“That’s Crazy!!!” – More Chronicles From the VA Chapter 3

Bobblehead DollIt is no secret I am on several prescription medications.  I take these under strict medical advice, and three of these prescriptions regard mental health improvements.  However, my prescription reasons were subtly shifted because Phoenix’s last two primary care providers did not listen to the patient.  Since the El Paso primary care physicians appear to be utterly incapable of even attempting to listen, I have now been without a mental health prescription for an entire week.  This is called bureaucratic cold-turkey prescription stoppage!

Not the first time this has happened, especially for this particular medication, a serotonin blocker.  Here’s the rub, the physical and mental withdrawal symptoms of cold turkeying the drug; includes, but is not limited to, the following symptoms, of which I have ALL of the problems!

      • Nightmares
      • Suicidal Ideation/Thoughts/Visions
      • Headaches
      • Heart Palpitations, radiating chest pain
      • Anxiety
      • Depressions
      • Mood Swings
      • Irritability
      • Tinglings and Prickling sensations of the skin
      • “Brain Saps”/”Brain Shivers”/Spaced-Out Zombie Spells
      • Fatigue
      • Dry Mouth
      • Insomnia and Sleepiness – Which is a major whiplash feeling!
      • Pain and neurological events in every part of my body!
      • … and more… Much…  Much… More!

I have been without this medication due to bureaucratic stupidity for several days in the past due to pharmacy issues.  But, this is now the longest I have been without this medication since getting prescribed this medication.  I wish, like anything, I had known some of these withdrawal symptoms before I went to the ER earlier this week for pain and neurological problems; I would have raised the refill issues as part of the ER visit.  I went online looking for other people’s experiences; I want some medical advice before continuing this medication!!!

PACT_modelI am a root cause kind of person; why do I bring this up?  I have had three primary care providers since arriving in the El Paso VAHCS in May 2021.  None of them have gotten any of the medications correct due to a blatant refusal to LISTEN to the patient with the INTENT to understand!  Nurses with VA-provided primary care providers are expected to communicate with patients between 24 and 72 hours post any ER visit.  Since moving to Las Cruces, I have visited the ER twice and have not spoken to the nurse yet!

I have initiated the conversation with the nurse through phone and secure messaging, and the nurse has refused to engage.  Through secure messaging, I am advised, “Secure messaging is not the place to triage a patient, and no question can be answered as this requires triage of a patient.”  No direct phone contact is possible with the clinic.  One must call, get routed to a call center, leave a message, and then hope the clinic calls you back sometime before you die!  Don’t forget; I am the same patient told, “The clinic will not see you in person because you “WILL NOT” wear a mask.”  Completely refusing to understand, accept, and believe that I cannot wear a mask due to medically documented (by the VA medical providers, which medical records they possess) reasons.  Best of all, the veteran is then sent letters and marketing materials urging the veteran to use secure messaging through “MyHealtheVet as a safe and secure way to access your medical team and get your questions and concerns addressed by your PACT team!”  If the VA were a mental health patient, they would have schizophrenia and at least a dual-personality.

PACT 1Snide, rude, and disrespectful staff, all made possible by, supported through, and legally accepted under federal government fiat.  Do you realize that the nurse not doing their job will have any number of valid and acceptable excuses, and these excuses are accepted because of designed intentional incompetence allowed under federal employment laws, regulations, and directives, established by and supported through Congressional oversight?  In Disney’s “Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement,” Viscount Mayberry has a line,

Your staff is incompetent and unreliable!”

The VA is incompetent and unreliable, and the victims are the veterans and their families.  We are talking about dangerous drugs, forced addictions, and then the ineptitude of incompetent and irresponsible bureaucrats who refuse to do their jobs in a timely and responsible manner.  But do not take my word for it.  Let’s review what a watchdog organization, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) – Office of Inspector General (VA-OIG), has to say on this matter.

