Seriously – Let’s Have the Conversation!

Hillary Clinton is infamous for an explosive remark made in a Congressional Bird of Prey hearing, “At this point, what difference does it make.” While I genuinely detest quoting this particular person, she has a point where the 2020 Elections are concerned, not a good point, but a point. At this point, what difference does it make in discussing the 15 Million votes from 2020 that were improperly counted, improperly handled, erroneously scrapped, and treated scandalously? Will these votes change the fate of Afghanistan; no. Will these votes remove the fraudulent president; no. Will these votes correct an abuse of the voter in 2020 and place the real winner of the election into the presidency; no.

What difference “… at this point does it make?” It changes how we move forward in voting. It places the onerous upon current sitting politicians to safeguard voting systems, processes, and procedures to ensure this madness never occurs again! Riddle me this, was COVID hyped and mass-fear spread to allow for voting to be abused to push a useless and senile president into office? I digress.

Exclamation Mark Hence, I would like to open the conversation into improving voting in America. It is long past time for common sense voting safeguards to be installed and mandated at the local levels of government. Here are my suggestions, let us use logic and discern the best path forward for America.

1. 1. Refuse the Federal Government legislation being pushed in the US House right now, the “For the People” Acts to demand a “Federal Government Mandate” for voting. Let’s be frank; the Federal Government could not handle collecting Social Security taxes from payroll and keeping that funded. Do you really think they could handle something simpler, like voting?
  2. Eliminate the computers! I am done being some byte that a programmer can manipulate. End the charade, open the transparency, and stop using vote computers. A paper ballot is perfect!
  3. The paper ballot should carry a digital signature containing my picture in digital form and my digital signature, as verified by my government-issued ID. Don’t drive; that’s okay; you still need a government-issued ID to purchase alcohol, tobacco, firearms, take a plane trip, and a hundred and one other things. The DMV can issue you an ID. One ballot, one ID, one signature, one person, not hard to count, not hard to track, and no problems with security. The technology has been around for 20 years to take and print a digital fingerprint; it is past time to combine a bio-metric tag, a digital tag, and a wet-signature with a ballot to end the nightmare of who completed the ballot.
  4. More transparency, more accountability, and more importantly, less mail-in balloting will mean sending teams to registered voters in hospice, long-term care settings, and hospitals and securing completed ballots using evidentiary procedures that can stand up in a court of law. Plus, it will mean penalties for breaking the law. What happened in Maricopa County was a farce! What happened in Atlanta and Philadelphia was a farrago. Too often, the primaries are just as fraud-riddled as the general elections speak volumes for the problems in local governments where laws are in place. Still, the election officials always escape with their pensions intact into retirement.

Wisconsin, Michigan, Maine, New Mexico, Utah, Washington (especially Seattle Metro Area), Wyoming, Ohio, I wouldn’t think you have escaped scrutiny because the media left you alone in the 2020 election cycle. I have personally witnessed the problems in your states, and I know how bad your elections are! Worse, in New Mexico, primarily in Bernalillo County, I know the bad apples and remember them from being interviewed for a job.

Angry Grizzly Bear On the topic of local governments and Election Officials, apolitical should be the word of the day. When a person walks into the election offices, they should not be bombarded with political messages. Case in point, Bernalillo County, walk into the majority of the County offices, not just the election official’s offices, and look at the political affiliations on display. Take a walk through the parking lot, look at bumper stickers, enter the offices, and find the same political messages on display in the people working inside. You work for the government; apolitical is the least a person can expect from government employees; this is often referred to as professionalism!

Does being apolitical at work mean you lose your first amendment rights; yes! Private-sector employees lose their rights; why should government employees keep their Constitutional Rights when private-sector employees lose their rights? How fast will employment law change when government employees are treated like private-sector employees? Yes, let’s have these conversations. Let’s discuss these topics openly, in the public forums, on social media, in the town squares, and come to workable solutions.

Ender’s Game: The Morality of Fighting, the Manner of Winning

Dont Tread On Me Ender’s Game is a book authored by Orson Scott Card and is on the level of some of the best military sci-fi I have ever read. While I have not read all of the Ender books, Ender’s Game is by far one of the most intellectually stimulating sci-fi books I have read in the fiction genre. Essential to the present, raised and created by President Obama and the Democratic Party, is the question, “Does the manner of winning matter?”

The Morality of Fighting

From a previous article, we draw the definition of morality. Various sources define morality; in fact, morality has been considered a philosophical debate, and much is written on this topic. For this reason, the definition of morality is as follows:

“Morality is the differentiation of intentions, decisions, and actions between those that are distinguished as proper and those that are improper. Morality can be a body of standards or principles derived from a code of conduct from a particular philosophy, religion or culture, or it can derive from a standard that a person believes should be universal.”

I am not here to dictate what is and is not moral between you, your conscience, and your supreme being worshiped. However, I will emphasize that America was founded upon the morals of Judeo-Christian theology, and these morals have been a solid anchor in the chaotic push and pull of beliefs and morals across time.

Why History is replete with wars, contention, the loss of life, and examples of fighting for moral and immoral reasons, depending upon your choices and moral codes; but, is fighting someone else moral? In the Judaic religion, the Rabbi’s will point to the Books of Moses and declare that the Children of Israel had to obey because God commanded, and wars were begun. The Koran has similar writings. The Old and New Testaments and the different Popes of the Catholic church can point to writings and claim similarly. But, does a commandment from a supreme being make war moral?

