Judas Goat?” The Judas Goat is the goat that befriends sheep, and then leads them to their doom in a slaughterhouse. Belief in the omni-powerful government is a myth and a Judas Goat, yet to not blindly follow the government mandates is to be refused employment (nurses, firefighters, doctors, police officers, etc.) to be denied service (anyone unable to wear a mask), to be refused legal protection, and be castigated as heretic. Jim Jones’ believers did similarly to everyone not believing, and they are all dead! Those who are skeptical of the Judas Goat, are also dead, but their fellow sheep herd went first.

I admit, from day one (October-November 2019) when I first began reading of a new viral infection killing people in China, I have been skeptical, concerned, and boring the daylights out of my wife with the reports, the history, the potential ramifications of this new viral infection. But in my most fevered nightmares I never thought the government could assume and amass so much power without citizens becoming rebellious. Flash forward two-years, three arrests for not being able to physically wear a mask, fines, and economical losses incalculable, and my horror is just starting, when I see the vaccinated kids, the shutdown schools, the lost opportunities and potential, and the “hits just keep coming” from government and the bureaucrats.

We might not reach the exact same conclusions, but we can still respect each other, and being better informed from reputable sources improves us both. Jacob and Esau – The Perils of Government; An Analogy

Bobblehead Doll Several books of scripture, in multiple religions, record the story of Jacob and Esau. Jacob and Esau are twins male children of Isaac and Rebekah. The boys were competitors for their entire lives. Esau acts outside his parent’s wishes in marriage, sells his birthright to Jacob for a bowl of pottage (stew or beans; something cooked in a pot), and late in life is reconciled to Jacob even though his people continue to have animosity towards Jacob’s people to this day. While the story of these twin brothers remains useful to those in religion and teaches several morals of importance, Jacob and Esau represent a classic tale of why government should be limited in size and scope.

Genesis 27, Old Testament, contains the story of how Jacob obtains the birthright blessing, which had been sold to him by Esau for the aforementioned bowl of pottage. Consider with me what would have happened if the same bloated government we have right now had meddled in the affairs of Isaac, Jacob, and Esau. The cost of meddling in the internal family affairs, the government would have taken 40% inheritance tax. Esau would have always had the government as a millstone and ready excuse for not reconciling with Jacob, and lawyers and government officials would have further sundered the family.

Remember this, for it has importance in the following discussion, the government does not grant freedom, EVER! As described and stated in the US Constitution and US Bill of Rights, freedom comes from a power higher than government, and government was only, ever, instituted for the benefit of man. Ask yourself, is your government benefitting you? Plato 2

I guarantee the answer is no; regardless of the political spectrum, you prefer. Why, because the government should not be exerting powers in areas that control or curtail the freedoms of the people. Esau never valued his birthright, so selling it was easy, and a bowl of pottage was a rich reward for something he did not value.

How expensive is government-funded medical treatment? Some will claim, but those receiving treatment never see a bill; really? Costs are more than merely a statement representing the need to pay money. What about the loss of privacy? What about the loss of freedom to choose what treatments and providers are best for you? What about the loss of innovation to the thumb of oppression from the government? What about the loss of self-reliance and the health benefits of independence? What about the destruction of your community and the connections people felt with and pride for community hospitals? What was lost when the medical community forced, through the abuse of government intervention, the knowledge of herbs for the sterility of Big Pharmaceutical drugs?

For the hope of a prosperous retirement, what was sold; freedom and money in the now. Yet, one should ask, where does the government get the power to take money, then give it back at some future point? Except, how many of those government retirement Ponzi Schemes are fully funded, even with all the money flowing in? The answer is as empty as Esau’s bowl. Still, the government continues to steal money through forced taxation and purchase the hopes and liberties of citizens for that hoped-for bowl of pottage, prosperity in retirement. Plato 3

For the hope of reducing poverty, the government purchased a class of people whom they could abuse and ignite for political gain anytime they want or desire. To create this aggrieved class of people, the government took over welfare programs, bought people with bread and circuses, asked them to stay in government houses, live on government food, enjoy government-provided entertainment, etc. What was sold for this bowl of pottage; liberty, potential, freedom, upward mobility financially, safety and security, and hope. What has been the consequences of this purchase; a permanently aggrieved class of people who look longingly at another’s possessions and desire them through theft because hard work is racist, demoralizing, and stops the government handouts. Worse, the government had to grow in power and size to “manage” this class of people, creating those with six-digit salaries to rub the purchased people’s faces in the irony of what was lost in the purchase.

The United States has been waging a “War on Drugs,” almost since its founding. The government considers one drug “good,” mainly due to the ease of controlling it for taxation purposes, and another drug “bad.” Yet, how successful has it been in this “war?” Not at all, and its failures are increasing year-over-year, even while new methods of taxation are being invented to manage “legal drugs.”

Alcohol in the United States has had a history of acceptance, tolerance, legal banning, and returned to tolerance and acceptance, all through human desires, abuse of government powers, and the need for tax revenue. Sin taxes, the class of tax used to allow a citizen government approval to get drunk, stoned, or inject poison into their bodies, are among the highest taxes in America. Yet, the more the taxes increase, the more people want these products, and the more the government wants people to use these products, for we see the purchase of something transitory using something highly precious to barter. What is more precious than time and physical health, and what is purchased but something that can only temporarily ease pain or provide relief at best. Apathy

Tobacco has been a favorite drug of the government for its population to enjoy, pushing the popularity of the drug even while condemning and restricting how, when, where the drug can be enjoyed. Tobacco farmers have played vital roles in American history, and the product has been a significant cash crop for government revenue. Have you ever wondered where the money and research facilities originate to improve cigarette addiction? Have you ever considered where the marketing materials originated to pitch the health benefits of smoking? Do you realize that government is the biggest provider of money for research and marketing purposes? Never forget the government has become flush with cash, pushing tobacco, regulating tobacco, and licensing tobacco. Now ask yourself, why would the government give on the one hand and take on the other, because it is making money with both hands as people sell something precious for something valueless and transitory.