VA 3

  • Tracy McNeil, of Raeford, North Carolina, was sentenced to one year and one day in prison and ordered to pay $90,003 in restitution for committing wire fraud involving an elderly veteran in her care. From February 2015 to February 2017, McNeil fraudulently obtained benefits from the VA and the Office of Personnel Management by executing a power of attorney over a disabled veteran who served in the Army and worked for the US Postal Service. The investigation revealed that McNeill arranged for the victim, who had dementia, to move into her home in February 2015 and then directed the VA and OPM to deposit the veteran’s benefits into her bank account. Between April 2015 and December 2016, the VA deposited $11,151, and OPM deposited $61,318 into McNeil’s account. Further, OPM disbursed the veteran’s life insurance for $17,533 to McNeil. Financial analysis showed that most of the funds were spent on McNeill’s expenses, including rent, utilities, credit card payments, and personal purchases.

VA 3

  • Strock Contracting, Inc., of Cheektowaga, New York, has agreed to enter into a consent judgment with the United States for $4.7 million to resolve claims that Strock violated the False Claims Act. The United States filed an action in federal court alleging that Strock Contracting profited financially after fraudulently obtaining federal contracts intended to benefit service-disabled veterans. The United States alleged the company, which was not owned or controlled by a veteran, recruited a service-disabled veteran to create a pass-through company, known as Veterans Enterprises Company, Inc. (VECO), which the Strock Contracting its owner, Lee Strock, controlled. The company allegedly directed VECO to submit false eligibility certifications to the government, obtaining substantial profits on numerous federal contracts.
        • Where are the VA Employees who should know what “fake eligibility certificates” look like?
        • Where are the supervisors who should have been providing training?
        • Where are the Congressional oversight teams in holding the VA accountable?

VA 3

    • William Rich, of Windsor Mill, Maryland, was arrested for allegedly obtaining more than $1 million in veterans and Social Security Administration disability benefits by falsely claiming that he had paraplegia. Allegedly, Rich misrepresented his physical condition in VA disability compensation claims, in communications with the VA, and during medical examinations in pursuit of VA disability benefits. While serving in Iraq in 2005, Rich sustained injuries that resulted in the loss of use of both lower extremities. However, approximately six weeks after his injuries, he made substantial progress toward recovery and was no longer paralyzed. Later records show the VA rated him one hundred percent disabled following an examination in 2007. The examining physician noted that he did not have access to Rich’s complete claims file, so he did not review Rich’s medical history or observe the earlier report. In 2018, the VA OIG conducted an audit of specific claims and learned of conduct by Rich inconsistent with his purported condition. Over the next two years, VA OIG special agents conducted surveillance. They observed Rich walking, going up and downstairs, entering and exiting vehicles, lifting, bending, and carrying items—all without visible limitation or assistance of a medical device, including a wheelchair [emphasis mine].
        • OK, let me be clear, I am glad this veteran got better; I do not in any way condone theft. But, where is the VA in being culpable for FAILURE to do their job correctly?
        • Will the doctor who failed to do their job be held liable for the malpractice performed?

VA 3

    • William H. Precht, of Kent, Ohio, was sentenced to 37 months imprisonment and ordered to pay $1.25 million in restitution after pleading guilty to theft of government property and participating in a bribery and kickback scheme. In October 2010, Precht registered a purported vendor, a company he controlled, as a small disadvantaged business and veteran-owned small business in the VA vendor system. He then used his VA purchase card and other employee cards to purchase over $1 million in alleged medical supplies from the vendor. In addition, from May 2015 through January 2019, he conspired with Robert A. Vitale, a medical sales representative for multiple companies that conducted business with the medical center, to devise a scheme in which Precht would receive kickbacks and other items of value in exchange for steering VA business and other monetary awards to Vitale.VA 3

Speaking of staff being “incompetent and unreliable,” did you know that the VBA is using “COVID-19” as an excuse for being backlogged in cases, AGAIN?  Did you know that COVID-19 was so powerful that it caused the VA to fall 200,000+ cases behind, in an inventory of 600,000+ cases requiring decisioning, with 70,000+ needing additional review for entitlement, and needs to hire 2,000+ new employees to help correct the problem?  Since the VBA continues to fail in staff training, exactly how will hiring new employees help?  Honest question!  With the current staff rated as incompetent and unreliable, not by me only, but by the VA-OIG who has regularly taken these issues and more to Congress asking for additional scrutiny and assistance in improving the VBA, VHA, and National Cemetery specifically and the VA collectively; what exactly can new employees do?VA 3

The VHA cannot plan construction projects and put planned maintenance into proper categories to execute maintenance tasks correctly.  Congress refuses to scrutinize budgets and fiscal compliance for just maintenance of facilities.  How in the world can anyone expect more when the VA cannot even hit the basics of planned maintenance tasks?  I can; I do!