I cannot tell you how to answer; thus, I will not be pontificating on this topic. You, individually, must decide the morality or immorality of fighting and what is worth fighting and dying for. I know my answer and am comfortable with my answers, for I have done the research and reached logical conclusions. I beg you to decide what your answers are individually, for, in answering, you will better understand yourself, your beliefs, your mental positions, and the world around you. Question 3

The manner of Winning

An enemy can be crushed in any manner of methods from baroque to technical; the enemy is just as dead as yesterday’s fish. Comb through history, and you will find man’s inhumanity to man is as great as man’s humanity to man. I find this fact very comforting! As cruel and vicious as man can be to each other, the fact that man continues to have a spark of divinity and can show compassion and kindness equal to or greater than his inhumanity a great hope. Bringing us to the question, does the manner of winning matter?

In this world, there are many absolutes; the manner of winning absolutely does matter! No equivocation, no double-speak, no half-truths. If you cannot win by the rules, you are not worthy of competing! I know no better method of stating this absolute; how you win is more important than winning!

Question Does this absolute suggest there are rules to fighting; unequivocally YES! There are always rules to fighting, and only the most despotic criminal would shuck the rules and win at all costs. For in winning at all costs, that person has thrown off the cloaks of humanity, the ties that bind human to human, and have become an animal most vile. One must never forget the lesson of Ender Wiggin.

From the “Five Rings,” Mao Tse Tung is quoted as declaring, “When you surround an army, leave an outlet free. Do not press a desperate foe too hard.” Why; because universal truths win out, today’s enemy is tomorrow’s ally. Both Mao Tse Tung and Ender Wiggin recognize the same lesson, but from different perspectives that there is never much difference between a trusted ally and a despised enemy. Thus, how one wins is more important than winning!

Exclamation Mark Consider this principle in real life. We have the November 2020 elections, which began with the 2020 primaries, where fraud, the inability to count, too many votes for a precinct, and a hundred other issues popped up. Yet, none of those issues were considered fraudulent, just politicking—business as usual. The most extensive problem areas promised to have everything fixed by November, business, as usual, no worries. What happened in November, the same problems in the same regions produced an election that 40% of Pennsylvania does not trust to have been truthful. How one wins matters more than winning!

Another example; Syria, President Bashar Assad, who employed chemical weapons against his people, in a massive violation of law, morality, and ethics. President Obama blurred his own “Red Lines,” and Assad is still in power, only a little more circumspect in using banned chemical weapons. The Syrian civil war (2011-Present) continues, the crimes against his enemies and people continue, and the only change is how Turkey continues to be flooded with refugees. How you win matters more than winning!

Bait & Switch The battle continues in Ukraine with Russia, unabated, where America refused her ally (Ukraine) for Russia to gain “political influence” with Turkey and Syria. One of the most remarkable historical facts, Russia continues to forget, then remember, then forget that how you win is more important than merely winning! The history books of Russia are replete with this cycle, and every few generations, the cycle repeats. Usually, after a glorious loss, Russia remembers that how you win is more important than winning, and the people rally to clear off the invader, previously Germany!

Since the First Sino-Japanese War onward, China has refused to believe that how one wins is more important than winning. Unfortunately, Communism has only made this country more blood-thirsty and less willing to follow Mao Tse Tung’s advice on war, even though they continue to use his philosophies against everyone else. Worse, China is offering war to every nation on Earth, and the majority of the countries are asleep. Japan learned this lesson well and has used this lesson to dominate the Pacific Rim nations economically.

Knowledge Check! America keeps trying to learn and apply this lesson. However, her political leaders since Vietnam continue to refuse to allow the military to do their job with a clear set of Rules for Engagement. Worse, the political leaders keep trying to give away US Constitutional Rights to enemies of America. All because too many refuse to understand that how you win is more important than winning.

NO MORE BS: Highlights (?) of the first 100-Days

Theres more On this momentous day, marking 100-days of the fraudulent president, I thought it fitting to mark the occasion by reminding everyone of freedom grabbing runaway government promoted by President Biden. As CNN so clearly stated, “To date, 10 of President Biden’s actions on immigration have been reversals of President Trump’s policies.” Begging the question, do you feel safer in your home now, or this time four years ago? I know my answer, and I am looking forward to your thoughts.

To date, President Biden has made 50-end runs around the US Constitutional process through executive orders. For the record, you could take President Trump (38) or Obama (34), add them with President Bush II (13), and still not max out President Biden’s lead. I have written about executive orders and why I detest this singular action made in a free Republic (if we can keep it) by any leading elected official, Mayor, Governor, or President. The US Constitution does not need more beatings coming from leading executives, but less. Much, much, less executive actions, executive orders, and singular people acting “for the good of all” without Congressional representation. Why use CNN; because as the biggest cheerleaders for the fraudulent president, they have the clearest cheering squad.

Detective 2 Examining closer the 50-executive orders issued by President Biden, we find the most egregious of these orders, raising the minimum wage of Federal Contract Workers from $10.95 to $15.00 by 2022 and eliminating the tipped minimum wage by 2024. I am thoroughly unfamiliar with any federally contracted jobs that fall under the tipped minimum wage. Thus, I can only presume the president is now arbitrarily setting the minimum wage for the country without congressional approval—leaving serious questions behind about the legality of this executive order. Where is Congress in exerting its power and rights to set minimum wage?