Do people get injured and need assistance; yes, but the government is never the answer to provide help. Are there those who are trying to thrive and escape poverty; yes, but the government is never the answer to providing help. A truth from time immemorial, governments do not produce anything; thus, the government must first take through legalized theft, taxation, and legal abuse to give to someone else. Every representative government must walk a balancing act between what a government is and what responsibilities a government must shoulder. Except, how many continue to make Esau’s mistake and sell something incredibly precious for something transitory and essentially valueless?

Worse, evaluate the consequences of allowing the purchase to occur. First, the seller experiences buyer’s remorse, anger, jealousy, regret, and the government making the purchase laughs, making the bitterness of the sell more poignant. Second, the seller needs an outlet for this buyer’s remorse. In an effort to continue to purchase while appeasing, the government allows the seller to go destroy the property and goods of another less politically connected person and calls this social justice. Third, the abused class of people who are not politically affiliated or are political rivals, whose property is being destroyed, looks on, and envy, malice, and contempt are bred, which furthers the goals and desires of the government. Esau took a long time to be reconciled to Jacob, but it first required admitting that he had sold his birthright (something of great value) for something transitory and valueless (food). Jacob and Esau’s story remains of great importance and a cautionary tale, especially for understanding why government needs to be smaller, less involved, and less able to abuse the citizenry. For too long, the governments worldwide have either abused their powers to purchase or been established as a tyrannical and oppressive government. Either way, the government is the problem, and the answer continues to be the same, curb the government!

Knowledge Check! If COVID has taught the populations of the earth anything, let us learn this valuable lesson, the government is the problem, not the solution! The size of government is oppression, the cost of government is theft, and the loss of precious freedom and liberty for transitory and valueless gifts or benefits which come at too high a price in treasure and other precious resources. We, the owners and the abused of government, must change how we think and feel about the role of government before all is lost to the ever-hungry maw of government and self-interests!

What do we DO? – I have an Answer – Several, in fact!

Dont Tread On Me Regularly, after I write an article, I am asked, “What is a person to do?” The question is generally followed by the following, “The enemies are vast, the criminals are legion, the forces entrenched, and the allies are too few in number to matter.” As Rogers and Hammerstein would relate, I am not a “Cockeyed Optimist;” however, please allow me to relate and offer some suggestions.

Earlier this past week, I was in Walmart after an ER visit, never pleasant. What was worse about this visit was that some toddler was being teased mercilessly by an older child to scream hysterically. At this point in my day, my cherub-like demeanor is on life-support, and I am crying, “For the love of mud and money, make it stop. Parents end the torture, stop this child screaming!” The parents were immune to the screams, the public refused to intervene, the store refused to manage the parents, and I was left to suffer, along with every other person, to the sounds of this child screaming.

Foghorn Leghorn - Medication I wandered from the pharmacy to other parts of the store, looking for anywhere I could hide to escape the onslaught of this child’s screams and could find no place safe from the sounds and attacks on my nerves. I went looking for this child to offer gold, silver, food, anything to silence this detestable decibel desecration and end the onslaught. That is when I discovered how uncaring and useless the parents were in controlling their children and realized the minority could not be bribed into obedience.

In the agony of this experience, but worse after several days of recollection, I have learned some valuable lessons.

1. 1. The child screaming is not the majority of children. Worse, the children are not the majority of people in the population. The ones screaming are such a small percentage that with minimal adults banding together, caring, and taking action, the child and the weak-kneed adults could easily be overpowered and sanity restored.
  2. While some suffering is good for the soul, other suffering requires action, commitment, and dedication to principles of freedom to overcome.
  3. How do you tell the difference – There is NO difference! There is no distinction between one type of suffering or another. All suffering can be fought against and won if the individual has strong enough intestinal fortitude and can gather enough like-minded people willing to care and act!

Sharing is Caring How do I know this is correct? I talked to people; I observed people suffering under the hellacious onslaught of this toddler screaming, these parents’ indifference, and understood a common principle for Republican Societies, gather enough like-minded people dedicated to a common cause, and blessed change can occur. I kept asking, why didn’t the parents demand the older child stop teasing, the younger, and can only surmise they desired this public spectacle for personal gain, attention, and because they like sharing the power they have over society when their children misbehave.

Angry Wet Chicken It is common knowledge George Soros has invested a LOT of money into the criminal justice system, especially into city district attorneys, to win criminal justice and abuse victims. If George Soros is akin to the parents, and his ilk are those paying for the toddlers and older children to tease for personal gain when the toddler screams. We have a pattern and reasoning for the toddlers raising rhubarbs in the Walmart societies called “America.”

Having identified the parents, who are the toddlers screaming and throwing a fit? May I suggest we look to the evening news for characters screaming. Paid actors who raise their cackles at the drop of dimes annoy the populace every time they open their mouths. ANTIFA, BLM, LGBTQ+ communities, Communists, Leftists, Extremists on both sides of the political spectrum, Labor Unions, AOC and her band of merry idiots in the US House of Representatives, Pelosi, Biden and his bucolic band of bumblers, other politicians, and those who consider themselves of the “political class,” “peaceful protestors” which are nothing but terrorists burning cities and towns across America, and so many more. Never forget, some of the worst people screaming are those reporting the screamers themselves, the corporate media!

Angry Grizzly Bear Who is the older child relentlessly teasing, on the urging and the silent approval of the parents, the toddler? Would it surprise anyone if the first and most potent teaser are the bureaucrats who refuse to be governed and scrutinized? How can we know this is a fact; how did “peaceful protestors” burn down a police station? How did police officer defunding grow into such a cohesive movement in such a short time? How did funding move so quickly from city to city across America, and delivery of bricks and other riot supplies mysteriously appear in riot zones, without anyone noticing? The bureaucrats across this nation are up to their collective eyeballs in protecting their power from the citizens from catching wise of their crimes. Why do you think so much money was pumped into the races of those who count ballots!

Who else is teasing the toddlers? Big tech is playing a supporting role. Big pharmaceutical is playing a supporting role. Both receive considerable windfalls in investment support, and the evidence can be found when you play simple games of “Follow the money.” Corporate media in 2020 was caught on camera teasing the toddler and participating as a toddler in the screaming, and nothing was done to punish the press. Hollywood, many of the most lurid and detestable of Hollywood, are paying considerable sums to practice low-intensity conflict (LIC) from the comfort of their living room for personal gain and private glee.