I-CareWhen the VA publishes marketing materials claiming they set standards for excellence and lead the industry, I want them to prove their competence and abilities!  Right now, their failures scream louder than the voices in their own ears, and they refuse to listen to anyone, and I am not happy!  You, the taxpayer, should not accept the performance of ANY government agency, including the entire legislative, judicial, and executive branches of government at the local, county, state, and federal levels, until they correct their behaviors!  It is time to end the charade and put paid to this contemptible behavior and abuse!

NO MORE BS: Intention and Discernment – Tools Worth Knowing

Foghorn Leghorn - MedicationParents, how many times have you witnessed a toddler going about their day, an idea crosses their face, and you can tell they are about to do something that gets that toddler in trouble?  I heard a comedian talk about witnessing this as the toddler saw the cat sleeping in the sun, the toddler crossed the room and kicked the cat.  When asked why the toddler claims “it was accident.”

What is intention?

Intention is all about deliberate action, using a plan, and involving ideas in action.  According to Webster, intention is also the healing process of a wound, but this definition is not part of our discussion.  From Latin, we find intentio as “stretching purpose” and originates with intendere meaning “towards, stretch, and tend.”

Calvin & Hobbes - Irony HurtsConsider these definitions for a moment and the story about the toddler kicking the cat.  We have a plan, a purpose, and a deliberate action.  How does the parent discern the act was deliberate; the use of observation as to what the toddler had done to the cat previously, what the toddler was doing immediately before they kicked the cat, and the attempt to use an excuse to get out of trouble.

Discerning Intention.

Never Give Up!When defining discernment, I am not entering holy waters to discuss the pieces of discernment that belong to discerning for religions.  Discernment is the ability to obtain sharp perceptions, observations that empower decision-making.  Discernment can be psychological, moral, or aesthetic.  Discernment is also defined through the contexts; scientific, normative, and formal. The process of discernment involves going past the mere perception of something and making nuanced understandings about its properties or qualities.

Note, there is also a legal definition, or standard, for discernment, “the cognitive condition of someone who understands; savvy, understanding, apprehension knowing about their actions before, after, and during the act;” which is where things get sticky when discernment and intention cross paths.  Hannity and Carlson disagree on the actions of the jury in the Derek Chauvin case.  Not being a lawyer and not knowing all the legal jargon, the best I can do is form an opinion.  I base my opinion on other high-profile cases where the media has condemned an individual as guilty before the judge and jury are formed.  Meaning, I feel the jury was intentionally and unfairly biased against Derek Chauvin due to the influence of the media and the mob outside the courtroom’s doors.Thin Blue Line

There was a shooting of a teenage girl in Columbus, Ohio, by a police officer.  The girl had a knife in hand, did not listen to the police officer responding, and lunged at another person before being shot.  Again, we come to discerning intention and split-second decision-making.  Only, in this instance, the officer has no history of the person holding a knife, only reports of a stabbing and an apparent altercation involving a knife when they arrive on the scene.  I offer no judgment in this case as this case continues to unfold, details are still being investigated, and family interviewed.  Yet, the media is already off and running their biased opinions, and mobs have formed for mobocratic justice, which is never just nor proper.

Calvin & Hobbes - Ontological QuandryUnfortunately, this pattern repeats too often, and thus the need to understand discernment and correctly discerning intention.  My intent is not to make you as adept at this practice as a police officer. In a Republic, and even in many democratic societies, the citizens need to discern and discern intention, two separate processes.  The media will sell a lurid and emotionally charged story with all the bias of a bull in a China Shop and never care about the consequences.  But, the citizen does not have the same luxury or legal protections as the media.  Hence, we must discern what the media relates and discern the media’s intention before we ever read or listen to their story/reporting of events.  Thus my intent in this article and bringing up this topic, we, the citizens, are held to a higher law than the media and cannot afford to form mobs, trust the media’s reporting, or even rely upon the press reported “facts” to discern and discern intent.

