Distichia Moralia provides with keen wisdom the following, “Speech is given to many; intelligence to few.” After the European trip of US President Joe Biden, intelligence is in short supply in the White House, the staff, and of course, the US Media! Would someone please tell me how so many can say so much, yo-yo’ing from one point to another, and still make no sense? Honest question, the other day someone told me the patients were running the asylum, and I countered no, the clowns took over the circus. Both sentiments are accurate, but I detest clowns, and mental patients can occasionally do something brilliant.

Now, to be perfectly fair, little Joey Biden has a mental cognition problem that is more than likely some form of senility or Alzheimer’s disease. I am not entirely blaming little Joey; his spouse and handlers bear the full brunt of the blame and deserve their punishment for not allowing this senile old man to retreat to his beloved basement and finish the rest of his days in solitude and grandchildren. May little Joey sniff hair and massage shoulders in a creepy fashion after retirement to his heart’s content. But his handlers, the complicit media, and his spouse need to be hauled in front of a judge for elder person abuse!

From Australia’s Sky News, the BBC, Daily Mail, FOX News, CNN, MSNBC, and Jerusalem News, essentially covering the entire globe, every media channel worth a small moment is complaining about Biden’s European performance. Not all media channels are created equal, but to have them all complaining about Biden in Europe is pretty phenomenal. To have Biden walk back his handlers’ “clarification” and then renounce his previous sentiments in the same speech is nothing short of a full-blown communication failure.

To clarify, I do not care what you embrace for your political party. Any person with half a brain cell can observe what is happening and know instinctively that the elected leaders have no clue and even less intelligence. Worse, their intellectual ability for self-preservation is running on fumes and day-old flatulence. Truly, “speech is given to many, and intelligence to few.” Unfortunately, this is not the tip of the iceberg humanity is headed towards at full speed!

Satire is truth wrapped in comic wit and presented for discussion. Never taken seriously as supported by how many “shock” comedians? Yet, the Babylon Bee is removed from Twitter because some Twitter employees think they have a special mission from their god CEO Parag Agrawal to silence any voice they deem “hostile.” More people prove that “speech is given to many; intelligence to few.” Would someone please tell me how Kathy Griffin can parody cutting off then President Trump’s head, and she can maintain a Twitter account, but the Babylon Bee has their account suspended. Worse, Kathy Griffin, a fully non-humorous comedienne, got a Netflix special, but Dave Chapelle was hounded mercilessly for weeks because he told the truth and was actually funny.

Kathy Griffin, Dave Chapelle, Biden/Trump, Babylon Bee, Twitter, Facebook, Google, Apple, and others are tied into a Gordian Knot over the topic of controlling speech unconstitutionally. Whether as perpetrators, victims, or politics, every actor mentioned, especially those not mentioned, as this was NOT a definitive list, all share in the ongoing saga over the First Amendment.

A reminder, the First Amendment states:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

The perpetrators who are pulling the political strings to hinder and thwart the First Amendment hide, like evil thinking cowards, cower behind the shield, “Congress.” Claiming that since they are not Congress, they only prohibit speech on their private platforms conditional as part of the “User Agreement” or as private citizens or businesses. Hence, limiting the speech of others is entirely legal, moral, and socially acceptable, intentionally muddying the lines between legal and illegal for entertainment or some other bloviated excuse. Except, what these perpetrators are doing is stealing freedom from everyone for personal profit.

What is “Hate speech?” Sure, the lawyers have concocted a definition for court, but in practice, “Hate Speech” is anything any person who thinks they possess a modicum of power deems it to be. Any tool that limits speech will be used as a weapon to beat people out of their rights and freedoms and steal the same to enslave all. The Supreme Court regularly hears cases on First Amendment issues, specifically speech. Of the five freedoms protected and enshrined in the First Amendment (Speech, Religion, Press, Assembly, and Petition the government), speech is the one most often attacked. The Supreme Court has wisely used the rule of thumb, “Screaming ‘Fire’ in a crowded theater,” as the basis for whether to rule speech as governed under the First Amendment or not.

Why is this a wise rule of thumb? Because creating panic in a population enclosed in a building should not be protected “free” speech as the consequences are dire indeed. But does this mean anything else goes; absolutely! A simple rule exists to explain why, “When you limit the freedoms of a single person in a society, the entire society loses ALL of their freedoms, rights, and liberties.” Democracy is messy! A constitutional republic is doubly chaotic! We, the citizens of either a democracy or a constitutional republic, accept this as a necessity to protect our individual rights, freedoms, and liberties.

This means when Twitter declares something as broaching their “User Agreement” and limiting one person’s speech, as a citizen of the United States, every citizen of the United States loses! When Facebook or LinkedIn practice censorship in the name of “socially acceptable speech,” they are thwarting the US Constitution and decrying they are the wisest of us all and intelligent enough to declare what is and is not “acceptable” speech in a public environment. When YouTube ends people’s livelihood because they do not like the content in a video, everyone loses their right to produce content free from burdensome oppression.

Chris Rock was free to make a joke about Jada Pinkett-Smith as a point of reference. Will Smith was perfectly in his right to first laugh at the joke and then choose to become offended. But, Will Smith’s rights ended when he took action and hit Chris Rock. Speech is a responsibility, and exercising speech properly means sometimes being held accountable for the speech made. Unfortunately, modern society has allowed people to make offensive and degrading remarks without accountability for too long, which is a problem. However, the solution is not to control speech by a business, company, government, non-governmental board/organization, etc. The solution is to remind people of the accountability inherent in exercising their rights to speech.

Speech is never “Free.” Free speech means no consequences to what you say, but the reverse is true, and speech has a significant cost! Ask any disabled veteran about the cost of speech, and let me know if they claim their injuries are free. Worse, ask any person jailed who made a speech if their speech was free, and tell me if their sufferings, depravations, and sacrifices were without cost. Chris Rock was entirely in his right to make an offensive joke. I did not find it funny. But could Chris Rock have been held accountable for his poor sense of humor without being slapped on international television; absolutely. But, name me another group of people who abuse the rights, freedoms, and liberties of others without care and concern than Hollywood. I know of no other industry!

Yet, Hollywood has taken it upon themselves to be the lords and masters over everyone else when they cannot control themselves. Solidifying the permanence in the principle, “Speech is given to many; intelligence to few.” How many known victims of Harvey Weinstein? How many unknown victims are living? How many dead victims? How long was Harvey Weinstein abusing his power to subjugate people to whet his appetites and passions? How many others are currently copy-catting Harvey Weinstein’s example?

The government has failed to police Hollywood, and Hollywood refuses to police itself, but how many in Hollywood are willing to insist that Hollywood needs a deep cleansing, an injection of values, morals, and law; not many, if any. Name another industry so rampant and steeped in villainy, depravity, and disgust that it can escape basic law enforcement. Hollywood spawned Bollywood and how many other incarnations in countries around the globe, all suffering from the same moral vacuum and creating the same social decay without consequence. Spoilt children, parading as virtuous adults, demand their rights, liberties, and freedoms, all while denying others the same rights, liberties, and freedoms. Demanding politicians, the same politicians fawning and feeding the Hollywood monster, to use the powers of government, and big business, to thwart laws for their own profit and gain.

Have you ever heard of a “Casting Couch?” In business, the military, and government, a “casting couch” is sexual harassment, a crime worthy of jail, heavy fines, and social scorn for the perpetrator. In Hollywood, the “Casting Couch” is regular business for those desiring to be in Hollywood, and the victims, if they speak out, are scorned and unemployable. The horror stories about the “Casting Couch” are depraved, disgusting, and the victims’ ages run the gamut, all with little to no consequences for those soliciting sexual favors in return for employment in Hollywood. The case of Harvey Weinstein ripped the scab off the festering wound of Hollywood, but Big Business and Government have helped keep the wound alive and infected, to the shame and horror of the victims.