A minimum wage is a serious issue; any time the wage goes up, jobs are lost. A competent first-year economics major can trace that cause and effect line easily! There are direct causal relationships between high school kids needing employment and not finding it due to the minimum wage laws. This group of uneducated workers extends to many low-income families, minorities, and many others trying to find work as laborers and cannot find jobs. Yet, as a political stunt, the president signs an executive order, betrays the US Constitution, upsets the separate but equal branches of government balance, and somehow this is a “nothing burger.” I beg to differ, vociferously!

Detective 4 Another interesting aspect of the president’s first 100-days is immigration. The current president’s Trump Derangement Syndrome has him reversing 10 of President Trumps Executive Orders and writing two additional immigration-related orders. The plasticization of modular language reveals the tyranny of ruling by executive order! The terms “fair,” “equitable,” “just,” “proper,” etc., all point to the president’s desire to see America devalued by illegal immigrants. Look at the rhetoric used by the president to “explain” why he has reversed, revoked, and wrecked the legal immigration process, and you will find that through Congressional inaction. With Congresses’ refusal to exert its rights, the president can do anything he wants on immigration, and Congress’s leadership just cheers!

To the US House and US Senate, I must ask, where are you? Did you take a taxpayer-paid vacation and stopped caring that you are a co-equal branch of the government? Do you think the judicial branch will stop the president’s runaway government by executive fiat? Do you believe that the American people stopped caring that the president is giving away America, one illegal alien at a time, and we would not notice? Why are you not scrutinizing the executive branch and exerting your rights, standing up for your voice, and making sure you are playing a role in the governance of America?

Patriotism I have been insulted, denigrated, derided, and many other things for my stand that every president should have a contentious Congress! I firmly believe that when a president has a contentious Congress, the will of America’s people is better respected, observed, and through the process of working together, real compromise occurs. But, what do we see in the US House of Representatives; we see a Speaker who is also the majority leader and the minority leader abdicating their duties to their caucuses and the US House of Representatives. We see members of the US House race-baiting, employing every card in the deck of identity politics deck and refusing even to acknowledge the other party. But, the US Senate, if anything is worse, and the US Senate’s problems can be traced directly to the executive actions of Speaker Harry Reid (D) during President Obama’s tenure.

Millstone of Designed Incompetence America, we learned a lot about the “families” presenting themselves at the US Southern Border for entry into America. We learned about child prostitution, children being “attached” to two strange adults and calling it a “family.” We learned about a lot of schemes to feed the growing human trafficking problem in the United States. Yet, the media continues to call the separation of “families” unfair, and the president has proved he learned nothing but smoke and mirrors. At the same time, these children are raped, abused, disappeared, and destroyed, all through executive order instead of legislated demand! Legitimate families should be kept together, but until documentation can be obtained, separating the families for the safety of the children should be paramount! Sorting through the MS-13 plants is not uncaring; it protects America’s main streets from terrorists! But, these immigration policies, designed by President Trump, are hated by the media; so, these policies have to go. Thus, I ask again, do you feel safer in your home or not?

The Duty of Americans I was never a President Trump (R) supporter; but, I did, and do, support anyone willing to try new ideas to make America safer. I am not a supporter of holding children indefinitely in nice hotels when veterans are homeless and fully support an America FIRST agenda. But, I also firmly believe that the churches and non-profit groups of America can organize to help in a humane way better than runaway government supported by executive fiat!

Apathy America, we need legislation on immigration, NOT executive orders that change as frequently as the president! I have maintained this stance, publicly, since President Reagan signed the first orders providing paths to citizenship for illegals. The illegal immigration policies in America can be directly traced to President Roosevelt and WWII executive orders allowing foreign workers access to America’s jobs in agriculture.

Feel free to look this historical tidbit up, and ask yourself, are you safer in your homes and places of business with executive orders or legislation? Are you feeling more secure in your finances with runaway executive actions or through the “Rule of Law?” Do you prosper more under one “Rule of Law” or under identity politics where every single identity can request special treatment, special laws, and special rights?

If the fraudulent president has proved anything in his first 100-days, he has proved America is in trouble, DEEP Trouble, due to the executive orders, runs around the constitutional process, and the abdication of Congressional rule (legislative branch) at all levels of government. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, this president has proved that bigger government is a millstone dragging this Republic down. Finally, this president has proven you cannot “trust” the government and must watch it like a toddler running with a knife! So, CNN, and all the other corporate media outlets, you cheer the fraudulent president; but don’t you dare try to claim this is a good thing for America!

NO MORE BS: Climate Change is GOVERNMENT CONTROL!

Angry Grizzly Bear To some of you, I am preaching to the choir; but sometimes the choir sings better when they have more knowledge. Please help sing louder. To others, what I am about to say is so far out of your current understanding that your brains might hurt; I am sorry. You will never understand snowflakes and trolls, but I am willing to take that chance!

According to the Wall Street Journal, the fraudulent president, President Biden, is taking the same plan President Obama used to restrict America to a Climate Change job-killing pogrom!

“Mr. Biden is essentially doing an end-run around the Constitution, which requires approval by two-thirds of the Senate for the President to enter a treaty. The emissions reductions that foreign leaders pledged on Thursday aren’t legally binding, but Mr. Biden intends to use regulation to bind Americans.”

This single statement should scare every American, whether you believe in Climate Change Hype or not. President Obama and now President Biden refuse to act within the law where climate change is concerned. This means there are nefarious problems, greedy hands, and legal issues the sitting president is trying to keep hidden from American citizens. Unfortunately, this is just the beginning of the Climate Change Pogrom Plans that have been made public.

What is a Pogrom?