Realization

How big is the population of toddlers? Tiny, all but insignificant. Want to know a secret; like all terrorist organizations and toddlers around the world, they know how small they are, how insignificant they are, and they know their only weapon is NOISE! Why are the terrible two’s and three’s called “Terrible,” because the child has learned how small they are and have realized they can affect the world through obnoxious NOISES! Gaining attention through NOISE. Being discovered, having fun, getting rewards, all this and more through NOISE! What do responsible parents do to correct behavior in toddlers to make the “terrible” two’s and three’s less terrible, behavior modification! The Duty of Americans

What is the first step? The responsible parent stops the older child from teasing the toddler! Usually through behavior modification of the older child! If the older child persists, the behavior modification increases until that child learns teasing will NOT be tolerated! At the same time, the responsible parent is also correcting the noise the toddler is making and correcting the child to use words or signs until communication skills catch up with mental abilities, making clear that abject NOISE is NOT tolerated – also increasing behavior modification until the lesson is learned and NOISE is stopped!

Suggestions

1. 1. Band together. I cannot emphasize this enough! Like-minded people built America, and until like-minded people reband to rebuild, nothing is going to change!
  2. See something, say something!
  3. Ridicule is a powerful tool! Laugh at the stupidity and the inanity of those who would abuse our tolerance.
  4. Record the toddlers acting the fool. Post those recordings. Share the recordings with others. Mock, ridicule, and publicly shame! Public shame is not harmful, nor is it discriminatory. Until the toddlers learn to use logic and words, they deserve to be mocked, scorned, and humiliated!
  5. Every time the toddler’s teasers are discovered, post, share, like, and ridicule!
  6. Take decisive ACTION! – The toddlers gain power when action is not taken. Simple lesson parents learn. Retake the power from the toddlers, and this also is not discriminatory. Society belongs to those willing to sacrifice for it, and the toddler will not sacrifice; thus, the toddler has no place in society.
  7. The toddler’s good behavior cannot be purchased with gifts, bribes, shiny baubles, and other transitory items. The toddler is appetite incarnate; the only thing that works to curb a toddler’s appetite is to teach behavior modification! Behavior modification is NOT discrimination!
  8. Understand LIC. Know LIC. Fight using the principles of LIC. It cannot be understated; this is war, LIC is WAR! The toddlers have waged war, and right now, they think they are winning because they are not finding any opposition. If you need a refresher on LIC, check out the links, read up, and learn!

Final Comments and Thoughts

It does not matter if the entire house is full of toddlers and mischievous boys hell-bent on teasing the toddlers into an army of NOISE bombs! The adults are always in charge, always outnumbering the toddlers, and always in command! Use this knowledge to strategize, organize, think, layout tactics, and begin today to out-think, outsmart, and outmaneuver the teasing older children to reduce the toddler noise! You and I, we outnumber these pestilential reprobates, and the rule of law IS sufficient to the task of curbing this obnoxious behavior. We need to begin to show up in strength, marshaled for war, and ready to curb the toddlers! Join me!

“That’s Crazy!!!” – More Chronicles from the VA – Chapter 2

I-Care As bad as the last several months have been, I hate adding more bad news; but the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) – Office of Inspector General (VA-OIG) keeps reporting, and I keep summating. Due to the absolute overabundance of incredible bureaucratic insanity, today’s article format will necessarily shift to report more and comment less. Don’t worry, I will still comment on the more egregious examples, for some of these VA-OIG reports are scarier than Joe Biden dressed as a mall Santa at a Fourth of July celebration feeling up little children!

2020 Pre-award reviews of contracts totaled $81 million; guess what:
- - 24 of the 31 contracts awarded contained conflicts of interest.
  - 25 of the 31 contracts had problems with overcharges for hourly rates of services rendered.
  - 6 of the 31 price gouged Medicare.
  - 25 of the 31 contracts, if they had adequately followed the contract process, would have saved taxpayers $16 Million. – Would it shock anyone to hear this is just the “tip of the VA-OIG” report iceberg?

Financial Efficiency Review of the Southeast Louisiana VAHCS in New Orleans; guess what:
- - The VAHCS in New Orleans scored 75% out of 90%. The VA does not try to get a 100% because they regularly fail financial audits as a fact.
  - Actual costs are difficult to relate in dollars and cents because the leaders intentionally hid costs from the VA-OIG, then blamed the new medical center director.
  - Avoidance costs, Purchase card abuse, prime vendor program abuse, and more were employed to avoid proper fiscal practices.
  - Audit, FAILED! No accountability, no person held responsible, and the taxpayer is left holding the bill!

Followup to VAHCS Ozarks Pathology Failures From Dr. Levy Scandal; guess what:
- - - Levy Scandal for those who do not remember. – Intentional misdiagnosing, VA coverup, refusal to discuss with patients affected. The report is ghastly!
    - 5% of the patients have now been contacted, and the VA-OIG considers this a “success.” I sure hope you are not part of the 24.5% patient population.
    - Here’s the rub in the 76.5% notification, “an absence of a clearly defined process for clinical providers to alert the Clinical Review Team if later changes in a patient’s health required reconsideration of institutional disclosure.” Does the VA-OIG still want to cheer about that notification rate?
    - Less than 5% of the severely sick patients have been notified of the scandal and the problems created by Dr. Levy. Is this how the VA admits culpability, waiting for the patient to pass?
    - Now, here’s the real kick to the balls; “The VA-OIG determined facility processes related to disclosure of the pathology errors and amending patients electronic health records generally met Veterans Health Administration policy requirements, but opportunities for improvement existed.” – Are you KIDDING ME?