Will Smith, enjoy the spotlight your actions created, and may the consequences fit the crime. Chris Rock, you’re still not funny. Wanda Sykes, you lost your funny. The Oscar’s is not worth my time and energy to scorn, let alone watch. But, Hollywood, your industry is sick, and the greatest crime is that your infection is spreading faster than a case of Chlamydia in the Playboy Mansion. Hollywood, you have lost any and all claims to tell anyone else how to live and until you clean up your mess, I will continue to refuse you my money. You might start by remembering, “Speech is given to many; intelligence to few.”

I Need the WHY!

The list of nefarious and detestable characters leads only to politicization, chaos, and right now, the names of these characters need no further introduction. I will not name these repugnant rapscallions any longer.

We are fully clear on the where, as in, we know the whereabouts of how this global Kabuki-Style charade originated. Frankly, unless the consequences include the “Ryan Doctrine” and an entirely new government in China, additional discussion is moot at this point. If you are unfamiliar with the “Ryan Doctrine;” it is a reference to John Patrick Ryan, the fictional character from Tom Clancy’s books, who claimed that if it is okay to send some 19-year-old kid to war, the political leaders are fair game, as much as that poor-kid ordered into battle. Long have I supported this belief, having served in the US Army and the US Navy, listening to the political hosts banging the drums of war against Russia. I am fully on board with the political leaders being in the same boat as the kids whose lives they are throwing away.

The what at this point is pretty simple; COVID-19 is a virus that was experimented into being through “gain of function” research. As Senator Dr. Rand Paul has discussed ad nauseum ad infinitum with Dr. Anthony Fauci, the gain of function research scientists take a virus found in nature and make that virus more deadly and transmissible in a laboratory for human endangerment. While the NIH continues to play “find the pea” games with the definition of gain of function, the simple version is stated and sufficient to my purposes. Knowledge Check!

The how is also pretty clear by now; the inability to close human interactions at the beginning of this virus debacle has led to the deaths of many people. Human interactions are the number one problem in stopping the spread of any airborne, highly transmissible virus. From the flu to pneumonia, and from SARS to MERS (two highly contagious and lethal upper respiratory viruses), and all the diseases in between, humans interacting is both the cure and the problem. The problem, these viral diseases are spread through the air, and we share a lot of air between people. The cure because sharing the virus, in its many variations, is how immunity in populations is increased.

Let me pause here for a moment. Let’s talk about risk. The risks you choose to onboard are how you build a life. My risk tolerance is different from your risk tolerance, and while we might share some levels in our risk tolerances, we will be different, and in being different, we choose what to be exposed to, how, when, where, and why. Humans have been making and exercising this freedom since the days of Adam and Eve and will continue to make this choice, without, and sometimes with, government boots on necks.

Where you set, your risk tolerances are choices, where you as an individual are exercising your moral agency. These choices come with natural consequences. For the government to interject and impose themselves into your risk tolerance decisions is immoral, unethical, and according to the US Constitution, illegal and illicit actions, and not only under the first amendment. Question As we have experienced these last two years, the when is pretty apparent, and restating more on when is wildly redundant. However, since the Internet is forever, let me only stipulate the government has been running amok since 2000. The gain in government over liberties, rights, and freedoms in the populations with representative government has only sharply increased since 2020. It remains imperative that government from the city to the Presidential office needs serious reprimanding, shrinking, and curtailing!

Repeating only for emphasis, I need the WHY! Why were all the pre-pandemic plans, government exercises, and 200-years of research in basic virology and virus management thrown away during this COVID-Kabuki? Why have so many bureaucrats become rich, famous, and hailed as “the science” when basic science has been ignored, shunted to the side, and criticized? Science is constantly debated, doubted, discussed, and repeatedly tested in a research laboratory and the real world. Physics leaders debate gravity; medical researchers are always learning something new, reporting something new, and then testing the new to prove it has worth and value for study and learning. Every field of science is learning through testing, re-testing, discovery, debate, and discussion of doubts.

Yet, for the last two years, all doubting of published, and heavily politicalized science, has been squashed by the thumb of government, and I need to know WHY! Drugs helpful in treating the flu were refused for COVID, even though previous studies, done by the big names in the NIH, were politicalized, pushed out, and refused to people suffering; why? Masks were mandated, even though every manufacturer is forced, by legislation, to admit these masks do no good in stopping viral particulate from entering the mask. The body of research is growing discussing the efficacy of wearing masks during surgery and reflects that those wearing masks harm the patients’ undergoing procedures from doctors and nurses wearing the mask, increasing the potential for sepsis post-procedure. Why are patients harmed; the mask was ONLY ever intended to help curb droplets of bacteria born from the mouth and nose of the medical personnel from dropping into the wounds and surgical area of the patient until new technology could be derived. Follow the history of masks from cotton to paper and reusable to disposable, and you the truth is obvious. Research is being conducted on the germ storm created on the front or outside of the mask that the doctor is then blowing onto the patient’s wounds. Basic science can logically explain and expound upon this topic. Unfortunately, as what occurred in 1846 to Doctor Ignaz Semmelweis, those with political power and a modicum of medical training are treating those discussing, debating, and doubting established “science” wickedly and immorally, while pointedly refusing and trying to dispel everyone who disagrees.

By the way, Dr. Ignaz Semmelweis was the doctor who championed hand washing and cleaning instruments between patients with a chlorine solution. Consider medical treatment today; how many of you want your doctor or nurse not to wash their hands between patients? Wear gloves? And have ready access to sterilized medical instruments? Another hot topic in hospital safety is pharmaceutical-resistant bacteria, viruses, and easily transmissible diseases in hospitals. Want a topic to scare the hell out of you; read any paper on the problems with controlling sepsis, an easily spread illness for any patient having a medical procedure, where droplets of bacteria drop into the wound, sometimes from the masks of those performing the procedure.

Frankly, I prefer to see medical personnel in face shields rather than masks. It is easier to hear the medical professional, the face shield is easily cleaned with alcohol one-time use swabs/pads, and I can listen to the doctor/nurse. Plus, the same droplet control is achieved without the danger of passing droplets of bacteria into an open wound by surgical and medical personnel. Upon looking at the research on masks endangering patients, how many medical professionals will switch to face shields and away from masks voluntarily? Well, Dr. Semmelweis’ history shows us the answer is less than zero! Why does history repeat itself so often; many people refuse to learn history to avoid repeating history. But the real reason is that people with power refuse to listen to those with ideas and no power. Dr. Ignaz Semmelweis died of the same disease he fought in maternity wards, sepsis (previously known as childbed fever).

Vaccine Want to really be freaked out, scared into mental distress; read what the CDC reports on hand hygiene in hospitals and doctor’s clinics. Very few medical professionals adhere to hand hygiene protocols to the detriment of the patient! Yet, since 1846, almost 200-years, hand hygiene has been known as the best course of action to prevent spreading diseases, except the number one reason doctors and nurses don’t wash their hands is their personal beliefs. I want to know why medical professionals, who are supposed to be embedded in learning and discovery, refuse simple science when it stares them in the face, resist common sense and logic, and inflate their egos when questions are asked. Ever ask a doctor or nurse when the last time they washed their hands? I was threatened with being kicked out of an ER for asking this question, wounds untreated, pain issue not resolved, all for asking the ER doctor if he had washed his hands recently.

Why did the WHO, the CDC, and so many other repositories of international science refuse 16-years of dedicated science about mask-wearing in the community and agree with the governments to force mask mandates onto the populations? What changed in science; nothing! What powered mask mandates; politics! Where did masking healthy people as young as two-years-old originate; the warped and twisted minds of someone making a ton of money on mask manufacturing! How did the masking of healthy people work out; it killed them through suicide, fear of hospitals, and through a fake sense of protection! Want to know a truth; all of this was known, recognized, and understood through multiple studies, government training exercises, and real-world research as early as 2000.