A pogrom is a violent massacre or destruction by a government entity against its own citizens. Nazi Germany changed the law, then massacred legally their Jewish, Catholics, Handicaps, mentally handicapped, and other aspects of undesirable citizens. Stalin and Mao have used pogroms to murder, execute, and destroy their own people, neighbors, and many others.

Why is Climate Change a Pogrom?

From the Wall Street Journal, “Businesses will be conscripted as foot soldiers in the progressive war on fossil fuels. America’s founders believed that the Constitution’s separation of powers would safeguard individual liberty, but this assumes Congress guards its power” [emphasis mine]. The separation of powers was supposed to stop this madness. As President Obama demonstrated, there are loads of chicaneries the legislative branch can get away with, and Congress and the Judicial Branch refuse to exert their powers.

Millstone of Designed Incompetence Now, let’s talk about the 10-year plan, a $2.3 Trillion plan that is a “more-than-infrastructure proposal” but is nothing but the Green New Deal in disguise. So far, the best record for the details that have been released comes from DailyMail.com. We need to be clear, not all the details have been released, but those released details should scare every person in America into action against this power seizure!

Biden vowed that America would be “on a path of a zero-emissions economy by no later than 2050.”
- - Where is the US Congress in agreeing to this plan?
  - Where is the complete plan laid out for the American People to review and approve?
  - America is a Republic (if we can keep it), and I do not see anything that reveals this information, neither does DailyMail.com.
From experts, to reach a zero-emissions economy, the following will have to occur within the next 10-years:
- - All meat consumption, especially red meat, will have to drop to less than 4 pounds a month per American, or roughly 90% of today’s consumption rates for red meat and a 50% cut in all animal consumption. Essentially, America would be on a 0.18 ounce of meat per day for protein.
  - Every single American will have to buy an electric car, currently a $55K investment.
  - Electric heat, solar panels, windmills, and more would have to be drastically increased, increasing the cost of electricity to roughly $5700 a month for heating and cooling your home.
  - The costs of the plan, to start, begin at $2.3 Trillion. If ObamaCare is any indicator at how fast cost estimates by the government are surpassed, a closer cost estimate is around $500 Trillion! Don’t forget the farrago that was the ObamaCare Website! Including:

- - - - $85 Billion for infrastructure modernizing public transit.
      - $174 Billion replacing lead pipes and modernizing drinking water and sewer systems.
      - $100 Billion to protect nature-based infrastructure.
      - $40 Billion for housing infrastructure.
        
        What does this mean?
      - $100 Billion for upgrades to the electrical grid.
      - $100 Billion for new public schools.
        
        Why?
        
        Isn’t this a state issue?
        
        Aren’t I, and every other American, already paying for school modernization?
      - $10 Billion for upgrading federal buildings.
        
        Why isn’t this already occurring?
      - $35 Billion for investing in climate science.
      - $10 Billion for an enforcement arm, called the Civilian Climate Corps.

How many dairy farms, ranches, and other animal husbandry jobs will be lost to reduce protein intake to 0.18 ounces daily?
How many restaurant jobs will be wiped out due to the costs that will disproportionately fall upon the reduced middle-class and lower class of people?
How many American jobs in Natural Gas and Oil fields will be lost to other countries that do not have to follow the same plan to reduce emissions?
How much of the economy will be sacrificed for science projects and liberal pipe dreams?
- - Public transit systems are a colossal waste of tax dollars just for inner-city transit; how about intra-city transit?
  - AMTRAK hasn’t been able to turn a profit on carrying people between cities ever; how does modernizing public transit improves the loss of taxpayer dollars down this well of liberal insanity?

Andragogy - LEARN Remember, our pattern for this insanity is from President Obama, who had a comfortable first two years due to a friendly House and Senate. They could not do these enviro-legislation issues due to US Constitutional problems, so President Obama used executive orders. Again and again, climate science has proven to be a money-sucking black hole for taxpayers while the limited few buy new jets, new luxury yachts and force restrictions upon everyone else.

Apathy How many people will die from the cold or the heat due to the cost of electricity, electricity failure, and not having a backup or tertiary source for heat or cooling? Every year America sees people die from the cold and excessive heat. Want a pattern for how higher electricity costs and liberal-brain dead solutions work; let’s look at California. Last year, loss of power killed people on medical equipment, where electrical lines were not properly maintained, sparked fires, and rolling brownouts are common. Now that you see the middle and lower class sacrifices, ask yourself, did Speaker Pelosi (D) or any of here Hollywood and political buddies suffer any inconveniences from brownouts and loss of electrical power?

Look Hey Speaker Pelosi, how big are your freezers and refrigerators again? How many do you have in your walled mansion? How much electricity do you consume? Climate scare is a method for an unconstitutional power grab, plain and simple, and every single American needs to be actively engaged in fighting these restrictions! The fight for liberty is cloaked in “Climate Science,” and every nation on earth has been infected with this power-grabbing sickness where politicians win and the citizens lose!

NO MORE BS: Statehood for DC – A Total Waste of Time!

Angry Wet Chicken Another legislative session, another brain-dead idea passed off as needed, fair, and necessary, and wholly without merit. Gosh, I am fed up with the time wasted by both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. Speaker Pelosi (D) is pontificating about the U.S. House passing (again) legislation to make the District of Columbia a state. Except, Speaker Pelosi (D) never saw a liberal idea she didn’t immediately love, embrace, and wholeheartedly support, so nothing new in this news.