Speaking of fiscal inefficiency and audit failures. The VA continues to overspend and under-deliver on prosthetic devices, especially for shoe inserts.
- - - In the fiscal year 2019, such items—artificial limbs, shoes, shoe inserts, and compression garments—accounted for about $318.8 million, or about 9 percent of prosthetic spending.
    - Oversight of prosthetic spending was ineffective, resulting in medical facilities sometimes reimbursing vendors at unreasonable rates.
    - Medical facilities spent about $10 million more than reasonable rates in the six months from October 2019 through March 2020.
    - Rates and data in databases remain unreliable, no oversight, and those in charge of oversight are missing in action. Yet, the VA continues to spend pell-mell. Does this sound like fiscal responsibility to you?

VA-OIG double-speak lives, and is blatantly observable in the following report, the “Contracting Officer Warranting Program.”
- - - For those unfamiliar, a simple explanation: “A warrant gives federal contracting officers the authority to obligate taxpayer dollars. VA’s contracting officers help serve our nation’s veterans by procuring the goods and services required for their care and support.”
    - Never forget – There have been long-standing concerns (Never Resolved) with VA’s contracting officer warrant program. Since 2015, the VA Office of Inspector General (VA-OIG) has issued multiple reports [describing how] warranted contracting officers exceeded their authority and made decisions that put veterans and VA facilities, resources, and information systems at risk.
    - Never forget – The VA-OIG has documented multiple times, and the VA has never resolved, that the VA’s acquisition management has been included on the Government Accountability Office’s (GAO’s) high-risk list for fiscal impropriety and poor contractual adherence.

BUT…

- - - The VA-OIG found that while VA’s contracting officer warrant program complied with Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements, opportunities exist to strengthen the program and that the VA lacked assurance that all contracting officer warrants were justified and necessary. – Essentially, this is bureaucrat double-speak for, continue to lie, cheat, steal. We like our job and want to continue, and since Congress doesn’t care, neither do we!

Nurse Bethann Kierczak of Southgate, Michigan, was charged with theft of government property and theft or embezzlement related to a healthcare benefit program. She allegedly stole authentic COVID-19 vaccination record cards from a VA hospital—along with vaccine lot numbers necessary to make the cards appear legitimate—and then resold those cards and information to individuals within the metro Detroit community. – Frankly, with the way the Federal Government is acting, this theft is almost understandable and acceptable.
- - - - No! I am not condoning an illegal action! I am simply stating that Pelosi and her ilk do 10-times worse hourly by Congressional standards and get away with those crimes!

Donald Peter Auzine of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit health care fraud. Bonnie Jean Lawless Diaz of Slidell, Louisiana, pleaded guilty to misprision (or knowing concealment) of the commission of a felony. From March 2014 through October 2016, Auzine, the marketing manager at Prime Pharmacy Solutions, defrauded TRICARE and other benefit programs. Diaz concealed the fraud by knowingly submitting compounded medications for which there was no medical necessity. Both will be sentenced on January 4, 2022.

Amanda Dawn Rains of Fayetteville, Arkansas, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire, and healthcare fraud, obtaining federal employees’ compensation fraudulently, and paying kickbacks. Rains, a former executive with a Rogers medical supply and billing company, participated in 2013 to 2017, defrauding the US government and private insurance companies.

Robert Seifert of Utica, New York, was sentenced to two years in prison for making telephonic threats to Albany Stratton VA Medical Center employees. He admitted that on January 14, 2021, he made successive calls to three separate employees and left each of them threatening voicemails in which he used demeaning and offensive language. Seifert’s threats caused the employees to fear for their safety and property. He will also serve one year of post-imprisonment supervised release.

Patsy Truglia of Parkland, Florida, pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud and one count of making a false statement in a matter involving a healthcare benefit program. From January 2018 through April 2019, Truglia and other conspirators generated medically unnecessary physicians’ orders via their telemarketing operation for orthotic devices like knee, back, and wrist braces. Truglia, co-defendant Ruth Bianca Fernandez, and other conspirators caused approximately $25 million in fraudulent durable medical equipment claims to be submitted to Medicare, resulting in approximately $12 million in payments.

Larry Ray Bon, 62, was sentenced to over 16 years in prison for shooting a firearm inside the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center in Florida. Bon brought the firearm to the emergency room, and after becoming frustrated with medical staff, he retrieved it from his wheelchair and fired several shots. In March 2020, he pleaded guilty to three counts of assaulting, resisting, or impeding federal employees and one count of possession of a firearm in a federal facility with the intent to commit a crime. At that time, Bon was committed to the custody of the US Attorney General for 25 years of mental health care and treatment at a suitable medical facility. However, Bon was determined to no longer need psychiatric hospitalization and was recently sentenced accordingly.

Finally, if you want a really good reading, you can visit the VA-OIG page and see the lowlights of the VA-OIG’s reports for yourself by visiting the page here. Excluded from this list are the usual reports of malfeasance and misfeasance captured in the comprehensive healthcare inspection (CHIp) reports, where we find the exact carbon-copied hits from report to report. We find moral distress, problems in staffing, continued refusals by leadership to train staff, and the ever-present refusal to attend disruptive committee meetings. Also omitted from this summation were the inspection of veteran centers and the myriad of failures, bureaucratic ineptitudes, and abysmal behaviors. What curdles the food in my stomach, this is just the VA. What about all the other official and unofficial government agencies in the alphabet of the executive, legislative and judicial branches of what we collectively call “the government.” To all the freedom-loving people in America, please awake and arise; we need you!

Division vs. Unity, Labels, and Big Tech

Last week, while scrubbing my SPAM folder on Gmail, I discovered that Google had arbitrarily been sending several emails containing news of a more conservative slant straight to SPAM. Why would Google arbitrarily act in a manner to thwart the delivery of email? A topic for discussion later in this article.

America faces a huge test right now; division is costing us opportunity, liberty, freedom, and potential. Worse, it will eventually destroy the United States of America, a free Republic (if we can keep it). What is this nefarious foe; a lack of unity. The political parties have become so divisive that families are being torn asunder over something as petty as which political party to embrace. Religion, lifestyle choices, employment opportunities, and so much more are being used to erode America at the family foundation.

Socialsolutions.com reports some disturbing statistics from 2018. However, the COVID-Farrago has seen these numbers only increase, and the numbers for 2020 are still not compiled and updated. ACLEDdata.com provides some of the statistics from 2020, and the political violence inflicted on families is stunning! Where does the blame lay for all this violence, property damage, public property destruction, and the host of terrorism committed in George Floyd’s name; the US President, Vice President, Speakers of the House and Senate, the governors, the mayors, and state legislators.