Exclamation Mark I have to know why! As a life-long learner, as a student of human interactions, an observer of groups of people and individuals, the why is the driving force in the five questions of study (who, what, when, where, how, and WHY). I have been told to “Follow the money,” guess what, the money and the origin are similar. I have been told, “It is political;” well, if that was true, where did the opposing party go? I have been instructed, pointedly, by Federal Police Officers as they were arresting me because I physically cannot wear a mask. My questions are ill-timed, inappropriate, and a public nuisance. The political pandemic is all but concluded; my questions are not ill-timed anymore. I want answers! If this was a political exercise with a global bio-weapon, as postulated in March/April 2020. In that case, I want the opposition party to start asking bureaucrats questions and drill down to answers! It’s called scrutiny; exercise your elected responsibility!

As instructed in the book authored by Simon Sinek, “Start with Why!” Why did governments steal power, authority, and liberty to demand mask adherence? Why did the government push vaccination of a new and unstudied vaccine technology? Why were effective drugs canceled to fit a political narrative while people were dying? Why was a virus politicalized in the first place? Look at the timing, and ask why the virus was released when it was released? It is abundantly clear that the Wuhan Laboratory is deeply involved, which means the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is deeply engaged, and people died. Why can’t the world’s people hold the CCP liable for the virus release and resulting harm? Why can’t Fauci be held responsible for investing taxpayer dollars, against the order of the sitting US President, in the gain of function research?

When asking who got richer, ask why they appeared to force non-pharmaceutical interventions (NPI’s) when these people stood to gain financially from those mandates of government? Why did congressional representatives in the United States gain in measures above and beyond average market gains, all while people they were expected to represent in government died? Gravy Train 3

Before another question is asked, the media needs to answer why are they the voice box and cheer-leading squad of politicians? In all representative governments, the media is supposed to be the third party, a neutral source, and a voice of the masses. Why did the media forsake their job? Why is the media always the lapdog of the liberal and progressive (regressive) parties? Why did the press sell its heritage for a bowl of pottage?

Since the media refuses their job, and big technology is tied hand and foot to the press and politicians, like a warped three-legged race, why are the taxpayer dollars being used to enrich big-tech companies? Why is a publicly-traded entity, big tech companies (LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Twitter, etc.), allowed into government offices? Isn’t this the very epitome of insider trading? Why is big tech even allowed to influence the government? I need the why!

Why did the government take lists of the unvaccinated? The political left has no morals, no compunction, and biggering the government is their god. The political left is known for using any means necessary to get what they want. Worse, the political left, and right, have proven untrustworthy, immoral, and unethical. What happens next should be the second question answered after why! Detective

Finally, why did the religious leaders walk in lockstep with the government? Sweden’s results are from following sound science, and they are better off than everyone else in the world. Religious leaders have always claimed the moral high ground, even while “rendering unto Caesar that which is Caesar’s.” Thus, we must know why the religious leaders did not protect their flocks and show authentic, inspired leadership? Do you feel cheated by your religious and political leaders? I have some concerns!

Please, don’t take my word for it. Look it up. My references are boldly stated to help you, not prove a point; research can only support a conclusion and proves NOTHING! I have questions, and my research promotes more questions. I would see you, dear reader, fully informed and able to ask your own questions. In an ironic twist of inanity, the CDC reports the following, “glove use is NOT a substitute for cleaning your hands [emphasis inferred and mine].” The research linked is a peer-reviewed document the CDC provides for doctors to promote more hand hygiene in medical situations.

Plastic Words – The Tool of Tyrants and Authoritarians

Detective 4 Consider with me the actions of Fauci and the liquid definitions of “Gain of Function” research. Before Fauci started getting hammered by Senator Rand Paul for funding “Gain of Function” research, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) changed the definition to protect Fauci from the crime of “lying to Congress.” Consider the other lies, language tricks, and tyrannical actions of Fauci throughout COVID from Feb 2020 to the present (Feb 2022). Fauci regularly claims he is “consistent” in his approach, even when claiming he lies with noble purposes.

Quoting Uwe Poerksen (1995, p. 6), “… words, they sometimes appear to be a skeleton that displays the structure of the world more clearly than a full ideological presentation. … Words are channels that run ahead of history… they should be questioned constantly.” Consider this for a moment. Think of the skeleton, the bone structures that form the fundamental structure of a body. Words akin to the skeleton or frame allow the ability to communicate an idea, creating the substance of that idea for others to consider.

However, words by themselves, like a rib, an ulna, a hip bone, are merely a structure in a greater body. Words need the sentence structure to be appropriately organized to communicate with another person adequately. Why should words be questioned constantly? Because the use of a word is intentional by those speaking, and if the person speaking is attempting to control others through subterfuge, they will intentionally employ language that sounds nice while hiding their agenda.

Angry Wet Chicken Canada Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is employing these exact tactics right now in Ottawa, where the #FreedomConvoy is concerned. Listen carefully to the words and tone used. Someone in the media should have asked about the prime minister’s intent when calling peaceful protestors racists, fascists, and other derogatory terms. Merely uttering those words should have been a warning to every Canadian citizen and media representative that the prime minister has left the reservation and needs to be questioned more thoroughly about his intentions, reasons, and legal footing for taking action and uttering the words he has used.

One example, the prime minister claimed he wanted to build trust with the Canadian People. Still, all evidence (polls, opinions, and observations) declares the prime minister is vainly struggling to hold onto personal power, not build trust. How is the prime minister using the terms trust, terrorist, and other words to frame his ideas to better the lives of Canadians? Since the media is not going to call out the prime minister’s authoritarian actions and words. In that case, those protesting in Ottawa and at key crossings across the Canadian US borders are justified in peacefully assembling and demanding the government listen and act accordingly.

Recently, in the United States, people who consider themselves to be leaders and influencers gathered and discussed the plight of democracy. While the event was couched in friendly-sounding narratives, the actual intent of this gathering was to steal rights, liberties, and freedoms, further moving the United States of America under the heel of socialism (communism) for personal power.

Democracy has “made its appearance as a fixed element, which the reader cannot comprehend.” Political Science degree holders, media representatives, and tyrannical influencers have twisted the term democracy, plasticizing the term and then stretching it until confusion reigns, chaos flourishes, and the result is theft of thought. Unfortunately, democracy is but one of a list of thousands of terms regularly plasticized for political gain and the expansion of tyranny.

During President Trump’s run for the presidency and his tenure in the Oval Office, a mental disease was passed around called “Trump Derangement Syndrome,” plasticizing a word while trying to describe the phenomenon of the term “disease” for political gain. Yet, what did we witness then, which continues today, people choosing to blame President Trump for everything wrong when personal responsibility and confusion of vernacular are central to the problems experienced. Governor Jerry Brown, California, 1975-1983, in praising Uwe Poerksen’s book, made the following statement.

“In the spirit of George Orwell, Poerksen lays bare the tyranny of the small number of words such as ‘development,’ ‘information,’ and ‘strategic plans,’ that now corrupt official thinking and even invade our very consciousness. His treatment of ‘plastics words’ is careful and chilling. Study it and wake up.”

George Orwell’s book “1984” sits beside my copy of Uwe Poerksen’s book, “Plastic Words: The Tyranny of a Modular Language,” for a reason. These books speak to the problem every citizen faces in representative governments, and modular language is the tool used to steal our governments, rights, liberties, and freedoms. If we do not, in Gov. Brown’s words, “Wake Up!” [emphasis mine] we will lose our governments, our voices, and our children will have to fight for that which we gave away.

Exclamation Mark Consider the following from Uwe Poerksen (1995, p 88-89), where the author speaks of experts acting as functionaries who shape reality through their words. Compare this to Biden, Trudeau, or any number of other politicians, media talking heads, and so-called “influencers,” and a cold shiver should creep up your spine.