How do you make a decision requiring action?

GearsThe process for critical thinking, leading to intentional decision-making, with purposeful action, generally follows the following pattern:

      1. Gather data
        • Requires knowing the validity of the source data and trusting the sources.
      2. Organize the data
      3. Make preliminary decisions and determine an action to take.
      4. Beta test the decision through application to a minimal audience to refine the solution and ensure the integrity of the data.
      5. Roll out the entire decision, including the solution and the reasoning, take timely action.
      6. Monitor and make course corrections as needed.

Detective 4These steps are useless unless we understand our own intention before launching a decision-making process.  Consider, do you intentionally believe that others are doing their best or giving their best efforts?  Do you intentionally shut down your own opinion to consider the perceptions of others in making decisions?  Where in those steps do you stop and take a moment to ponder the short and long-term consequences of the solution devised?  When making decisions, do you ever consider the axiom, “If a solution is not Win/Win, everyone loses?”  Do we fear failing to make a correct decision if the future teaches us something new about the data changing the pattern of decision-making?  How do you learn?

Let us briefly examine that axiom, “If a solution is not Win/Win, everyone loses,” does not mean making everyone happy.  A good compromise leaves everyone upset and feeling cheated and settled on the issue under consideration.  Yet, the media and many politicians firmly believe that unless they win everything they desire in a solution, they have been robbed and feel justified in stirring up public angst and creating a worse problem.  The adults in society must understand both the good and the ill in creating Win/Win solutions, or all is lost, and the patients run the asylum.

Anton Ego 4In going back to the analogy of the toddler kicking the cat.  Does the solution in the short-term mean corrective behavior modification for a long-term lesson learned?  Does the better solution involve instruction as well as behavior modification?  Have we, the parents, discerned correctly the intention of the toddler sufficient to justify our decision?  Will the cat be safe around the toddler in the future because of the action we take at that moment?

How do you learn?

In answering this question, we must return to the topic of failure.  Do we consider failure a learning moment?   Do we appreciate the power of failing as integral to achieving success?  A close relative of mine in high school went out for the track team as a pole vaulter.  I looked into pole vaulting to learn more and was surprised at the ways, means, and multiple times the pole vaulter will fail.  The technical skills to pole vault are incredible, almost as unbelievable as being an operations manager in a manufacturing environment and being a parent.  Hence, the need for discernment and intention.

2012-08-13 07.37.28I close with a challenge, use discernment more intentionally in learning your way through failure to success.  Liberty and freedom allow us the power to fail our way to success, but only if we consciously choose to learn and discern better our steps in decision-making.  Know your intent, take a moment every day to consider your intent, and purposefully make decisions to live your intentions.  Trust yourself to discern.  Your confidence in discerning is key to understanding and using your intention to power decision-making as a process.  Please remember, what I am discussing requires time, you will fail, but you will also win and win BIG!  Enjoy the journey of discovery!

NO MORE BS: Hypocrites, Liars, and Thieves Edition

Boris & NatashaThe pattern left to the reader in the story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is one of foremost importance to what we are witnessing in democratically governed societies the world over.  If ever a time was presented when the people need to know and then act, that time is now.  I intend to start the conversation on liars, thieves, and hypocrites with clarity, example and offer for your consideration patterns that spot the deceit.  Once deceit is spotted, it is as glaring as a bloodstain on a white satin dress.  You cannot look past that mark!

What is a Hypocrite?

Hypocrites are those who wear masks of decency and outward morality, but live lives of deception, believing that, like Dr. Jekyll, they can live a double life and never be discovered.  From James’s New Testament writings, we find that “A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways” (James 1:8).  According to Webster, a hypocrite is one who practices hypocrisy.  According to Webster, those who practice hypocrisy are living, “the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one’s own behavior does not conform; pretense.”  To Nathaniel Hawthorne goes the last word on hypocrites, “No man (person) for any considerable period can wear one face to himself and another to the multitude, without finally getting bewildered as to which may be the true.”

What is a Liar?