I am not excusing individual accountability for specific acts, but every silent politician in America has condoned the divisive behavior. The corporate media have fed the violence and division, and the press has even been videoed participating in the violence. My wife stated something, “The problems have become too great for any single individual to make a difference.” I vociferously disagreed then and state unequivocally now that good is still in the majority of America and Americans and that one individual who declares enough is enough can make a world of difference!

Charmaine Yoest, Jack Spencer, John G. Malcolm, and James Carafano, writing for The Daily Signal, published an article on 11 June 2021 worthy of reading. The twelve points they outlined are listed below, and additional commentary is mine.

1. 1. Protect Our Vote – I cannot stress this enough. The November 2020 elections, like all elections since we allowed computers into the mix, were fraught with illegal and illicit behaviors and reflects malfeasance towards the voter. However, that problem is specifically targeted at the local political leaders and judges who refused to allow time for transparent investigations. President Biden and his administration are definitely not helping the situation. Getting the Federal Government out of elections is the pre-eminent step we need to return State Rights to State Governments.
  2. Secure Our Border – America was built on defensible borders, and neglecting those borders is the height of Treason! Webster defines Treason as “The betrayal of allegiance toward one’s own country, especially by committing hostile acts against it or aiding its enemies in committing such acts.” Hostile acts can be refusing to act when problems arise if the failure to act benefits you personally. The continued flaunting of National Security on America’s borders (North and South) is treasonous, and those committing these actions of inaction need to be held accountable before the bar of law!
  3. Stop Adding Debt – Of all the points raised in this Daily Signal article, this point is second most important, only behind defensible borders! Inflation must be fought with smarter monetary policies. Want a good reference for smarter economic policies; Mark Skidmore is a leading economist in the field of government economics and is almost entirely unknown unless you have a hobby in following government monetary policies. Dr. Skidmore has worked with a highly intelligent team of economists to try and find more than $94 Trillion in lost money in the Federal Government. Before America spends another dime, a full and transparent audit must be completed, all the books opened, and criminal charges brought!
  4. Stand Up To China – One of the things I particularly loved about President Trump, and honestly, there weren’t very many, was his hard stance against China! I applaud President Trump’s efforts at leading America while surrounded by enemies foreign and predominantly domestic! But to take a hardline stance against China is still desperately needed; yet, what do we see in the capitols of America, kowtowing to China by America’s elected leaders. ENOUGH! Stop committing Treason with a dedicated foreign enemy!
  5. Do NOT Raise Taxes – [Emphasis Mine] You cannot spend yourself out of debt, and you cannot tax your populace for personal benefits to remain elected by buying votes through forced taxation and government largess! America has never had an income problem; we have always had a spending problem! Debt is captivity, captivity to our enemies is Treason, and those committing Treason need to be held accountable before the law. From the bureaucrat to the politician, every single one needs to be held responsible for what they have and have not done in properly honoring the funds delivered to the Government through forced taxation!
  6. Stop the woke! – From Critical Race Theory to wave upon wave of identity politics, America is being divided so as to be more easily conquered. If you cannot see how dangerous these lines of division are, we need to talk about waking up mentally and recognizing the 800# Gorilla in the room! You do not need to have special identity laws for every single invented identity, and going down that slippery slope produces nothing but harm, chaos, and destruction. Ask Caesar from Ancient Rome how identity politics worked in Ancient Rome. History relates what happens at the end of the identity politics games, and the results are never beneficial!
  7. Cut Red Tape – Another one of those things I applaud President Trump for doing was cutting the Federal Government Red Tape to free the American worker, businesses, and manufacturing. Want a startling statistic; besides inflation, the only other driver of higher costs is government red tape. I learned this as a kid when I saw the taxes included in a gallon of gas. I asked if the same was true of all prices and my parents had no idea. Thus began my hobby of understanding and tracking economics! But, do not take my word for it; look up the cost of bread from 1940 to today, and look at how much government red tape has influenced just a loaf of bread. We, the proper owners of the Government in America, must regain the reigns from the asylum patients and cut government red tape!
  8. Help Us Sleep Safe at Night – Talk about a conjoined issue with defensible borders! Tell me, why are portions of America’s National Parks just as deadly as Northern Mexico? I have read first-hand accounts of scouts stumbling upon drug manufacturing facilities, landmines and guerilla war tactics employed to dissuade investigation, and the armed terrorists living in America’s National Parks to produce drugs for the American markets. Before Big-Tech thought this would blacken certain political parties’ chances at re-election or election, many of those stories were scrubbed from the Internet. Tell me, do you sleep safer at night right now than you did three years ago? My home security costs have skyrocketed, 24/7 surveillance makes me feel like a prisoner in my own home. Yet, the elected officials have blocked all attempts at using the military to root out the terrorists and gangs from America’s National parks and defend the US Borders.
  9. Stop Big-Tech! – Have you noticed the censorship occurring across the Internet? How one day you can find stories on a specific topic and the next you cannot locate those same sources? Perfect example, in February 2020, I could find Dr. Fauci’s research on Coronaviruses and many other research topics. Now, I can find nothing of those early research projects that proved Dr. Fauci is either lying in his research then or lying to the public now. I have emails being sent arbitrarily to SPAM if it is content Google opposes politically. I have witnessed LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media restrict access, shut down accounts, and destroy people’s livelihoods, all because of content the Big-Tech does not find politically palatable. I am done being censored, censured, and prohibited, all because some tech company does not like the truth!
  10. Deliver School Choice – Long have I written that K-12 education is sexually grooming and abusing America’s children instead of teaching them how to read, write, and think logically through arithmetics. K-12 education in America, since the 1860s, has been purposefully designed not to teach students how to read because a literate society knows freedoms and liberties, and an illiterate society can be controlled. Hence, I disagree with these authors; even school choice cannot save America’s youth from abuse at the hands of teachers and bureaucrats embedded in the education system. The individual states need to be freed from the Federal Department of Education. Then, the states need to revamp what education means and begin to throw out the bureaucrats and increase the abilities of teachers to lead and instruct in their classrooms!
  11. Empower Patients, NOT Government – [Emphasis Mine] Being a disabled veteran, having my medical care through the VA, I could not agree more that the Government needs to be ripped out of healthcare and the doctor-patient relationship. However, we also need the litigious nature of society to be corrected. The cost of malpractice insurance is so exceedingly prohibitive that doctors cannot practice independently, and the corporatization of medicine has been growing twice the government intrusion rate! Thus, the red tape needs to be removed, government intrusion needs to be clipped, and people looking at the judicial branch as a gold mine need to be shunted and stopped!
  12. Make Our Streets Safe! – Again, we find an issue with root causes behind defensible borders, military action to fight the drug trade, and the overhaul of the criminal justice system. When the criminal has more rights and protections than the victims, justice is not served! When sentences do not include community service to repair damage to a society, justice for the community is not served. When jail has more privileges than not being incarcerated, the criminal justice system is everything but bringing justice to criminals! We have enough trash, graffiti, weeds, and other community service work needing to be performed for three armies of criminals. Get them on this service instead of sitting all day. Worse, all those “peaceful protestors,” a.k.a domestic terrorists, need to be out repairing the damage to the communities they wrought!