The Expert

- Silences anyone and everyone who disagrees with them
- Reforms the everyday world using concepts and vocabulary of the scientific world inappropriately
- Employs language with a wide radius of application
- Displaces words from a common understanding
- Speech is poor in content
- Speech reduces diversity to a common denominator
- Disembodies history from the context
- Transforms words into a social laboratory for experimentation
- Dispensing truth and moral right and wrong for progressive, backward, regressive, etc.
- Consistently appearing on the side of enlightenment
- Claims expertness and employs other experts to pompously fill the social function they supply as more important than everyone and every other problem and issue
- Calling upon other experts to raise individual prestige
- Awakens limitless needs
- Institutionalizes themselves interjecting their expertise into every problem
- Creates compound words as flexible instruments to manufacture new reality models
- Castigates history as useless, impertinent, and useless in the present tense
- Claims international appeal and anyone denying is considered out-of-date and out-of-touch
- Their positions are always new
- Their language lacks individual voice

Year End (2021) – An After Action Report

Between Christmas and New Year 2019, I accepted an offer to write more frequently for a group that, at the time, was calling itself “No More BS.” What an amazing opportunity the challenge to write more regularly became, and how much I have come to enjoy writing. Like all things in life, the challenge came with a cost; I had exhausted myself mentally, I was spent by October. Physically my body could not answer the call of my mind, and my mind was screaming at me to stop. Let’s talk about drivers and BS, for the importance to American society success is found in ending the BS.

Little Joey Biden and his Afghanistan Debacle are still unfolding, and I fully admit this turn of events from August 2021 has left me numb. When America left Hanoi (April 1975) and Vietnam fell, many Americans, especially veterans, felt defeated in ways hard to describe. Who knew that in such a short space of time (less than 50 years), America would repeat Hanoi (August 2021) by a couple of magnitudes? Some very cynical veterans I know suspected the politicization of Afghanistan would lead to a repeat of history; but, I can honestly say I never expected Biden to act in such a disastrous and self-defeating manner.

Leaving Americans, allies, and stakeholders on the ground, holding the bag of responsibility, remains the quintessential yellow-spine craven move of the new century. One of the greatest insults from my time in the US Military was the corporatization of the military officer corps. Disconnecting responsibility and accountability, honoring weak-kneed drivel to the detriment of the professional NCOs and the soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines has been utterly unacceptable. Why; because every corporatized military in history has failed! Now, America has Afghanistan and Vietnam, and the government leaders refuse to acknowledge they are the problem, and the sitting president rewards pubescent behavior. Sickening!

The military, to be effective, must be out of sync with the society they protect. A sacrifice principle is required from those who love country more than themselves and voluntarily wear their country’s uniform. Yet, the politics and political leaders refuse to allow the military to act at home and abroad, so we repeat history. May I ask, how many more Vietnam’s and Afghanistan’s does America need to relive before accepting that personal sacrifice is quintessential to a strong military? Mr. President, Little Joey, when does the BS end, and the motivation to lead return from bureaucratic hands to professional officers and NCOs? For I warn you, what you have right now is a mob, and you desperately need a military!

But, Afghanistan, in all its depravity, is not the only outrage from this year where BS needs to end. Consider something with me, the power of jury trials. High-profile trials have been occurring and continue through this holiday season and end-of-year celebrations. How incredibly grateful I am for the rule of Constitutional Law that provides for a jury by peers. More often than not, juries get the law right and hand down fair verdicts. Yet, the Corporate Media refuses to accept that jury trials are the best method for handling problems in a constitutional society. I have seen the media meltdowns repeatedly when juries hand down verdicts the media have tried and failed to influence.

Now ask yourself, dear reader, why does the media try cases before all the facts have been presented? Power, the answer remains ever simple, the media have become what they consider as THE single greatest power in American society. The self-delusion is a steaming hot pile of BS dished up for public consumption 24/7/365, and the media refuses to eat the BS they are serving. Considering themselves better than common citizens, above the law, the media companies have decided they can arbitrate, decide, and deserve to be listened to and obeyed. Well, jury trials work, and it is time more journalists are introduced to the concept through defending themselves in a court of law.

Worse than the corporatization of the US Military has been the continual erosion of the rule of law. The Uniform Code of Military Justice is regularly abused for the benefit of the powerful and the destruction of the weak. When the law is cheapened, joked about, and castigated, the trust in civil society is broken, and the military is but a smaller example of what is occurring in American society as a whole. When warriors are not judged by their deeds, but upon their political connections, the society hiring warriors, training warriors, and sending them into harm’s way will quickly find the warriors are gone. Their replacements are not worth the honor and trust. Leading to society being taken over and destroyed.

Feel free to disagree, but Rome remains the quintessential example in history of what happens when a republic fails to accept social consequences, infects its society from within, and then picks fights with neighbors. Rome had the greatest military in recorded history, and it fell ingloriously all because the military, a microcosm of the society as a whole, decided politics was more important than the rule of law. Popularity became more important than law and obedience to the rule of law. Who taught Rome to fall; who brought the Roman Legions to their knees? Look no further than their politically elected leaders who spent their time and the people’s money in riotous living, perversions, and trying to evade responsibility for their actions. Tell me, are we not seeing the same exact abuses in current society that is witnessed on the pages of history with Rome falling?

What is the only difference between Rome’s fall and any other government with elected political leaders? Advanced weaponry to include nuclear weapons. What is the only safeguard in republican and democratic societies strong enough to save those societies from repeating Rome’s example; learning history and obeying the rule of law. Of the two, learning history is more important, which is why learning history was the second casualty in the fight to overthrow the rule of law. The first casualty was teaching students how to read.

The abuse of children remains an utter abomination, and rightly so. But until the political leaders can be made to accept they are facilitating abusers of children masquerading as K-12 School Districts and teachers, the abuse of children, the wasting of precious resources, and the sacrifice of innocence will continue and worsen. In Virginia’s gubernatorial election this past November, the central theme was public education. Virginia, as your newly elected officials come into power, are you willing to watch those elected and demand they obey the electorate’s will and change education in your commonwealth?

Over the holiday, I watched heart-wrenching videos of parents who almost lost their child to suicide because the teachers groomed the child into transgenderism, all without the parent’s knowledge. Worse, the parents were abused by the government when the teachers involved called “Child Protection Services (CPS).” Tell me, when bureaucrats join together for the abuse of those they are duly sworn and duty-bound to protect, who is at fault; the elected leaders! What did the elected leaders do when the parents complained; they joined forces to continue abusing the child and the parents. The exact opposite of what they were hired to do, scrutinize the government employees and protect the electorate from abusive government operations, practices, and people.

Unfortunately, some of you think this is only happening in California, Virginia, New York, or some distant city/county/state. No, the truth of the matter is this is occurring in your child’s school district right now. Your children, grandchildren, cousins, and neighbors are all being abused and harmed, and the rot is at your doors. Don’t take my word for it; investigate for yourself. Go to local school board meetings and ask to see the curriculum your child is being exposed to, and you will find the truth, and the truth will first abhor, then anger, and then motivate you.

I hope the motivation will be sufficient to inspire action to become more informed, pay closer attention to local political races, and stop allowing incumbents a free pass to officiate in the destruction of America. One of the frequent conversations in my home is, “What are my plans after I complete the Ph.D. degree I am chasing?” The temptation is real to run for political office, either mayor or school board, sheriff, or judge; I want to get into this fight to defend the America I love. Most people think the battle for America’s soul is being fought in the US Senate or House of Representatives when the reality is the fight for America’s soul is being fought and lost in local elections, and it is time to find strong candidates who are willing to run for office and fight this fight locally.

The biggest lesson I have learned in writing this year, a degree doesn’t represent smarts or capability; those come by working in the trenches for something more important than self. The US Navy taught me endurance in the face of insurmountable odds and enemy shenanigans, and the US Army taught me to think and have grit and determination. I know I am not perfect; I am not the “picture perfect politician.” I prefer blue jeans and button-downs to suits and ties, but I know people, and I prefer real people to the fake effrontery currently holding the reigns of political power.