DetectiveAccording to Webster, a liar is a person who tells lies.  Lying is defined by Webster as, “an intentionally false statement.”  Is the distinction clear; the liar knows the truth and intentionally misleads the audience, always for personal gain.  From William Shenstone, we find an eternal truth, “A liar begins with making falsehoods appear like truth, and ends with making truth itself appear like a falsehood.”  The pattern detailed by William Shenstone is precise and speaks to one of the most deceitful practices of all, making truth appear as a falsehood to sell a bunch of lies.  As a kid, I was often told that the devil will tell you one truth to help you believe a thousand lies.

What is a thief?

According to Webster, a thief is “a person who steals, especially secretly or without open force; one guilty of theft or larceny.”  During my undergraduate degree program, another student would regularly plagiarize my weekly posts as their own work, then had the temerity to try and claim I was plagiarizing them.  I had a habit of posting the weekly posts the first day of the new week, the timestamps on my posts proved my work was mine, and the student eventually disappeared from my cohort.  Plagiarism is a fancy word for intellectual property theft.  Plagiarism used to get politicians kicked out of politics, except the current Commander in Chief is a well-known plagiarizer. He is being honored with keeping his job and getting promoted beyond his maximum level of incompetence.  The fraudulent president, Biden’s first act in office, was to plagiarize President Trump on COVID response, vaccine response and belittled President Trump for doing the right thing.

LookWhy is this important?

The story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde speaks volumes on issues being combatted right now.  Dr. Jekyll had conquered himself; his person was morally upright, had integrity, and had a worthy reputation.  But, then drugs came along, and the drugs made Mr. Hyde, who was evil incarnate.  Eventually, the drugs would no longer bring back Dr. Jekyll, and Mr. Hyde conquered, and Dr. Jekyll was destroyed.

All my life, I have been told, “Honorable people do not get into politics, and politicians never work at honest labor.”  Yet, I cannot help but ask, “Why are people who lie, thieve, and practice hypocrisy allowed to represent anyone?”  It was 1987-1988, while watching the presidential race get whittled down to Bush I and Dukakis, I heard Jesse Jackson and Al Gore one night talking, and thought I would not invite these people into my home, why are they allowed to run for president?  Over time this thought has returned, in one election between two particularly vile election choices (Obama and Romney) I was told to “Hold my nose, lift my skirts, and vote for Romney as the ‘lesser of two evils.”  I am happy to report, I voted for Donald Duck!

I will not give my permission to represent me, e.g., my vote, to someone I would never invite into my home as a guest.  I have had to learn to research candidates, research issues, use critical thinking, and even then, make mistakes.  Yet, I know that when we, the electorate, stand together and refuse the thieves, liars, and hypocrites a political office, we are better as a nation, a state, a county, a city, and a community.

Andragogy - LEARNExamples:

New York City Mayor De Blasio ordered COVID, infected patients, into long-term care facilities (nursing homes). The numbers are finally coming to light that 13,197 additional COVID patients were created, where 4080 died!  The mayor has refused responsibility for these deaths, pain, suffering, and increased medical costs.  The mayor of New York City has consistently lied throughout the COVID/Government Panic; people have died, resources wasted, and the person most responsible refuses accountability.  Thus showing Mayor De Blasio is a liar, a thief, and a hypocrite!

Big Tech, for several years now, has been actively engaged in intentionally misleading consumers.  When Facebook’s thought police remove data that asks honest questions as misleading, the consumer is being lied to.  When LinkedIn edits posts arbitrarily and refuses First Amendment rights to everyone, all consumers using LinkedIn are being stolen from, lied to, and LinkedIn proves it is a hypocrite.  Due to political leanings, Twitter illegally suppressing First Amendment rights to President Trump over a trumped-up charge is lying, stealing, and acting as a hypocrite!

November 2009, the Climate Research Unit became “Climategate,” ripped the scab off the festering wounds called Climate Change.  The emails released showed how statistics were employed to lie, cheat, steal, and then the hypocritical scientists claimed that their lies were truth.  Except, a lie cannot be a truth, and making a truth appear as a lie, does not change the lie into a truth.  By gaming the peer-review process, climate science lies have been peddled, and politicians have gotten rich off climate lies and climate lawfare.  I am not claiming that humans could not be better stewards of resources.  I am arguing that draconian government mandates are never the answer to changing behaviors of individuals.