President Biden (no surprise here) backs the idea he has previously not supported as a Senator. Color me shocked! What did not surprise me was racist and belligerent commentary on the house floor during the debate. It seems, every time someone with a (D) after their name can play the race card, the race card gets thrown down. No objectivity, no specificity, no reason, logic, only plain emotion, malice, and stupidity! Man, the use of the race card has gotten ridiculous. Read Rep. Jones’s (D) comments, and feel free to laugh at the stupidity! Plain ol’ public scorn should follow commentaries like the statements Rep. Jones (D) made, including mockery, shunning, and shame!

On the issue of race, the 2019 Census estimates 46% of D.C.’s residents identify as “Black,” and 46% identify as “White.” Leaving a mere 8% of the population to fill all other ethnicities and races. Yet, Rep. Jones (D) wants to make D.C. becoming a state a race issue. Queue the mocking laughter and public shaming! Calvin & Hobbes - Irony Hurts

One of the issues brought up for making the District of Columbia a state was the amount of taxes they pay. Personally, I laughed at this argument! Still laughing; not sorry! How long has the District of Columbia elected mayors who have done nothing but tax and spend; almost forever! Taxation without representation is a dead issue when you elect tax and spenders into office. As I was told as a kid, “You made your bed, now sleep in it!” Think I might be wrong, understand the following:

“No Republican has ever been elected mayor since D.C. home rule began in 1975. The DC Republicans have had no representation in the D.C. Council since Carol Schwartz left office in 2009. As of January 7, 2019, there are 30,001 registered voters affiliated with the Republican Party of the District of Columbia” [emphasis mine].

It appears to me, thou doth protest too much, and consequences hurt! One-party rule is never a good idea, but the District of Columbia has embraced one-party everything and is suffering accordingly! Please note, I am not claiming the Republicans could rule any better, but I am arguing that one-party rule is NEVER a good idea!

What is the issue?

Detective 4 The District of Columbia keeps petitioning to become a state. The U.S. Constitution provided for a federal district under the exclusive authority of the U.S. Congress; D.C. is therefore not a part of any U.S. state. Since this is a U.S. Constitutional issue, it will require all 50-states to ratify a change to the U.S. Constitution, not simply the wasting of time and resources of the U.S. House of Representatives. But, as they say on the Home Shopping Network, “There’s more.” With 34 US States never having been made states properly, according to the US Constitution, and their lands remain under “Federal Government Control,” I do not see DC being a state that big of an issue!

The District of Columbia is a unique federal district of the U.S. The Government of the District of Columbia operates under Article One of the United States Constitution and the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, which devolves certain powers of the United States Congress to the Mayor and thirteen-member Council. The District of Columbia Home Rule Act was a compromise back in the 1970s to allow more self-rule to D.C. while still being within the boundaries of the U.S. Constitution. While the District of Columbia Home Rule Act caused some pretty wild protests, this was expected as a compromise between Congress and the local D.C. residents. All the adults know that a good compromise leaves everyone upset. How effective has the District of Columbia Home Rule Act been; well, look at the before and after economics, and the problem becomes loud and clear. Taking us back to why I am still laughing and still not sorry!

For the lawyers in the house, the District of Columbia Home Rule Act is a quagmire of legal jargon and directionless logic like no piece of legislation it has ever been my displeasure to review. Dont Tread On Me Today’s chicanery in the U.S. House of Representatives was not the first time a piece of legislation making D.C. a state has passed the house. I doubt this will be the last time our tax dollars are wasted on passing frivolous legislation on a U.S. Constitutional issue that will be passed in the U.S. House of Representatives. Have any of the elected officials in the U.S. House or Senate read the U.S. Constitution, US Bill of Rights, or other founding U.S. documents? I figured those with (D) had read their Marx and Keynes, but they were not elected to act like Keynes or Marx!

NO MORE BS: Hypocrites, Liars, and Thieves Edition

The pattern left to the reader in the story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is one of foremost importance to what we are witnessing in democratically governed societies the world over. If ever a time was presented when the people need to know and then act, that time is now. I intend to start the conversation on liars, thieves, and hypocrites with clarity, example and offer for your consideration patterns that spot the deceit. Once deceit is spotted, it is as glaring as a bloodstain on a white satin dress. You cannot look past that mark!

What is a Hypocrite?

Hypocrites are those who wear masks of decency and outward morality, but live lives of deception, believing that, like Dr. Jekyll, they can live a double life and never be discovered. From James’s New Testament writings, we find that “A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways” (James 1:8). According to Webster, a hypocrite is one who practices hypocrisy. According to Webster, those who practice hypocrisy are living, “the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one’s own behavior does not conform; pretense.” To Nathaniel Hawthorne goes the last word on hypocrites, “No man (person) for any considerable period can wear one face to himself and another to the multitude, without finally getting bewildered as to which may be the true.”

What is a Liar?

According to Webster, a liar is a person who tells lies. Lying is defined by Webster as, “an intentionally false statement.” Is the distinction clear; the liar knows the truth and intentionally misleads the audience, always for personal gain. From William Shenstone, we find an eternal truth, “A liar begins with making falsehoods appear like truth, and ends with making truth itself appear like a falsehood.” The pattern detailed by William Shenstone is precise and speaks to one of the most deceitful practices of all, making truth appear as a falsehood to sell a bunch of lies. As a kid, I was often told that the devil will tell you one truth to help you believe a thousand lies.

What is a thief?