Writing this past year, I have faced my demons, and while I still fight those demons, I know the need to engage is real, helping others promotes healing, and teaching provides the opportunity to learn more perfectly. I know the power of citizens motivated to protect hearth and home, and I celebrate freedom. I would see my neighbors armed with knowledge, possessing the motivation to speak out and act according to beliefs and win the American heritage left us. I believe in America, and I know that when Americans are left alone, they use the power of freedom to change the world; all we need is to shrink the government, and America will begin to blossom again.

Shrinking the government begins locally. The local government protects against county and state government abuses. The state government protects against federal violations. The federal government protects borders and provides for the common trade of goods across state lines. Limiting government is not a bad idea at all; in fact, it is the only good idea that can help save America. Join me!

Do We Understand – Important Truths From President James Madison

Exclamation Mark Sometimes revisiting a topic is required to help promote urgency in learning. Other times revisiting a subject helps to broaden the mind to more of the problem. My intent in reviewing the topic of understanding is for both of these reasons. President Madison provides counsel that every American should be adhering to, regardless of political flavor, as the first policy in being a responsible citizen.

We begin with an absolute from President Madison, stated two different ways, with the same meaning:

- - “The trust is that all men having power ought to be mistrusted.”
  - “All men having power ought to be distrusted to a certain degree.”

To those who would like to be female apologists and excuse women just because President Madison used the term “men” here, the President spoke of “men” as in all humankind. As in, when power is invested in any person, they should be mistrusted. They should be carefully watched, monitored, and scrutinized. Not blindly trusted to act and never called out for their actions. Hence the role of the media, the role of laws, the role of three co-equal branches of government. Yet, what do we find today?

Honestly, take a look around, and take off the political glasses of partisan politics for a moment. Can you honestly claim that the media is representing fairly both sides of the partisan political spectrum? Can you honestly trust the co-equal branches of government not to be intimidated, cajoled, browbeaten, or unduly influenced by another branch? Is the military following their civilian leaders without political influence and acting in the best interest of all Americans? Is each of the co-equal branches of the government pulling their weight and acting in accordance with the law?

Now, look closer to home. How about the school board, the mayor, the governor, the state legislature, the county board, the city council, the town council, and every other bureaucrat vested with public trust. Are they obeying the duties and honoring the roles of their office and deserving of the public trust? What about the teachers in classrooms who the school board officials directly supervise? Are your children taught reading, writing, and arithmetic, or are they being taught wokeism, sexism, and being groomed for sexual perverts?

“Public office is a public trust, the authority and opportunities of which must be used as absolutely as the public moneys for the public benefit, and not for the purposes of any individual or party.” ~ Dorman Bridgeman Eaton

Public trust remains the single most important and least discussed aspect of American culture and American politics, mainly because public trust is the most misunderstood concept. Public trust has been intentionally misunderstood (plasticized), so it can be perverted and challenging to understand. Yet, public trust comes down to one thing and is revealed through an easy test in its most simple form. Would you leave your home and children alone, under the supervision of any person holding public office? If the answer is yes, they hold your public trust. If the answer is no, why are they in office?

Using President Madison’s quotes above, no one in a position of public trust should be “trusted” without verification, scrutinization, and they should be held accountable for their decisions made while in office. Missouri is the “Show-Me State!” I possess a “Missouri Mindset,” show me you have done the job correctly. Show me; you are transparent in doing the job you were elected to perform. Show me you can be trusted. I am willing to give anyone a chance at leadership, but they had better show me they can do the job!

Under the heading of trust and show me comes an important principle, and President Madison elaborates this principle simply, eloquently, and precisely.

“I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents.”

Find me that article of the US Constitution. If you cannot find that, then the Federal, State, and City governments need to get out of taking money through taxes and giving money to people who have not earned it. Welfare belongs to charity groups and religions, not governments! Pork barrel spending is anathema to good order and discipline and should be shunned and shamed. Consider with me the plethora of laws that have been invented to control society just because of the government welfare programs. Soulful Musings: Don't Tell Me, "Show Me"

Food controls, including price controls, control what, when, and how much a farmer can grow, how a farmer can grow, and much more. These controls include legalized theft of a farmer’s goods which the supreme court has upheld.

Dairy, farm, and rancher controls for grain, meat, and milk. Then when the government has too much in store, they force price-controls, forcing dairy and ranchers out of business in support of large commercial production facilities at the expense of smaller and medium-sized operations. Labeling laws that unfairly punish smaller and medium-sized establishments.

Larger governments manage programs through bureaucrats and bureaucratic inertia that are abused at every potential opportunity and are not scrutinized adequately for waste, fraud, and abuse. Where systems and operations are regularly gamed to keep the benefits rolling in at the expense of society, taxpayers, and those needing assistance cannot receive assistance due to the gamesmanship and fraud of others. I am all for helping people learn how to help themselves, using charity programs and religious outreach. But, taxpayer dollars should NEVER be spent in helping one person at the cost of another person!

The following has caused many a discussion in my home. I hope it will cause many a conversation in your homes. May those discussions be heated, be full of lovely disagreement, and be full of fiery opinions. For in the spirited debates come ideas and solutions that work. Invite people who disagree with you to dinner, and may the food and conversation be a delightful experience and a gustatory wonder!

“In framing a government, which is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty is this: You must first enable the government to control the governed; and in the next place, oblige it to control itself.”

What is the discussion in my home centered upon, “How does a citizen ‘oblige a government to control itself?’” I will offer a couple of suggestions here. Feel free to refute my recommendations with your own in the comments below. Better still, suggest more ideas for topics of discussion. I am not the only person with ideas, and we need every person to help “oblige” the government to control itself!

1. 1. Be an informed electorate! – The one thing a politician fears or should fear more than a ballot box is an informed electorate. Do you know why the politicians preferred Dewey’s system of functionally illiterate stooges to the informed electorate of the early 1900s? They could get away with robbing the citizens blind! When the citizenry is not informed, they become property, bought and sold as chattel (cows, goats, sheep). Doesn’t this make you angry that your elected leaders and the unelected Hollywood elite think of you this way?
  2. Scrutinize government and demand transparency! – It is your government. Tell me something, if your neighbor went across town and graffitied buildings, broke windows, burned property, and defecated on private property, then told the authorities that you had paid him to do these acts, would you be a little concerned? If your neighbor did these things and used your hard-earned money to pay for these crimes, would you want revenge and a criminal charge levied against your neighbor? These are the actions of your government; why does the government get a pass? Your name is on the check, right beside mine, claiming full financial responsibility for the actions of our intermediaries, the government.
  3. Gather with like-minded people, teach each other, learn from each other, and teach your children WHY! – Every tin-pot dictator in history has captured children, taken them from hearth and home, and “educated” them away from parents to influence the next generation. Today, we call this “education,” “state-run schools,” using “laws,” and obligations as “good parents” to shame and force parents to send their children into re-education camps. Want to freak out the government; change the next generation!

Finally, President Madison provides two pieces of advice for living in the American Society worthy of knowing and on-boarding.

- - “Knowledge will forever govern ignorance.”
  - “The circulation of confidence is better than the circulation of money.”

Consider a parable. Give a person a fish, and he eats for a day. Teach a person to fish, and he eats for a lifetime. Teach a person to fish and sell his wares, and his children build a prosperous society. Knowledge will always govern ignorance, but knowledge and confidence build nations! I do not want to build small communities; I want to rebuild the American Nation, a free nation under God, with liberty and justice for all. I cannot do this alone; our forefathers did not undertake this task alone. It took every member of the 13-original colonies to shake off tyranny and oppression and then build America.

Knowledge Check! It will take every single American citizen, and every single person desiring to be an American citizen to rebuild America, after all the damage intentionally done to her by the political leaders, secret societies, and bitter haters who have abused American generosity and then wanted to protect their pile by destroying America. America has been abused by countries foreign, and enemies domestic, corporations foreign and domestic, and individuals who have paid large sums to watch America burn. Do you understand better now? Is the mission clearer in your mind? Is the task ahead more urgent and more desirable? What are your next steps?