The Duty of AmericansThe hinge upon which the lies, thieves, and hypocrites will eventually hang.

How does a person tell a liar from a truth-teller; the person’s intent.  How do you know a person’s intent; observe them.  Are their actions producing good results, or are they producing poisoned fruit and hurting others?  Intent is a legal term, and the following is essential as we observe for consequences of actions, words, and results.

What are the 3 types of intent?

The three common-law intents ranked in order of culpability are malice aforethought, specific intent, and general intent.  Malice aforethought is a special common-law intent designated for only one crime: murder.  The definition of malice aforethought is “intent to kill.”  Specific intent is the intent to bring about a particular result, do something other than the criminal act.  General intent is simply the intent to perform the criminal action.

Consider the following, Bill Engvall tells a story of his little toddler boy walking over to the sleeping cat and kicking the cat.  When questioned, the little boy claims, “It was an accident.”  Yet, the keen observer watched him walk across the room and intentionally kick the cat.  Last summer, Speaker Pelosi (D) deliberately refused, for political gain, to collaborate with other lawmakers and pass COVID Relief legislation.  Essentially refusing to perform her most basic job as a Congressional Representative.  Speaker Paul Ryan (R) intentionally refused to pass a budget, and the government was shutdown.  Intentions are the actions we take, regardless of our words, that prove where our priorities are and how we think about our jobs.

Detective 4Consider the following headline from NPR, “After Record 2020 Turnout, State Republicans Weigh Making it Harder to Vote.”  The title itself is misleading, the article is very biased, and voting problems go deeper than the fraud and misfeasance witnessed in November 2020.  The 2020 primaries were a disaster!  The 2018 election cycle was a farrago.  The 2016, 2014, 2012, 2010, 2008, 2006, 2004, 2002, 2000 elections cycles have steadily worsened in fraud, idiocy in counting, technological blunders, and intentional theft of elections.  Hence, NPR’s intent is to employ smoke screens and mirrors to obfuscate and denigrate, lie, cheat, steal, and be hypocrites of the fact that the only people who receive help from poorly performed election processes are Democrats!  As a media channel, NPR’s job is to keep people confused so the charade of elections can continue. They are proving intent to harm and be hypocritical.

How does a person fight back?

  1. Learn the candidates, look past the makeup, the façade, and the media representations.
  2. Ask tougher questions. In order to learn, we must ask questions and never be satisfied with answers.
  3. When we teach others, we learn more perfectly.  As we learn more perfectly, we are inspired to teach more.
    • Who do we teach, ourselves, our families, discussions with friends, and writing down your thoughts on a blog are all good and useful methods for teaching, to power better learning.
  4. Start locally, clean up local politics first. Thus, get involved with the city council, the mayor, the county board, the school board.  Demand to be heard.
  5. Support good people around you, support the efforts to learn, support your neighbors as they begin to explore that which is familiar to you.
  6. Stop allowing the media and politicians to separate, classify, divide, and name. I am an American!  That title is sufficient!

Election Fraud – Understanding Begets Opportunities for Change

Image - John Wayne QuoteA noted fact in American History, not favorable, but factual; in every election the dead will vote for the political left.  When the dead vote, this is fraud.  Fraud is generally defined in terms as, any wrongful or criminal deception, with intent, that results in financial or personal gain.  Logic relates that the dead, being dead, are not eligible to vote in an election; yet, somehow, the dead continue to vote.

To qualify for the legal term of fraud, there must be three conditions met, deception must occur, intent established, and someone gains personally or financially.  A friend asked, how is the dead voting fraudulent, meeting the three criteria for committing fraud?  First condition to meet fraud, a deceptive action is committed, completing the election ballot for someone else, or in someone else’s name is deceptive.  Second condition, intent; intent is established in criminal law by showing that first the defendant knows right from wrong, then can understand what they are doing is wrong, and both conditions can be met with circumstantial evidence.

For example, simply asking a person if they knew what they were doing when performing an action, and if that person can distinguish between right and wrong after the action has occurred, can easily establish intentions.  If a person has chosen previously between right and wrong, their intent can be used to reflect they still know right from wrong, barring any traumatic experience or injury to the head.  Again, intent is easily witnessable and provable.