According to Webster, a thief is “a person who steals, especially secretly or without open force; one guilty of theft or larceny.” During my undergraduate degree program, another student would regularly plagiarize my weekly posts as their own work, then had the temerity to try and claim I was plagiarizing them. I had a habit of posting the weekly posts the first day of the new week, the timestamps on my posts proved my work was mine, and the student eventually disappeared from my cohort. Plagiarism is a fancy word for intellectual property theft. Plagiarism used to get politicians kicked out of politics, except the current Commander in Chief is a well-known plagiarizer. He is being honored with keeping his job and getting promoted beyond his maximum level of incompetence. The fraudulent president, Biden’s first act in office, was to plagiarize President Trump on COVID response, vaccine response and belittled President Trump for doing the right thing.

Why is this important?

The story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde speaks volumes on issues being combatted right now. Dr. Jekyll had conquered himself; his person was morally upright, had integrity, and had a worthy reputation. But, then drugs came along, and the drugs made Mr. Hyde, who was evil incarnate. Eventually, the drugs would no longer bring back Dr. Jekyll, and Mr. Hyde conquered, and Dr. Jekyll was destroyed.

All my life, I have been told, “Honorable people do not get into politics, and politicians never work at honest labor.” Yet, I cannot help but ask, “Why are people who lie, thieve, and practice hypocrisy allowed to represent anyone?” It was 1987-1988, while watching the presidential race get whittled down to Bush I and Dukakis, I heard Jesse Jackson and Al Gore one night talking, and thought I would not invite these people into my home, why are they allowed to run for president? Over time this thought has returned, in one election between two particularly vile election choices (Obama and Romney) I was told to “Hold my nose, lift my skirts, and vote for Romney as the ‘lesser of two evils.” I am happy to report, I voted for Donald Duck!

I will not give my permission to represent me, e.g., my vote, to someone I would never invite into my home as a guest. I have had to learn to research candidates, research issues, use critical thinking, and even then, make mistakes. Yet, I know that when we, the electorate, stand together and refuse the thieves, liars, and hypocrites a political office, we are better as a nation, a state, a county, a city, and a community.

Examples:

New York City Mayor De Blasio ordered COVID, infected patients, into long-term care facilities (nursing homes). The numbers are finally coming to light that 13,197 additional COVID patients were created, where 4080 died! The mayor has refused responsibility for these deaths, pain, suffering, and increased medical costs. The mayor of New York City has consistently lied throughout the COVID/Government Panic; people have died, resources wasted, and the person most responsible refuses accountability. Thus showing Mayor De Blasio is a liar, a thief, and a hypocrite!

Big Tech, for several years now, has been actively engaged in intentionally misleading consumers. When Facebook’s thought police remove data that asks honest questions as misleading, the consumer is being lied to. When LinkedIn edits posts arbitrarily and refuses First Amendment rights to everyone, all consumers using LinkedIn are being stolen from, lied to, and LinkedIn proves it is a hypocrite. Due to political leanings, Twitter illegally suppressing First Amendment rights to President Trump over a trumped-up charge is lying, stealing, and acting as a hypocrite!

November 2009, the Climate Research Unit became “Climategate,” ripped the scab off the festering wounds called Climate Change. The emails released showed how statistics were employed to lie, cheat, steal, and then the hypocritical scientists claimed that their lies were truth. Except, a lie cannot be a truth, and making a truth appear as a lie, does not change the lie into a truth. By gaming the peer-review process, climate science lies have been peddled, and politicians have gotten rich off climate lies and climate lawfare. I am not claiming that humans could not be better stewards of resources. I am arguing that draconian government mandates are never the answer to changing behaviors of individuals.

The hinge upon which the lies, thieves, and hypocrites will eventually hang.

How does a person tell a liar from a truth-teller; the person’s intent. How do you know a person’s intent; observe them. Are their actions producing good results, or are they producing poisoned fruit and hurting others? Intent is a legal term, and the following is essential as we observe for consequences of actions, words, and results.

What are the 3 types of intent?

The three common-law intents ranked in order of culpability are malice aforethought, specific intent, and general intent. Malice aforethought is a special common-law intent designated for only one crime: murder. The definition of malice aforethought is “intent to kill.” Specific intent is the intent to bring about a particular result, do something other than the criminal act. General intent is simply the intent to perform the criminal action.

Consider the following, Bill Engvall tells a story of his little toddler boy walking over to the sleeping cat and kicking the cat. When questioned, the little boy claims, “It was an accident.” Yet, the keen observer watched him walk across the room and intentionally kick the cat. Last summer, Speaker Pelosi (D) deliberately refused, for political gain, to collaborate with other lawmakers and pass COVID Relief legislation. Essentially refusing to perform her most basic job as a Congressional Representative. Speaker Paul Ryan (R) intentionally refused to pass a budget, and the government was shutdown. Intentions are the actions we take, regardless of our words, that prove where our priorities are and how we think about our jobs.

Consider the following headline from NPR, “After Record 2020 Turnout, State Republicans Weigh Making it Harder to Vote.” The title itself is misleading, the article is very biased, and voting problems go deeper than the fraud and misfeasance witnessed in November 2020. The 2020 primaries were a disaster! The 2018 election cycle was a farrago. The 2016, 2014, 2012, 2010, 2008, 2006, 2004, 2002, 2000 elections cycles have steadily worsened in fraud, idiocy in counting, technological blunders, and intentional theft of elections. Hence, NPR’s intent is to employ smoke screens and mirrors to obfuscate and denigrate, lie, cheat, steal, and be hypocrites of the fact that the only people who receive help from poorly performed election processes are Democrats! As a media channel, NPR’s job is to keep people confused so the charade of elections can continue. They are proving intent to harm and be hypocritical.