I Have a Question – Texas and Afghanistan

01 September 2021, the BBC ran a story quoting President Biden, “Biden vows ‘whole-of-government response to Texas Abortion Law.” My question is simple, direct, and easy to ask and answer. “Why will President Biden fight with the “whole-of-government” Texas to kill babies, but will not fight with the “whole-of-government” extremists and terrorists in Afghanistan to protect Americans and allies?” Will someone in the media and press corps please ask this simple question!

I-Care On the topic of asking questions in my inbox right now, I have two weeks of Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) – Office of Inspector General Reports (VA-OIG) where comprehensive healthcare inspections (CHIp) were conducted. Employee morale from distress contributes to employee churn, and leadership is not being held to task. Yet, the chief executive will unconstitutionally call out a “whole-of-government” response to Texas exercising state rights on abortion but not help correct veterans being abused. Why?

America has flooding across the South and North East. Americans are dead, streets flooded, electricity is out, all from a pretty intense hurricane. This is a natural disaster; where is the President calling out a “whole-of-government” response for a natural disaster, rallying the bureaucrats to cut red tape, and rushing assistance to these areas? Yet, a Texan abortion law gets presidential attention. Why? Angry Grizzly Bear

Private companies got employees and others out of Afghanistan, but the President, who is duty-bound to serve American’s first, refused his job and has so far kept his job. Where are the House and Senate with impeaching the US President for failure to uphold his oath and carry out his duties? Where are the US House and Senate leaders picking up the slack and showing leadership in these tumultuous times? Why are the US House and Senate leadership jumping on the “whole-of-government” fight with Texas instead of ordering a mass military response to rescue Americans and ruin technology and weaponry left in Afghanistan?

Leaving weapons, money, and munitions for the enemy is treasonous and punishable by the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). Why hasn’t General Milley been arrested for following orders that were clearly illegal and getting troops killed in the process? The military gave comfort and aid to the enemy by order of the President and military leaders. This is the absolute definition of treason, and the military leaders should have disobeyed those orders. Why is Afghanistan such a mess? The military leaders followed illegal orders!

Knowledge Check! A toddler is orphaned today after a mother and older sibling died of heatstroke, all due to the US President’s incalculably stupid decisions on the US/Mexico border. We have a humanitarian, national security, and health crisis on the US/Mexico border. The US President and Vice President cannot be bothered to stop their disastrous decisions and reverse course. When will the media ask for and demand answers to the simple question, “Why?” Yet, the US President, House, and Senate leaders will call out a “whole-of-government” oppression response to Texas over a piece of legislation that makes sense on abortion. Another why question deserving a complete and transparent answer from the President and his handlers.

Before calling out a “whole-of-government” response for Texas and their abortion law, which by the way does nothing to restrict anything, how about we call out the government for an answer to infrastructure failing, tax officials abusing power, corrupt bureaucrats, abuse of veterans, and a president who failed in Afghanistan! Let’s call out a “whole-of-government” response for states harmed by flooding from a hurricane, get the electricity turned back on, get COVID mandates ended, and get businesses running. Let’s call for a “whole-of-government” response to investigating the corruption in government, the lack of budgeting, missing trillions of dollars, and the military-industrial complex that continues to cost future generations debt. How about a “whole-of-government” response to the education farrago that is cursing Americans to run dead last because of functional illiteracy? Duty

With 49 other states and a couple of territories to have an abortion on demand, there is no end to competition to have an abortion on demand in America. Let’s leave Texas alone and fix some real problems! Better still, let’s answer questions, get some transparency going, and start holding politicians accountable for selling America up the river!

Libya, and Afghanistan – Days American Governance Died!

Question I prefer not to quote radical far right, far left, or emotionally driven people. However, Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity have made similar comments over the past 10-days that have resonated with me: any government’s purpose is to look after their people. There is no higher duty! In Afghanistan, Britain and France have sent special forces, heavily armed convoys, rescued their citizens and closed their embassies in good order. America created a middle-of-the-night Charlie-Foxtrot for the world to handle, then left her citizens to barter with their lives. Representing cowardice and treason most vile before an enemy most intolerant!

While the actions of the American Government in Afghanistan and the president specifically are deplorable and detestable from a military perspective and a government management perspective, words cease to describe the treasonous actions of abandoning American Citizens’ passports and visa holders to face an enemy unarmed! How can any government claim they represent anyone if they first do not support their citizens; they cannot. Thus, what are they doing in power or calling themselves a government? I do not like it, but as a soldier, then as a sailor, I took the pay, I took the risks, I knew the score; soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, we live on the tip of the spear, and sometimes we lose our lives, and the political aspects make no sense. It leaves people angry and bitter, but we knew the score and took the risks. The civilians did not and were promised protection from the government. Where is the government? Plato 2

Libya

From time immemorial, the death of an ambassador is considered a direct challenge to a host country and an overt act of war. Spies, military members, lower-level representatives are like pawns on a chessboard; sometimes, they die in the back and forth of political negotiations. But, ambassadors, legally recognized representatives are sacrosanct; their safety is secured and assured by the host country through legal and binding treaties, their family’s safety and security are inviolate. The loss of an ambassador is a BIG FREAKING DEAL!

11 September 2012, while calling, pleading, begging for military help not 60-minutes away, available and ready, an ambassador was killed. American citizens were terrorized, killed, wounded, and the president slept. The Commander in Chief, the head representative of the American Government, was as distant from Libya as if he were on the moon. His Secretary of State remains up to her neck in the Libyan scandal and death of an Ambassador, a direct employee, and several other direct employees. The blood of American citizens stands as a bright testimony on the sands of Libya as if painted on a white sheet and hung from the White House door.

From 1600 local time in Washington DC, the CIA, State Department, and the White House watched from drone footage, in real-time, as the Ambassador died and Americans bled out, refusing to send aid. They were actively refusing multiple requests from the embassy, countermanding written operational orders to go in support of the embassy, and allowing people to die. Let this sink in for a moment; the Ambassador is being murdered, his bosses are watching it live and in color, and all relief and help is being actively refused and denied while it could have helped. Long have I wept over this incident, but those tears are from frustration and anger for the loss of life and the senseless stupidity of the leaders in Washington; yet, was it stupidity or a design to creatively murder people and destroy evidence of crimes?

11 September 2012, the night Ambassador Stevens died, so too did the American Government. So to did the trust, honor, integrity, faith, and courage of the American people. Craven government leaders were missing; they have dodged accountability, evaded responsibility, and abused American Justice for personal gain and pajama parties. Here, I thought the American government could sink no further.

Afghanistan

After promising a smooth, transparent, and well-laid transition plan out of Afghanistan to our allies at the G-7 meeting, the US President did a quick U-turn and abruptly removed American troops like a thief trying to flee a bank robbery, producing a hurried, fearful looking and fatal retreat full of confusion, stupidity, and betrayal. Dr. Mark Skidmore has been tracking $21 Trillion in missing Pentagon money for over a decade now. Dr. Mark Skidmore republished a Julian Assange quote from 2011 that has me asking questions; I pass it along for your consideration:

“The goal is to use Afghanistan to wash money out of the tax bases of the US and Europe through Afghanistan and back into the hands of a transnational security elite. The goal is an endless war, not a successful war.”

It is being hypothesized that with a new strategy for hiding money, the Department of Defense no longer needs to be used to launder money out of America. The security apparatuses of the United States can be employed for this operating better, and with fewer questions, long-term. The intelligence community knows how to keep secrets better. Hence, war and the Department of Defense are no longer needed; thus, closing the war in Afghanistan as quickly as possible was a prerequisite to moving on for the liberal and global banking elite. Whether correct or not, I do not claim; I do claim there is a connection between large money interests and Afghanistan. I do claim that China’s interest in Afghanistan will grow as Afghanistan offers China illicit drugs, useful idiots for long-term LIC, and a perfect place for laundering money. Americans are in danger right now; I call upon the US Military to honor the UCMJ by refusing the orders to stand by and watch. Get out, gather the Americans, bring them into safety, and honor your promise to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic! When the Media Becomes Fixated – Smoke and Mirrors

The US/Mexico border National Security/Humanitarian/Health crisis continues unabated, unreported, and the deception of the American Government to its citizens is unceasing.