Unity is a precious resource America has always enjoyed in abundance, and the political enemies of America despise America for the unity that has always been here. We might fight like brothers amongst ourselves, we might have ancient grudges and family disputes that spill over state lines, but we are inherently a unified people. Stop allowing the media to preach division, hate, and identity politics. Stop allowing those elected as representatives to divide you and your family. America, we have a choice before us, unite and live, or divide and fall. All of the changes discussed stem from a simple point, will we choose to unite and live or allow division to separate us to be conquered as unpitied sacrifices in a contemptible struggle?

Join me! Join with your neighbors and family members! Let us for a community of responsible and intelligent citizens, who are informed, and active in halting the government abuses at every turn! As a united front, we can win! Believe that, and we are halfway to restoring America to the ”Shining city on a hill!”

NO MORE – An Open Letter to the People of Arizona

To The Citizens of Arizona:

Arizona It has been my pleasure to have lived in Arizona four separate times since 1996. Employment and pleasure have brought me relocation opportunities, and I have enjoyed my time in Arizona. However, since my return in 2005 to the present, I have feared for the soul of Arizona. I have watched as despicable and detestable politicians have won political races that never should have been won. I have witnessed governors act in cowardly and craven methods to thwart the people’s will. I have witnessed those elected to Federal Offices from Arizona stop being held accountable to the electorate until the politicians have set up a hegemony and no longer fear the ballot box. Most egregious of all, I have witnessed the veteran community become increasingly abused as every day ticks past. Patriotism

In April 2021, I wrote about my interactions with Rep. Greg Stanton (D) and his staff, where the VA is concerned. For almost an entire year, I have been injured, cited, and arrested, denied care, had untold HIPAA violations, and other disgraceful conduct taken against me by the administration and leadership of the Carl T. Hayden VAMC. In December 2020, I reached out again to the federally elected representatives, asking for help to clear my name and remove the atrocious behavior of the VA, all to no avail. All four Senators rejected my pleas and never bothered to respond. All of the members of the House of Representatives from Arizona refused to reply, save the staff of Rep. Greg Stanton (D). Except, Rep. Greg Stanton (D) and his staff, did nothing! Had no priority, refused to communicate, could not maintain pressure, and bought the lies and excuses of the Carl T. Hayden VAMC administrators. These are the same administrators who create a crisis for veterans through inaction, duplicitous action, poor behavior, and refusal to perform the jobs they were hired to perform. I have made it clear that the Administrators of the Carl T. Hayden VAMC and VISN 22 are but one dead veteran from another scandal to dwarf the death list scandal that originated with the VA administrators in 2012 and repeated in 2016.

VA 3 No VA Administrator has addressed the root causes of those scandals, and without proper persuasion from Washington, D.C., they never will! Worse, without continuous scrutinization, the bureaucrats will continue to exemplify the duplicity and failures, hiding behind designed incompetence and tissue paper-thin excuses for poor behavior. Yet, what do we find from those enjoying elected office? Zero interest, half-truths, straight lies, misinformation, smoke and mirrors, and plain laziness! We, the electorate, find the politicians sitting on their hands, engaging in hopeless and stupid legislation that will go nowhere, and we find lackadaisical meandering in the House and Senate leadership. It is true, Arizona is not the only state suffering from political abuse of the basest sort and blackest hue, but Arizona is where I have personally seen the destruction hit the hardest. During Senator McCain’s tenure, my requests for help were rebuffed, but I could still obtain assistance from the House of Representatives members. Now, the political party doesn’t matter, the politicians have plastic ears, and plastic lips, and their hearts are full of desire for political gain and not the electorate’s support. Who loses, the electorate! Who wins, nobody!

America, I ask you, in the year and change between today and the next election cycle, what will you do to change America’s government? Arizona, you have been duped, lied to, and dishonored by those elected to power. What will you do to reclaim the honor, integrity, and political government you deserve and pay so much for? Apathy

Personally, I have been betrayed, and I am sick to death of pleading for reprieve only to have lackluster performance, at best, provided so I would just go away. I know of no honorable politician representing Arizona, and their respective staff is worse than the politician! From the Mayor of Phoenix to the Governor, including the school boards, judges, and so many others, the fear of the ballot box is shrinking, and the bureaucrat is winning. In contrast, the scrutinization of bureaucrats and other duties are dodged to win another term, always with a complicit media running interference.

I did not elect the media to their position, and since the media is not elected, they can be removed. However, while the politicians are elected, the fear of the ballot box needs to be retaught to the politicians. How does a citizen get a politician to fear the ballot box; you first buck the trends and stand like a rock in a stream. Then, as additional rocks begin to stand, a dam is built, forcing change to that stream. Plato 3

If we are to change the government and retain our freedoms and liberties under the Rule of Law, we, the electorate, must first get the politicians to fear the ballot box! We, the electorate, need to also teach accountability and responsibility to those who claim power but who only obtain power from those choosing to be governed! We, the electorate, hold power over these politicians and the bureaucrats spawned in the legislative branch of government. So claim the power that is yours, and join your friends, neighbors, and communities in demanding better from those elected.