How does a person fight back?

Learn the candidates, look past the makeup, the façade, and the media representations.
Ask tougher questions. In order to learn, we must ask questions and never be satisfied with answers.
When we teach others, we learn more perfectly. As we learn more perfectly, we are inspired to teach more.
- Who do we teach, ourselves, our families, discussions with friends, and writing down your thoughts on a blog are all good and useful methods for teaching, to power better learning.
Start locally, clean up local politics first. Thus, get involved with the city council, the mayor, the county board, the school board. Demand to be heard.
Support good people around you, support the efforts to learn, support your neighbors as they begin to explore that which is familiar to you.
Stop allowing the media and politicians to separate, classify, divide, and name. I am an American! That title is sufficient!

American – A(h) Me I Can!

NO MORE BS: More Dane-Geld

Steve Hilton, writing for the Daily Mail, published a story on the 30th of January 2021, called, “The very divisive president: Joe Biden has unleashed a wave of wokery in his first ten days that will enrage millions – as his supporters in Silicon Valley shut down dissent, writes David Cameron’s former policy adviser Steve Hilton.” The article is worth reading for the insights Mr. Hilton brings to the forefront on measuring the newest American President. In reading this article, I found clearer cut cases of Dane-Geld being paid, which is my focus. America, we must push back on the tyranny of Executive Order rulemaking end-runs around the US Constitutional processes, procedures, and the co-equal branches of US Government. More still, check your local government and look for pork-barrel spending that is purchasing support, and call that purchase what it is, “Dane-Geld!”

Detective 3 Consider the last three American Presidents; President Trump issues 1 Executive order in his first 10-days in office. President Obama issued 2. President Biden has issued more than 30! Look at these Executive Diktats, and remember, the coalition that elected the fraudulent President is very shaky. Hence, the Executive Orders issued are all to pay off some part of President Biden’s electoral coalition or target President Trump while plagiarizing from President Trump’s successes. Mr. Hilton clarifies that President Biden is using President Trump’s plans, calling them President Biden’s programs, and getting away with the sham because the US Media refuses to call out the President for plagiarism!

For example, killing the “Keystone Pipeline” through Executive Order was red meat to President Biden’s militant Environmental Dane’s. Just like killing coal was a direct payment to President Obama’s Environmental Dane’s. Purchasing support through government action or with taxpayer funds is illegal; yet, this President wants to do more than all his predecessors combined, as witnessed by the Executive Orders’ speed the orders are issuing forth. Hence, not only is Dane-Geld an issue, but so is the rate of issue. Why the rush?

Mr. Hilton mentions the obvious mental issues the current President is suffering. Is the speed of paying off the Dane’s, President Biden’s obligation to his VP Kamala Harris for her to have a ready scapegoat? What backroom deals are powering the payoffs to the Dane’s who have spent the last four-years using every trick in the book to weaponize government? Who paid for the demonstrations this previous spring, summer, and fall? Who is paying for the ongoing terrorism in Portland?

Theres more Dane-Geld payments destroyed several nations, where the intent was to make the terrorist Danes go-away. Why is the government issuing more Dane-Geld, and who is expected to “Go Away?” President Trump issued 10-Vetoes in his four-year term of office. His veto was always for specific reasons, which often included pork-barrel spending or egregious power grabs by the Federal Government. For example, “Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021” was full of issues not related to American’s struggling with the government made mess of COVID-19. The embedded link takes you to the entire 5593 pages of insanity that were not read before voting, was not passed to benefit American’s, and was not passed to protect America. Leaving one question, “Who benefited?”

Speaking of Dane-Geld, does the following leave feeling warm and comfortable that the legislative branch is doing their elected duties of writing concise laws and scrutinizing government?

“SEC. 7. ADJUSTMENTS TO COMPENSATION.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no adjustment shall be made under section 601(a) of the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 (2 U.S.C. 4501) (relating to cost of living adjustments for Members of Congress) during fiscal year 2021 [sic].”

Detective 4 In a bill to fund the government without a budget, spend money not available, and purchase support through pork-barrel spending, the first order of business is to protect the elected representatives’ cost of living allowance. Why? Will Speaker Pelosi and then-Speaker Mitch McConnell please step to the microphone and explain why the hardships being suffered to pay taxes is not first shared by the elected representatives? Speaking of questions and Dane-Geld, why is the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) not providing forecast reports on this legislation’s effects before being passed by the legislators? If the legislation’s overall impact will be negative, putting the OMB Report off until after the bill is made into law remains a blatant abuse of power granted through the election process. Who benefited and why? Finally, today is the 31^st of January 2021; where is the OMB report, and what does it say?