Stories are leaking out. President Biden refused to place American citizens ahead of Afghanistanis and other nationalities on American military planes during the Afghanistan farrago, again betraying the American people’s trust. After a minimal review of President Biden’s time in office, I should not be surprised that he places other nationalities ahead of American’s, but I am amazed every time. Yet, with all the “news,” it is interesting to note that the dogs not barking should be getting the attention.

Remember the Colonial Pipeline Hack, which shut down the pipeline that fed oil products down the Eastern Seaboard. Apparently, some 6,000 people’s private information was also lost in the hack. Social security and health insurance information was stolen; consider how much personal data is on an insurance form, now ask yourself, why is all that private data needed? Since Colonial Pipeline paid the ransom, how can we, the consumers, be assured that the ransomware (software used to shut down the pipeline in the first place) was removed and the IT/IS threat risks fixed? Since private data was stolen in the attack, how can employees (past and present) and their families get their identities back? Worse, what about future attacks using private data as leverage to regain access and control? Medical data has been used as leverage to blackmail historically as this is intimate and private data; this is a security breach with significant potential future risk but is being downplayed. Why?

China Takes Over the World - TV Tropes Almost like clockwork, when there is trouble, China goes silent. Every parent in the world knows when their toddler goes silent, that is when it is time to go find out what the child is doing. Why is the Corporate Media Crowing About the US Senate “Acting” to Spend Money The US Does Not Possess?

Smoke and Mirrors

Smoke and mirrors are methods of distracting the audience while a magician does the trick, or the smoke and mirrors are the tricks. Skilled magicians use these tools to create illusions meant to mystify and delight. Politicians and media talking heads use them to distract until they can fashion a proper excuse, find a different party to blame, or waste sufficient time that the public has moved on to a different story. Only magicians know that audiences become sophisticated over time, and all old tricks need revisiting to keep the mystery and magic alive. Politicians refuse to learn this lesson, and their antics have grown stale, tired, and what was merely detestable 40 years ago has become treasonous and contemptible today! How do we, the citizens of representative governments, end the games, stop the charades, and demand accountability? We stop buying tickets to the show! We turn off the TV, Radio, and Talking Heads, turn on our minds, and use our critical thinking skills to deduce what is happening from the facts. Contentious Voices – Exerting Control

A colleague of mine mentioned something in passing that has me thinking about the contentious voices surrounding our lives. Consider with me for a moment; when the last time you heard just the news was? No commentary, no hidden bias, no reporting for emotional reaction, simply a description of the events of the day, news? I cannot remember when I last heard a news report. It seems that to get the local news, I have to question the motives on the stories, compare news broadcasts for opinions and biases, tune into three or four different radio stations and compare them to the TV, and those to the newspapers, and even then, 90% of what is reported still has to be discounted.

My colleague mentioned that the efforts of contentious voices are to exert emotional control over the audience, for if the audience is emotionally controlled, they are physically controlled. If they are physically controlled, they can be bent, shaped, and molded into weapons of self-destruction for the entertainment of those controlling the contentious voices. This insight has me thinking—self-destruction through contentious voices exerting control, all through unbridled emotional understanding.

When emotional intelligence was first coming out, feel free to read the early papers and books on this topic if you doubt what I am reporting. Emotional intelligence was declared as the ability to read the emotions in a room and then control the people through their emotions. For which I have adamantly opposed emotional intelligence as a concept since inception. I have always felt that trying to control others through their emotions is wrong, in poor taste, and can easily backfire when those being controlled wake up and realize what has been happening to them. Yet, emotional intelligence has grown as a concept, has broadened in scope, and no one is asking why anymore. Well, I am, and so are a few others, but the media is working hard to keep us silenced and sidelined as “aluminum hat-wearing non-conformists.”

Yet, contentious voices continue to prey upon people’s emotions nightly and call this “learned commentary,” “democracy dying in darkness,” “in-depth reporting,” and “fair and balanced news,” among many other things. Republicans against Democrats, Liberals against conservatives, eco-Nazis from both extremes of the planet is going to hell debate, and the list of contentious voices is long and formidable. Yet, they all have the same playbook, use emotional hooks, sink the emotional hook deeply, and keep pulling that emotional hook every time a person tries to think for themselves.

Well, I would see you escape the hook, wake up mentally, and arise as a powerful individual. Capable of independent thought and able to reason and think using your own instinct, talents, skills, and innate reasoning. I am not making a plea to your emotions, and if you ever think I am playing to your emotions, feel free to call me out! I am not here to enslave your mind, but to free your soul and empower your spirit, to support your goodness, and justify you being the free-thinking person you already are!

Thus, the following reminders regarding emotions. These are not my thoughts; they originate from Robert Solomon’s incredible book “Not Passion’s Slave: Emotions and Choice,” which you can purchase from any reputable bookseller for a minimal fee or find in a local library. Solomon begins his book with a quote from Jean-Paul Sartre:
- “For the idea which I have never ceased to develop is that in the end, one is always responsible for what is made of one. Even if one can do nothing else besides assume this responsibility. For I believe that a man can always make something out of what is made of him. This is the limit I would today accord to freedom: the small movement which makes of a totally conditioned social being someone who does not render back completely what his conditions has given him.”
“Emotions involve social narratives as well as physical responses, and an analysis of emotions is an account of our way of being-in-the-world.”
- Emotions are not occurrences and do not happen to us.
  - “Emotions are rational and purposive rather than irrational and disruptive, are very much like actions, and that we choose an emotion much as we choose a course of action.”
- Emotions are intentional: that is, emotions are “about” something.
  - All emotions are ultimately “about” the world and never simply “about” something particular.
  - Feelings do not have “directions.” The relationship between my being angry and what I am angry about is not contingent between a feeling and an object.
- Emotions change with our opinions, and so are “rational” in a very important sense.
  - But the rationality of the emotion is time-sensitive, socially sensitive, and environmentally contingent. Unless our societal makeup allows this emotional crossover, emotions cannot often cross between social situations, peer groups, and environments.
  - The cause of an emotion is a function in a certain kind of explanation.
    - Contentious voices know this as a truth and use their contention to drive the emotional functionality of the arguments to spur emotional growth to your detriment!
  - The line between emotions and beliefs is often negligible and non-existent.
    - Another truth contentious voices use to spur emotional hooking in the audience to the audience’s detriment and destruction.
  - Emotions are a normative judgment.
    - We decide the correctness of emoting, based upon the social, environmental, and peer aspects at the time the information is provided.
    - Emotions are cognitive judgments of socially wired animals (humans) who use the lightning reflexes of the brain to make these judgments for personal benefits in a social situation, advancing peer associations, or to survive in a specific environment.
    - Emotions change with our knowledge of the causes of those emotions.

On this last point, consider Joe Biden and his words to different audiences on the campaign trail. To one audience, he pledged to put oil company officers in jail for unspecified environmental crimes. To another audience, he promised not to kill coal. Both declarations were later denounced as verbal gaffes, miss spoken words taken out of a larger context, and phrases that did not mean anything on the campaign trail. Yet, the words fit the emotion being witnessed, and the crowd forming the environment and peer group being addressed. All politicians do this, and it is referred to as “politicking” or “playing to the audience’s emotions.”

Finally, consider something with me, a thought, those controlling the contentious voices believe you, the audience, their slaves, for they can control your emotions, like 2-year-olds control play-dough. Are you a slave? Will you master your emotional judgments to protect yourself and your family? The choice is yours, and yours alone to make. All I can do is offer information and ask for your consideration. But I will make a promise; if you refuse to master your emotions, you will be destroyed by the contentious voices clamoring for your attention. These breeders of contention will pull you apart emotionally, creating depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and other self-destruction options.