Third and finally, personal gain or financial profit.  Essentially the Greeks gave us this piece of legal thinking by asking, Cui Bono and Cui ProdestCui Bono? is a rhetorical Latin legal phrase used to imply that whoever appears to have the most to gain from a crime is probably the culprit.  Cui Prodest? is a Latin term which means “who profits?”.  Generally used to raise a similar question as “Cui Bono,” and specifically to point out the fact that those who benefit from an event are likely to be responsible for causing that event.  Thus, since the Political Left, in America’s political system this is currently the Democrats and those who support leftist political ideology, are the only party to benefit from dead voting, it is easy to draw a conclusion that the political left is intentionally committing fraud in elections for personal gain.

Government Largess 2What is gained in committing election fraud; the gain is political power, favorable laws, a compliant media to fawn upon you, and personal gain.  My friend asked me how a politician gains financially by being elected.  I responded, how did Ex-President Bill Clinton in the year after leaving the White House, just making 57 speeches, earn $13.7 Million in speaking and writing fees?  One year, 57 different speeches, a little writing, and $13.7 Million USD just appeared.  This is but a single example of how politicians, and ex-politicians, turn momentary fame in the ballot box into lifelong Millions of dollars.

My friend was very specific, how do you tell who committed the fraud in elections?  Do you try to go to the source, as in who completed the ballot, or do you just lump the fraud together into one big case and hold those gaining from deception responsible?  I do not know how to answer this question and stated so.  In my small knowledge about the law, the answer to me, appears to lie in legal strategy played by a prosecutor; however, I could be very wrong.  What I do know, is that “those that gain, need to either hang together, or hang separately, but they need to hang!”

Here is the real problem with fraud of any kind, but especially election fraud, trust.  When those voting lose trust in the process to elect a candidate to a political office, regardless of politics, that trust is fickle.  Easily lost in seconds, never fully regained.  Worse, the taint of fraud cannot be expunged and all in that election are tainted equally, the winner and the loser.

Lady JusticeHowever, one of the legal issues facing the calls to clean up voter records and the fraud of dead people voting is the legal hairsplitting between intentional and unintentional fraud.  Unintentional fraud is also referred to as negligent misrepresentation.  If you, as a citizen concerned about election fraud are confused, it is okay, this is a lawyer’s bread and butter, and a logical person’s headache.

Several of the legal challenges made by politicians after an election have been thrown out of court or received judgments that the case has no proof of fraud, even though there are clear indications that a normal person can see of dead people voting and a dead person voting is fraudulent.  All based upon the problems of holding a group responsible for committing fraud, versus a single person.  Herein lies the problem.

A county in the United States has an election office.  That county’s election office holds the reigns on county elections, overseen by the state.  Under the US Constitution, State’s Rights have already caused a Civil War and as such remain a very testy issue in the Supreme Court.  The Federal Government, and other State Governments, cannot force, cajole, threaten, or coerce a state to clean up their voter rolls.  Thus, if the dead vote in an election, this is a State’s Rights issue, not a Federal Government issue.

2017 and 2018, President Trump made an honest attempt to ask, beg, and entice the individual states and counties to clean up their voter rolls.  Except, Corporate Media, Democrats, and some Republicans fought tooth and nail to squash President Trump’s efforts to have an honest and transparent election in 2020.  My friend asked me, how do you know the voter rolls need cleaned up?  Because during the run up to the 2020 election, I began receiving text messages from state’s I have not lived in for years or decades, asking me to vote for a specific candidate or platform.

LinkedIn ImageAs an independent voter, I generally never become entangled in the mess surrounding elections.  Yet, in 2020, not a day past without a text from Wisconsin, Ohio, Maine, Wyoming, Michigan, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Washington, or Arizona political action committees or the democratic party representatives contacting me to urge me to vote for a democratic candidate or democratic favored piece of legislation.  While I have not checked, I would not be surprised to see I had voted in every single previous state of residence, all because mail-in ballots were sent out and my records were still live and active on all those state rolls.  If I, as an independent voter received this harassment, I can only guess what it was like for those who had political party membership.