The “Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021” declares the following, “… necessary for the practical and efficient work of the Department.” I have a Missouri mentality, “Show Me.” Show me where the funds provided are being appropriately used for the “practical” or “efficient” work of the various departments of the Federal Government! The Senators and Representatives have two jobs, write laws and scrutinize government. Since previous appropriations acts contain the same language, let’s use some actual examples needing scrutinization.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) – Office of Inspector General (VA-OIG) conducted an administrative investigation in response to a referral from VA officials about the potential for a conflict of interest involving VA employees’ establishment of a cooperative research and development agreement (CRADA) between VA and a private company in 2016. – How often are similar events occurring in the VA or another Federal Agency and not being reported and investigated? Two VA Employees intentionally lied, obstructed, failed to disclose, and the VA-OIG declined to prosecute. What did happen to the employees involved? Better still, what are the elected officials doing to protect the “practical and efficient work of the government?”
, 57, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, was charged with defrauding the United States and other health care providers in a $1.8 million scheme related to acquiring and hoarding personal protective equipment, and price gouging health care providers, including numerous VA hospitals. – While Mr. Ritchey remains innocent until proven guilty by a trial jury of his peers, this example remains particularly egregious. What are the elected officials doing to protect the “practical and efficient work of the government?”
The VA Office of Inspector General (VA-OIG) conducted an inspection to assess allegations related to delayed medication delivery from the VA Manila Outpatient Clinic (clinic) pharmacy in Pasay City, Philippines, before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The OIG determined that none of these delays resulted in adverse clinical outcomes and made two recommendations related to pharmacy stock shortages and processing delays. – Delays in prescription refills are of particular interest, as my prescription refills in VISN 22 at the Phoenix VAHCS remain anywhere from 10-25 days later than pre-COVID. What has to occur to get the VA leadership off their hind-quarters to fix the VA processes and people? Since the VA has been broken since Rep. Nancy Pelosi was first elected to the US House of Representatives, it remains fair to ask, and demand an answer, to the following question. What are the elected officials doing to protect the “practical and efficient work of the government?”
Does a 75% failure rate indicate the “practical and efficient work of the government?” The Department of Veterans Affairs – Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) is running a 75% failure rate on properly handling veterans cases where the veteran is being paid a stipend but has become incompetent and institutionalized. Where are the elected representatives that were hired to scrutinize and hold accountable the Federal Employees of the Executive Branch for the “practical and efficient work of the government?”
Jonathan Yates, 52, of Bluefield, Virginia, was sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for sexually abusing veterans. While employed as a doctor of osteopathic medicine at the VA Medical Center in Beckley, West Virginia, Yates rubbed the genitals of two veterans and digitally penetrated a third veteran’s rectum under the guise of legitimate medicine. – What are the elected officials doing to protect the “practical and efficient work of the government,” or are veterans to expect being sexually abused at Federal Employees’ hands? The question is valid because this is not the only incident, merely the only incident caught and punished publicly!
Robert Morris Levy, 54, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison and ordered to pay approximately $497,000 in restitution for one count each of involuntary manslaughter and mail fraud. Levy served as the chief of pathology and laboratory medical services at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville from 2005 until his termination in 2018. Levy was suspended in 2016 for being intoxicated on duty. Following a three-month treatment program, he returned to work under the condition he maintains sobriety and submits to random alcohol and drug screening. To avoid testing positive, however, Levy illegally used an undetectable chemical substance that causes prolonged intoxication. While employed by the VA, Levy incorrectly diagnosed diseases and falsified medical records, including the misdiagnosis of lung cancer in a veteran who would later die without treatment. The prosecutor hoped the sentence would “send a strong message.” – Why should the sentence send any message when Mr. Levy maintained his position after being drunk on duty? Did Mr. Levy lose his retirement benefits and other employment goodies? He killed a veteran through inaction; again, this is not the first incident, nor the most egregious incident of veterans being killed by providers at the VA. What are the elected officials doing to protect the “practical and efficient work of the government,” or should veterans expect to be murdered at Federal Employees’ hands?
A former case manager at a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating veteran homelessness and a property agent has pleaded guilty to conspiring to steal approximately $124,000 in federal funds intended to help homeless veterans. Between approximately October 2013 and November 2015, Camelia Revels was employed at HOPE Atlanta, where she was responsible for confirming a veteran’s eligibility to participate in the program, assisting veterans in finding suitable housing, and preparing the vouchers to secure issuance of funds to vendors. Among the vendors Revels provided to her supervisor for approval were companies that were owned and operated by Katrise Jones. Jones was supposed to act as a property agent and assist the veterans with finding suitable housing. In December 2014, HOPE Atlanta learned that Jones was not making rental payments on behalf of veterans and directed Revels to no longer work with her. Revels ignored this directive and continued her scheme with Jones, which included opening a joint bank account where stolen funds were deposited. Sentencing is scheduled for April 2021. – By careful count, this is the fifth incident of theft uncovered and prosecuted since November 2020; I could be wrong, large sums of money were stolen, and the thieves were aided and abetted by VA Employees. Where are the elected representatives that were hired to scrutinize and hold accountable the Federal Employees of the Executive Branch for the “practical and efficient work of the government?”

Dane-Geld is not just monetary payments to Danes. Dane-Geld is paid by allowing Federal Employees to act like hooligans on a three-day pass from Dante’s First Ring, with impunity and zero accountability. Dane-Geld is paid through favorable contracts, which is unethical and illegal. Still, Speaker Pelosi could subvert these contracting regulations to put up useless plastic barriers so COVID positive representatives could vote her for speaker.

Dane-Geld is killing America, and Dane-Geld’s power is evident in all government levels, from the school board and the animal control officers to the office of the Fraudulent President. I repeat, only for emphasis, that the solution to curbing runaway government is to look locally first! Curb those Dane-Geld payers and hold them accountable for the disasters caused by their poor decisions. For example, why aren’t the mayors and city councils of Portland, Seattle, Detroit, New York, Ferguson, Minneapolis – St. Paul, etc., being held accountable for the loss of private property, the damage of public and private property, all based upon paying Dane-Geld to terrorists? Indeed, there must be a hungry lawyer out there who could make the cases stick.