Those terrorists rioting over the spring and summer of 2020 were pawns and self-destructive actors to the contentious voices. We are all living in a time where social influencers play the most extensive role in the lives of people than ever before, and they can play this role because we have unbridled our emotions and refuse to believe that emotions are a choice, a judgment, and a tool for social integration. While the masses are not taught these things, those controlling the contentious voices know these truths, but they also practice hiding this information to destroy the groups they enslave. Please, free yourself from bondage, take control of your emotions, and never allow anyone to control them ever again!

Teaching the President Responsibility – I Never Thought I Would See the Day!

Angry Wet Chicken President Biden, you, and your administration disgust me! I did not vote for you, but I was willing to support you as president back in January and show you respect. Even though I continue to have reservations regarding the veracity of the 2020 Elections, the transparency of the election counts, and the skullduggery witnessed, I was willing to give you a chance. Your actions in Afghanistan have sundered my cherub-like demeanor and turned the extended olive branch into a torch for your pyre!

Let me be perfectly clear, the blood of every soldier, sailor, airman, Marine, who has served, is serving, or will serve in Afghanistan is on your hands for your ineffective and wholly useless policy in that country! Worse, the tears and blood of children being abused, murdered, raped, and assaulted are also on your hands. You allowed a mostly peaceful situation to become an open and festering warzone, again, and it is all your fault! You cannot blame Congress, you cannot hide behind the media, you cannot shirk accountability behind generals and pentagon officials, you are the Commander in Chief, and it is your sole responsibility to lead the armed forces of these United States.

Sure, we in the service swear an oath to the U.S. Constitution and the officers appointed over us, but the first officer we pledge obedience to is the U.S. President. You, sir, need to learn responsibility for the men and women you lead. I plan to teach you and every American who is privileged to read this article the power of the office and the responsibility of the office you hold. The power of Commander in Chief is derived from the U.S. Constitution:

“Article II Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution, the Commander in Chief clause, states that “[t]he President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States when called into the actual Service of the United States.”

Mr. President, you need to take two lessons from President General George Washington.

1. 1. “But lest some unlucky event should happen unfavorable to my reputation, I beg every gentleman may remember it in the room that I this day declare with the utmost sincerity, I do not think myself equal to the command I am honored with.”
  2. “In politics as in philosophy, my tenets are few and simple. The leading one of which, and indeed that which embraces most others, is, to be honest, and just ourselves and to exact it from others, meddling as little as possible in their affairs where our own are not involved. If this maxim were generally adopted, wars would cease, and our swords would soon be converted into reap hooks, and our harvests be more peaceful, abundant, and happy.”

Do you understand these two fundamental principles of being the Commander in Chief? Humility is not a weakness but an inner strength to know and do what is right in exercising your command. You were given the greatest honor possible, to lead men, and women, into battle, and you have pissed that honor away for trinkets not worth a mess of pottage! Plato 2

The second principle of being the Commander in Chief is demanding honesty, first from yourself, then from others. Is the job too big for you? It’s no shame to admit you are in over your head. It is no shame to realize you need help. It is a crime to act like you have the brains and talent, lying to yourself, while the world burns like Rome and Nero fiddles! Your counselors, administration, and vice president are all crooks, scoundrels, and fools, but you have the responsibility! This is why honesty is so desperately needed and fundamentally critical.

President Jefferson provides the following principle for the Commander in Chief, and while President General George Washington embodied this principle, President Jefferson said it best:

“If we are to guard against ignorance and remain free, it is the responsibility of every American to be informed.”

Knowledge Check! Are you informed about the consequences of your decisions? If so, why are you continuing to adhere to wrongheaded decisions that are destroying America, ruining Afghanistan, and allowing China to threaten her neighbors, bully her neighbors, and be the aggressor party in a prelude to war? Do you not understand that your responsibility for the consequences of your decisions is eternal, and you owe the God of this land, even Jesus Christ, accounting for how you have led during your time in office? The blood of innocent people is on your hands because you and your advisors have refused to listen, refused to act, and chosen the worst possible action when working to the detriment of everyone on this planet. You are actively failing as a president; does this not matter to you?

Inherent in the law is the following axiom:

“Ignorance of the law is not an excuse for breaking the law.”

You need to understand this principle, for failure to be learned is not an excuse, ignorance of the law is not an excuse, and ignorance of the consequences is not an excuse. You cannot blame your staff when standing before a judge and jury, nor can you evade responsibility and accountability. Honestly, the responsibility ultimately stops at your desk, the music ends, and you are left holding the bag full of whatever crap landed on your desk. The Duty of Americans

President Jefferson also provides the following axiom for a Commander in Chief, one which you have avoided your entire life, and it is time you were made to should this burden as an adult!

“A nation, as a society, forms a moral person, and every member of it is personally responsible for his society.”

What does this mean; allow me to explain using your example. Your first, Second, and Third attempts at running for president were fraught with verbal gaffes where outright lies, bald-faced untruths, and plagiarized speech were put forth for the public as your ideas and ideals. Thus making you a liar, a thief, and the worst sort of scoundrel possible, yet, through gerrymandering and a lot of money and your Jello-like spine, you have managed to stay in office long past your maximum level of incompetence. What sort of moral society have you been promoting and living in? Do you realize you are responsible for that moral decay you have been broadcasting from your senate office? Do you know that your morals are now being stamped upon the military, and the military is going to find that your morals do not fit the honor, courage, and commitment needed to fulfill the mission? The Uniform Code of Military Justice, which you now fall under as Commander in Chief, would find you guilty and in need of severe punishment. How can a soldier, airmen, Marine, sailor, etc., go before the mast for UCMJ punishment with you as Commander in Chief and be found guilty of morals you exemplify daily? By the way, this is the same problem your buddy Obama suffered from for eight damnable years when he occupied your chair! Patriotism

Speaking of eternal consequences, and being the Commander in Chief, President Lincoln has some choice words for you to learn.

1. 1. “In times like the present, men should utter nothing for which they would not willingly be responsible through time and eternity.”
  2. “You cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading it today.”
  3. “With this honor devolves upon you also a corresponding responsibility. As the country herein trusts you, so under GOD, it will sustain you, [or utterly reject you].”

Knowledge Check! As you have been weighed, measured, and found wanting, I will take a moment and explain to you what these three quotes mean for the Commander in Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces. Firstly, watch your language. You have not done very well with this in the past. Your lies, half-truths, falsehoods, and plagiarized speech is beyond contempt, but the useless speeches you keep giving threatening to put legal and law-abiding citizens in prison for the sole crime of making a living is beyond detestable and shows a definitive lack of character.

Secondly, your words last for eternity. I remember watching you as a child and thinking, “Putz!” Then cheering when the news broke that you had chucked your campaign for president. How wonderful the Internet is for bringing back your words for your shame and discomfort, and how I enjoy watching your comments fall from your lips and condemn you for the liar and cheat you are.

Thirdly, those crimes are coming back in spades by trying to evade responsibility yesterday for being a liar and cheat, a thief, and a robber. But, you have been placed into a position of honor for which you are not comfortable, for which you have not the strength, stamina, and mental fortitude to perform the necessary duties the role commands. Who is making the decisions in the White House? Why?

Dont Tread On Me Finally, we come to the absolute crux of the matter. As Commander in Chief, the honor of commanding men and women in the military comes with a corresponding responsibility. The country loves her military and trusts you to treat them appropriately. You did not do so in January and got a minor backlash. You are not doing so in Afghanistan and will catch a much higher backlash as the media watches a repeat of Saigon in Kabul as the Embassy is evacuated. Your buddy Obama has a dead Ambassador he has never answered for, which (historically) has always been a declaration of war. What do you have? An entire country laid to waste, the waste of millions of dollars in materials, millions of lives destroyed, and the wasted efforts of millions of people and multiple presidents. You have betrayed the American people’s trust, and you will be held accountable, just like your good friend Mayor Lightfoot (with stickyfingers) is being held accountable in Chicago, only many, many magnitudes worse!