Knowledge Check! I heard the mayor’s office in Phoenix complain that they have no power over the Federal Government. To think this is treason of the vilest kind. Let me reiterate something discussed in several previous articles. The local government stands as a bulwark against the county government overstepping its legal boundaries. The city and county stand against the state encroaching against the freedoms and liberties of the state government. The state government defends its citizens from the Federal Government’s encroachment, and the individual citizen is the most potent force in our Republican form of government.

Plato 2 Cease the sophistry of plastic language and do your job! End the tyranny of plastic words and work to aid the citizen in protecting their rights and freedoms from the ever-encroaching thieves of government and the bureaucrats spawned in the darkest pits of legislative fiat! So stand, every American citizen needs to stand and refuse to be governed until those elected are replaced with people willing to take action and honor the Rule of Law, holding previous politicians accountable and responsible for the mess America is currently suffering under. Enough is enough, and I have reached the end of my tolerance, and my cherubic demeanor has been replaced with a hunger for justice!

Republican Government: The Judicial, the Executive, and the Legislative

Disclaimer: Calling America a Republic is the correct form of language to describe America’s Governmental system, it does not refer to the political party of the same name. Referring to America’s government operations as democratic, does not refer to the political party of the same name.

The US Constitution set forth three separate and equal branches of government, possessing their own powers, authority, and processes for governing America. The problem America is facing right now, the legislative especially, and the executive too frequently, have abnegated their powers to the judicial branch until it is quite common and acceptable for a Speaker of the House of Representatives to rely upon the judicial branch to ascertain intent of a piece of legislation, instead of fixing the legislation in the House of Representatives and the Senate. So, since America’s schools have refused to teach this coequal system of government, and have bastardized the US Constitution, the following is produced.

The executive branch of government is where a person finds all the bureaucrats, or government employees, who exert the government influence through their decision-making authority granted them by elected officials. This is one of the reasons why certain offices in government need both the Mayor, Governor, or President’s approval and the approval of an elected governing body, city council, State or Federal Senate. The US Constitution put in place multiple checks and balances between the three coequal branches of government to ensure that no single branch could dominate all the branches or government.

The legislative branch, which includes city councils, state Houses of Representatives and Senators, and Federal House of Representatives and Senators, write the laws the executive branch is mandated to uphold and serve. Thus, the will of the people in establishing laws through representation was established. Therefore, legislators and senators have such tremendous power as to attract the special interest groups in our representative government.

The judicial branch does nothing more, or less, than interpret the constitutionality of a problem brought before a judge. Criminal judges have a slightly different and more expansive role, but the constitutionality of an action remains the core and the boundaries of their power.

Inherent in the republican form of America’s government is the fundamental belief that there are boundaries and restrictions to action. This is called the US Constitution. Not to be confused with Federal, State, and Local rules, laws, and procedures. A city ordinance is not the US Constitution and if that city ordinance is deemed unconstitutional for the state or federal constitution’s, a judge should declare as much and return the core issues to either the executive or legislative branch for correction.

We must be clear on this issue, the judicial branch can levy fines to encourage behavioral changes, but cannot, and should not, legislate from the bench. Yet, when the legislatures refuse to enact laws that are fair, just, and timely, it has become common practice to run to a judge and get a judicial ruling. Thus, causing chaos in the citizenry, and developing a new term for legal scholars, Lawfare.

Judicial Activism is where a judge declares that the US Constitution is a “living document” that should bend to every conceivable contemporary value. Judicial activism removes the voice of the people from the legislative branches of government and interposes the opinions of a couple of judges as being more valuable than the will of the citizens.

Judicial restraint requires intestinal fortitude and limits the powers of judges to the US Constitution and state constitutions. Judicial restraint is not popular and as such is regularly castigated by the media and those showing judicial restraint have aspersions, insults, and problems set before them.

Here are several examples of judicial overreach, e.g. judicial activism, that support the problem of legislatures or executives writing bad laws or executing poor policies, and demanding the judicial branch sort out the problems. Where chaos in the citizenry ensued.

June 2015 – Horne v. Department of Agriculture, the Court ruled that a federal program requiring raisin growers to set aside a percentage of their crops for government redistribution was an unconstitutional “taking” under the Fifth Amendment.
- An extension of judicial overreach from In United States v. Rock Royal Co-operative, Inc., 307 U.S. 533 (1939), the Court sustained an order under the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, 50 Stat. 246, regulating the price of milk in certain instances.
- The Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937 was a New-Deal Agricultural order that allowed the government to seize personal property from farmers, dairymen, etc. and give it away, to regulate prices across America. This is the same time where the power of the USDA began to rise and property began to change its definition as elaborated by Charles Reich in the 1960s.
- Judicial activism allowed the government to break the fifth amendment of the US Constitution, and the practice continues to this very day by bureaucrat’s hell bent on destroying personal property safeguards in the US Constitution.
- The legal precedent was set by another case of judicial activism in the Pennsylvania Coal Co. v. Mahon 260 U.S. 393 (1922), was a case in which the Supreme Court of the United States held that whether a regulatory act constitutes a taking requiring compensation depends on the extent of diminution in the value of the property. This decision started the doctrine of regulatory taking and features prominently in the legal grounds for Eminent Domain.

June 2005 – Eminent Domain, Kelo v. City of New London by a 5-4 majority, it affirmed the city’s right to seize private land as part of an economic development plan—a redefinition of the “Takings Clause” under the Fifth Amendment. The US Constitution states clearly that, “private property [shall not] be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
- Until this decision the Eminent Domain and Taking Clause had been strictly and rigidly defined. Five judges who believe in judicial activism opened this “Pandora’s Box,” and the havoc has been nonstop ever since.
- What was in the “Pandora Box;” before Kelo, eminent domain had been limited to direct government ownership, excluding property transfers to private corporations. With Kelo, the question of whether economic gain, resulting from a “taking” for corporate interests, constituted “public use” finally came under Supreme Court scrutiny, and five judges declared that if a corporation has interests, those interests are the same as government interests.
- As proven by Eminent Domain, corporate interests change with economies and when corporate interests change, the property holder does not get their property back, and if seized under eminent domain, the government can choose what the value of the property is worth.
- Ever want to see the power of bureaucrats in action, look at the abuses that property owners have suffered through eminent domain. Ever want to see why judicial restraint is critical, look no further than the still undeveloped land in the Kelo case!