Still the courts, at the bequest of lawyers, refuse to call fraud, and judge a logical decision.  If a dead person votes, someone committed fraud.  Since the fraud always benefits one party over any other party, than that entire political party needs to be held accountable for perpetuating that fraud, encouraging fraud, and for benefiting from the fraud committed by operatives.  Election fraud does not happen only through dead voting.  There is vote harvesting, where operatives are expected to canvass neighborhoods to “help” those unable to get out to the polls to complete their ballots.  Except reality reflects a bunch of people sitting at tables filling out blank ballots.

We also have another interesting technique in committing fraud, hacked election machines.  Where technically the voter machine “glitches” and a republican vote becomes a democratic vote.  Except, these errors are not actually errors, but programmed methods for stealing an election in the United States.  Fraud and theft are pretty much the same crime, while the lawyers wet themselves from trying to separate these into two different crimes, the fact remains if John Smith votes Republican and all John’s votes are turned democrat through technical means, John’s voice has been stolen from him and this is basic theft.  Not a technical malfunction, pure and unadulterated theft.

Mail-in ballots in the run up to November 2020’s election was a big issue; why, because this is another excellent method for stealing ballots, negating a person’s voice, and perpetuating fraud.  Mail-in ballots in 2020 had problems being delivered to voters, being returned to the county timely, or at all in a couple of cases, and being handled in a manner that allowed a person’s voice to be marked according to their preferences.

President AdamsIn every county and state in America, ballot dumps occurred.  In the six states causing the most problems, Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina, and Nevada, we find the most egregious ballot dumps.  Pennsylvania had 90,000 votes dumped into counting in the early hours.  Where did these votes come from?  Why did more than 89,000 votes for Biden and a third-party candidate, when the regular population mix would have these vote totals much lower?

Finally, we have the real issue in correcting, auditing, and holding honest elections, money!  Holding an election is expensive; thus, a taxpayer would think that those counting the ballots would be considerate and do their jobs right the first time.  Except, this is not the case, and every day that passes without a certified election increases the costs of that election.  Add in court and legal fees, and the election costs skyrocket into deficit spending rapidly.  Yet, when fraud occurs because those in the county election offices actively work to muddy an election’s results, why are these people not required to pay for their political shenanigans?

Consider a simple example, a baker makes a mistake on a product, the costs involved in the first attempt are the bakers to absorb, not the customer who needs the product delivered.  A car mechanic cannot escape the costs and consequences if they make a mistake in diagnosing a problem, or if a newly repaired vehicle winds up causing an accident due to mechanical failure.  Yet, these election results, a product of the county election officials hired to perform an honest election, too often get certified and real harm is done to the taxpayers in that county, and the officials remain in comfortable jobs able to meddle in future elections to their greedy little hearts content.

The Duty of AmericansIs the problem clear regarding where the fraud occurs; because, at the end of the day election theft and fraud is a local government issue with national repercussions.  Due to a law that insists that every veteran applying for a city, county, state job gets interviewed; I interviewed with a county election office.  The interviewers all came in spouting, neigh on screaming, their political agendas, we had a well-used PETA coffee mug, coats with patches and marketing materials for democratic candidates and clauses, a parking lot full of leftist political stickers, and I was hoping to obtain a job I was overqualified for, but desperately needed.  The interview began with a hostile attitude towards me and I knew within 2-minutes that I was not going to win this job.  All due to my not declaring publicly my political leanings.  Diversity laws include diversity of thinking which empowers checks and balances in operation; yet local governments across the country have become silent mouthpieces for totalitarian government.

America, the 2020 election is a sham, a farse, a perfect example of how to steal a federal election, and every candidate is equally tainted from the fraud committed.  Fixing the election fraud will require local elections to demand a clean sweep of every single elected official and staff member in local government election offices.  A full and complete refusal to use technical means to handle elections in any way, shape, or form.  Plus, fraud laws need tightened with harsher consequences.  The 2020 election was stolen, and a usurper is set to fill the presidency, fraud in elections has reached the ultimate tipping point, and represents a breakdown of trustworthy government from the dog catcher to the President, taints every single elected official, and requires the citizens of America to reclaim the government and demand those parties responsible, including the corporate media, to be held accountable!

PatriotismIf the American Republic is to endure America must have fair, transparent, and trustworthy elections as the first and most basic building block of responsible government!