January 2011 – Obamacare, everyone should remember all the chaos that ensued in this political tug-of-war between the legislative branch and the judicial branch, with a healthy dose of political grandstanding thrown in for good measure by the executive branch.
- A judge in Florida issued a decision in a case filed by 25 Republican Attorneys General and Governors striking down the Affordable Care Act.
- Twelve federal judges have already dismissed challenges to the constitutionality of the health reform law, and two judges – in the Eastern District of Michigan and Western District of Virginia – have upheld the law. In one other case, a federal judge in the Eastern District of Virginia issued a very narrow ruling on the constitutionality of the health reform law’s “individual responsibility” provision and upheld the rest of the law.
- Worse, there remain multiple issues in Obamacare yet to be decided by the courts because the legislature refuses to clarify, act, or even respond to judicial opinions.

Continuous Issue (1973) – Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113, was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that the Constitution of the United States protects a pregnant woman’s liberty to choose to have an abortion without excessive government restriction.
- A little history on this subject, 1820s and 1830s abortions were common through the fourth month of pregnancy and herbs, pills, and other home remedies were prevalent for use. Then, the physicians of America and the government stepped in to prevent poisoning and assert control over home remedies, midwives, and other medical opinion providers of the time.
- New York was the first state to legalize, or codify into law abortion, as a public health measure to improve the lives of women. But, the abortion industry had not begun targeting black and non-white communities. The first women getting abortions mainstream were, a middle- or upper-class white married women.
- Original feminists opposed abortion practices and wanted only voluntary motherhood through the “right of women to control sex with their husbands.”
- The original laws banning abortion were enacted to humiliate women who had to discuss their bedroom affairs with the executive and judicial branch representatives.
- Judges made the decisions to outlaw abortion, through judicial activism because it was taking the legislative branch too long to enact laws the special interest groups, the American Medical Association (AMA), wanted.
- Judges then made the decision to make abortion on demand legal, through judicial activism, because again it was taking too long for the legislative branch to act and enact the appropriate laws.
- Thus, judicial activism and abortion have a long and sordid history of causing chaos in America since at least the 1840s. Hence, when a person discusses Roe v. Wade they are only discussing the abortion on demand industry, and not the whole problem of judicial activism on this issue.

June 2015 – Homosexual Marriage. The executive branch of government, almost as soon as America was codified into law, began regulating marriage between a man and a woman, based upon Judaeo-Christian understandings of marriage. By regulating marriage, the government gained a revenue source, a control mechanism for the behavior of the population, and set legal precedents for what is and is not considered a marriage by the state. Each state adopted their own legal precedents, guidelines, rules, laws, and so forth leading eventually to 50-different opinions on marriage.
- Important to note, nothing in the US Constitution requires the definition of marriage for all 50 states, nothing in the US Constitution prohibits the state executive branch to regulate marriage. The executive branch acted to regulate marriage licensing as a control measure on individual morality, e.g. the number of wives of husbands a person may have, marriage to animals being forbidden, etc.
- Five judicial activists decided that all 50-states need to adopt homosexual marriage and exerted their opinion accordingly through the courts. This decision has trumped the executive and legislative branches of government, stolen the individual citizen’s voice, and created untold havoc and uncountable expenses for every person in America.
- A marriage license and a driver’s license are both executive controls on the population through government setting rules, regulations, and policies. The definition of marriage is a state right’s issue, as the individual states claimed they have the right to regulate marriage when they individually began issuing licenses to marry or drive.
- For or against homosexual marriage is a state right’s issue, not a Supreme Court, or Federal Government Issue. Hence, the judicial activism that drove this decision is the problem, not necessarily how the judges expressed their opinions. This decision is a clear-cut example of needing to return a judicial decision to the states to decide through legislative action.

Judicial activism has been carefully cultivated into America, so that every time there is a problem, the solution is to grab a judge and demand a decision. However, as shown herein, the courts are a gamble, and the worst that occurs is more societal chaos because a judge has overstepped their authority and made unequal the three branches of republican government. Worse, that judge has rendered the democratic processes of the people’s rights to self-rule invalid, null, and void.

For example, Kelo should have been referred to the legislative and executive branches for a decision, as the “Taking Clause” was constitutional, but rigidly controlled. But, because the judicial stepped in to “solve the problem,” through adjudication, chaos has ensued, which has forced, at a minimum, 40 different interpretations of the “Taking Clause.” Which opens a minimum of 80-different potential decisions if the courts decide to take up the Eminent Domain issue again. Talk about chaos!

The executive branch and the legislative branch must be held accountable for abnegating their duties. This accountability occurs at the ballot box where the lazy and recalcitrant lawmaker is returned to being a private citizen. Then, launching a judicially correct investigation into why that person abnegated their duties; especially, if personal enrichment occurred. Judges are supposed to be held accountable through the actions of the legislative and executive branch taking firm action, not creating new laws. The judicial branch oversees executive and legislative investigations only to ensure the US Constitution is properly followed. Proper checks and balances!

However, there is a caveat to the US Constitution provided by the second president of the United States, John Adams. “Our Constitution, [which includes all the separate state constitutions,] [were] made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other [type of person].” Why has the executive and legislative branches abdicated their duties to the judicial; they are not inherently moral or religious. Why has judicial activism exploded; the people in office are not moral or religious.

Thus, the solution for America is to begin hiring through the election process morally upright and religious people. Every vote, in every election, matters. Those on the political left understand this policy and use it as a weapon to create enmity and negate the power of the people to self-government and republican rule through democratic processes. Make the time, get knowledgeable about candidates and issues, and then vote!
